Updating post. After having the front panel fly off while riding found it her never been screwed back on by the shop. Owner proceeded to deny that they had no fault with the missing bolts.Feel the hour of work to charged for the buddys ignition was over estimate. Was charged for an hour shop time when the owner bragging about the ignition taking 15 min to remove being the reason for theft.

Jake is the man i trust to be honest and competent. Ive been a customer for years and recommend him to everyone. seriously a cool dude with the cutest dogs youll ever meet.

Called with a question, guy on the phone started telling me I was wrong, and made assumptions before telling me he was booked out 1 month. Told me to Call Seattle Cycle, the guys at Seattle Cycle knew exactly what I was talking about and said to come in today. Call Seattle Cycle, save some time. Boom.

They promised me chicken strips and there werent any, but the service was still good.

Have taken my bike here twice for custom work. Jake went above and beyond (to say the least) to solve fit issues with foreign parts, and Luke kept me informed every step of the way. Fritz knows his stuff, is very affordable, and very reliable. Luke is great to work with at the desk too. Do note that Fritz is busy, so make sure to set up an appointment and give him a call before you take anything in.

So I called these guys same day to see if they could mount a tire for my Vespa GT 200. Not only did they get me right in, but took care of me right away, and talked to me about the bike I own and what things to look out for on it. The place isnt the easiest to find: Go to the right off the second-hand sporting goods store, down the ramp Nd to the left. What was lacking? It isnt the cleanest shop, and theres a lot going on. No doubt they fix tons of poor students bikes, but still, Im taking my stuff there when I can.

I bring my bike here regularly for checkups and repairs. Super strait forward service, reliable fixes. Doesnt bother fixing bikes like kymco or roketa, which is fine because those tend to break right away anyways.

They do the job...and say upfront about how long it will take...

Terrible experience! After being told our bike work could be same day, it took us over a week to even get a quote. He told us his employees quit, which I sympathize with (if its true), but then the repairs took over three weeks. We didnt see our bike for over a month after we brought it to Fritz expecting to see it within a few days. The prices are much higher than anyone else in town and his timelines arent accurate. On top of all of that, theyre cash only, which seems sketchy. Take your bike somewhere else!!!!
