We stopped in about 45 minutes before they close knowing it would be cutting it close to get a new washer and dryer. Well the guy at the desk was not very helpful at all. We knew exactly what we were going to purchase, and had the money ready for it. Well he decided it was enough for the day, so gave us this lame excuse that the systems shut down at exactly closing time (which I highly doubt, having worked in similar jobs) So he would not be able to put our order in until the morning. He did advise we could fill out the paperwork, and come back tomorrow. Now I know this tactic, as long as his name is on the paperwork he will get the commission for it, even if he doesnt close the deal. Well we decided not to do business with him and went home and ordered a brand new washer and dryer from one of their competitors. Lesson to be learned in this story is dont waste someones time thinking youll get an easy commission.

If I could rate 0, I would. They are nice at first, but once you mess up, they dont let you forget. I am at the point where i wont even speak to the store manager James, and his assistant Frank used to deal with me, but he dropped me when I struggled a few weeks.Do yourself a favor, use Craigslist or Facebook. This is such a sham.
