Wonderful experience! The owner of the company is so friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They have a nice selection of mattresses. It was delivered 5 days after purchase. The delivery was on time. Everything was wrapped in plastic, and they were careful when installing. We are on our third night with the mattress, and we are very happy so far. A+ from us!

I dealt with another company (wont name names) and I was so unhappy with the service and the product so I returned it and wanted to find someone local that really cared about the customer. I had the pleasure of dealing with Nicolas who is the owner, and he was incredibly patient with me and helped me understand the difference between organic and not organic and helped my husband understand why he wasnt having good night sleeps. With all the mattress companies and stores popping up on every corner, you never know what you are going to get. Sack Time is a family owned, local company and you can tell. We spent a couple of hours with one of the owners, Nicholas. He listened to our needs and concerns and recommended a great mattress. He even negotiated the price. Delivery was on time and they took our old mattress and donated it to a non- profit shelter. They even come at the one year mark to rotate the new mattress! I highly recommend Sack Time!

Let me just say first that buying a bed from this place was the best thing my girl and I have ever done. We went to this place probably a couple weeks ago because of all the good comments people have left on google so we decided to check it out and we met the owner and we couldnt be happier he was very helpful. We use to have a queen bed and my dog a jackrustle liked taking up half the bed. We bought a king bed from this place and I have had the best sleep I have ever had I couldnt be happier how I feel in the morning. Another plus is that by having a king bed my dog still tries taking up half the bed but fails at it lol. Thabk you for all ur help and we will surely be back for more in the future
