Unfortunately the hours posted are incorrect. Its now 1pm and we are still waiting for someone to open the doors. Weve attempted customer service twice but that was just as pointless as someone opening the doors here. Please let me know when you plan on opening.....

I needed help with my phone & the man was extremely helpful & with Boost is a lot less expensive!

They’re literally never there and never answer the phones. They said they’d give me a call back about a phone, they never did- so I went to Tucson. Now I need help again, and I don’t want to have to go to Tucson. It’s 10:30, the sign on the door says they open at 10:00, but there’s no one there. No ones answering the phone. So annoying.

Cant understand how this store stays in business. Have they gone under? New hours posted M-Sat 11am-6pm. Got there at 5pm today. Doors locked!! Same as the last 3 attempts. No one ever answers phone or returns multiple messages Ive left.JUST PUT SIGN ON YOUR DOOR THAT READS ONLY HERE WHEN WE (BOOST EMPLOYEES) FEEL LIKE IT AND WILL TREAT YOU LIKE DIRT AND LIE TO YOU IF YOU CATCH US ACTUALLY WORKING IN THE STORE!!!!The customer is obviously always WRONG!!!

The store hours say open at 10:00. Phone recording says 11:00. Its 11:42 and still not open. Took the day off so I could get phone looked at. I understand that hours have changed due to the virus but come on. This is rediculous.

Tried going multiple times today and there is always a sign on the door that says out to lunch.

Waited there for over 30 minutes and not great service.

I wanted to port my number over and receive the free LG Stylo 5 promo. After calling the store twice and trying to sort out all the details I finally went in. It was getting close to closing time and Christina, the store representative agreed to wait for me so that I could make my purchase. After getting to the store Christina informed me that my number was unable to be ported over, and as a result I wouldnt be eligible for the promo. However, she informed me of a facebook promo for $100 off and instructed me on how to recieve my code for the promo. After much hard work on her end both my girlfriend and I were able to buy 2 LG Stylo 5s for a great deal.
