This 7-11 rules. They have individual packs of jalapenos for .49 to go with yiur hot dog. They are not free, but it was my first hotdog wih jalapenos at 7-11 since Covid.

Purchased a warm Red Bull & asked for ice in a cup. Wanted to charge me a $1.50 for ICE IN A CUP?????

I dashed in for a Big Gulp. Store seemed neat and clean, the cashier seemed like she’s seen better days, but I was in and out in two minutes.It’s 7-11, don’t expect the royal treatment, you’re not exactly bathing in the river Ganges, or checking in to the Waldorf Astoria. People come here to buy beer, cigarettes, and lottery tickets.

Great spot to pick up one or two things

The employees here are always busy with vendors. They keep you standing in line like you dont exist. Absolutely no customer service here

I dont expect much from 7/11 customer service, but this place is some of the worst ive ever seen, and I am spoiled since I usually go to the one on portola which has good customer service. Anyways, I wouldnt go here ever, because the worker is so rude and ignorant, but I will continue to go here ONLY because it is convenient to my work schedule.On Thursday mornings sometimes I come in here around 830am, and the worker during this time is so terrible ( no nametag)... he is playing a poker game on his phone and doesnt even raise his head up. I have to stand there and wait for him to finish his hand before he will even ring me up, and he never acknowledges his customer. I typically dont leave bad reviews about people if possible, but I have seen this guy do this to other people, as well as myself so many times and enough is enough... This time around I asked him if they had muffins, and he ignored me while playing his game. I asked him again and he just pointed at the other end of the store. He had ready rang my stuff up even though i was clearly trying to buy a muffin, and there was another customer in line behind me and I didnt want to hold them up so I took my stuff and walked to the other side of the store. At this point he finally looked up from his game and started yelling at me, he was also cussing, dropping f bombs, because I couldnt find the muffins. I did eventually find the muffins but they werent what I was looking for so I did not purchase. I went back to the register where the guy snatched my stuff out of my hands, went back to his poker game, and I paid and left. Disgusting. I almost told him off but it was too early in the morning, and I know that it wouldnt have made a difference...

Guy charged us double and we didnt realize it til we left...I should have released it at the time but he also shouldnt have done it in the first place.

Reputation for being rude to kids that go in and buy expensive Slurpees and candy. Why would they do that?
