Dont waste your time here. They arent honest about what options you have for discounts when you sign up. (Even when you ask them directly) Youll save time, energy, and money by going to larger more professional store in Tucson. The Tucson store employees are at least honest and helpful. Three years of horrible service at this AT&T location. If youre new to Sierra Vista and have poor service. Youll get the same coverage with Verizon and significantly better customer service. I wish I had never switched to AT&T when moving here.
Would give 5 as the staff are very accommodating. But to get technical problems remedied get passed onto calling help line. ATt help line socks and often get foreign speaking people that you have trouble comprehending. This after long wait times. Then transfer wait times after repetitive questioning from each transfer. Spent at least 2 weeks and over 35 hours trying to get two problems fixed. Only one remedied to date. They assure a tech will call back within 48 hours. Good luck with that. I feel sorry for the customer service people as they are tied to the relative questions they have to ask before they can transfer. Nice people but HORRIFIC problem reconciliation.

The representative at the store told me changing from my old plan to their currently offered plan would save me $20 per month, and that their trade in device special would save me an additional $20 per month off my bill. Then I get my bill and it went from up $165 to $220. Call the 800 number before going to this store.

Great service! I arrived to a line of customers in the store. I was greeted immediately. Morgan and Sean worked fast and are very patient! They multitasked to assist customers with various issues and cleared the store quickly. When asked questions they didnt mind going the extra step to help explain things. These guys are AWESOME!

I don’t get off till later in the day and the lady that usually works the night shifts is always welcoming even that time of night. She doesn’t seem bothered by me coming in even though I know it can be frustrating when people come in before closing. I’m looking to get a new phone and hopefully when I finally decide to go through with that, she will be the one to help. Great customer service!

Morgan and Ciara are both great. Very helpful, knowledgeable and didnt try to sell something I thought I needed. Instead Morgan explained the differences in plans and perks and we agreed that I was in the right plan. Ciara was able to correct my whole SIM card issue (encountered from changing phones) and explained how I could still make use of my other phone that the SIM card reader was damaged. I highly recommend either of these two (only) whenever you need assistance.
It is sad to see employees at the store . I walked in they were customers coughing, theres already been a case in town here in Sierra vista but doesnt seem that att cares about there employees health and safety. It seems att wont care about there workers intill one of them become infected. I would give a zero star not because the employees are bad but the company not taking the actual decision to make sure that there employees are safe. They can get sick and not know it intill they take it to there family. I pray for the employees working at sierra vista.

Just switched over to AT&T and for the most part my experience was seamless. I worked with someone fairly new to the process, but even then it was pretty quick. Nice people and good service. Thanks AT&T!
We went here to change our carrier and upgrade our phones. We had great service from the staff. Although our process took some time, they were able to multitask to help others in the store while we also were being helped.
They mislead you into a eligible upgrade then try to charge you for the next few years for it after saying you just have to pay the tax. The good news is I do love my new phone.

If only i wanted to tally the amount of wasted hours I’ve spent on the phone with customer service...Couple Weekends ago i got one of the worst runarounds and useless customer service in my life. I decided to see someone face to face and square away my overcharging/inaccurate billing at a local authorized att branch. Morgan - is amazing. He’s polite, patient, and knowledgeable. He also handled my problems while addressing the concerns of multiple clients considering he was the only worker there. I’m still waiting for the problem to be resolved, but the great thing is, Morgan still available to help and I believe makes sure resolution is achieved.

I have tried calling them around a dozen times over 3 days and have never gotten anyone to answer!! Incredible a phone company has ZERO skills in answering a phone:@ On top of that, the automated system immediately picks up and when you choose the 3rd option to speak to someone, there is on hold music for a couple of minutes then says mailbox is full and asks you to enter your access code! I then went to the store on Thursday arrived at 7:15 PM only to find the store closed when their hours say 8 PM. Super sketchy. Needless to say Im getting the new iPhone 11 pro max elsewhere.UPDATE: Thank you ATT store for apologizing for the horrid, horrid service by phone or lack there of. I havent tried calling back as Ive learned the new iPhone 11 is a HUGE disaster on so many levels from being easily scratched to huge bug issues like tons of dropped calls, and on and on the list goes. Just read Forbes reporter Gordon Kellys articles for the full list of iPhone 11 horrors. Thanks ATT for NOT answering my calls. You saved me from making a very costly mistake!!! For that Im adding a couple of stars and a big digital kiss!
While Im not happy with AT&Ts incredibly poor signal out here, or their insane prices, I will say the gentleman who works here (who never has any help btw but stays calm and manages that fact flawlessly) is incredibly knowledgeable, very honest about what will work best for you on a customer by customer basis and is very friendly. Probably the best customer service Ive ever had from a wireless provider and thats saying a lot since often times hes the only one there with about 5-7 people waiting.

Great service by clerk. Only person there on a Sunday and he took care of everyone’s needs timely. Had to call overseas to a rep who wasn’t as accomodating but the clerk in Sierra vista was amazing. Got new phones and chargers and cases and everything we needed to go about our day. Give that man a raise.

I kringe each time that I go in and the only one available is Sean. Ive had 3 interactions with him and each time I tell myself it will get better but unfortunately it doesnt. He is rude, doesnt acknowledge you, didnt ask my name or ID or look up my information. He acts as if it is an imposition that I came in for assistance. He accused me of breaking my phone when HE was the one working on it and now it is inoperable. He actually saidim not a technician Im a salesman and referred me to a battery store to see if they could fix my phone that he damaged. Why is someone like this a representative for AT&T? He may know about phones but clearly doesnt like helping people .

Went in to get phones ported to at&t. Sale clerks didnt seem to want to help us. I had a sales person on my phone at the time to help with what was needed. The clerks acted aloof and one of them up and left the store mid-conversation of what we were needing. Then charged me for 2 sim cards knowing they werent carrying out needed procedure to get phone service. We left the store then realized our 2 phones had no service at all. We went back and were refused a refund as they were talking badly about our sales rep that we had on the phone. I do not recommend that store. The lady sales clerk refused to give me her name. The other clerk was wearing a nametag of Sean Rivera. They watched us leave the store, and grinned cause they cheated us, knowing they could refuse a refund for a burnt sim card.
Nothing but a bunch of crooks! The only thing they care about in this store is making money off of you, no matter what. Ive sat there and listened to them lie to customers faces, add stuff on their bills without them even knowing, con them into different phone plans that the never asked for. The employees there are no better than those manipulating car salesmen. You leave that place feeling cheated and worse than what you did before you walked in. And it sucks because you dont have the option to just go to a different store, unless you feel like driving all the way to Tucson. They like to take advantage of the that fact and get you for everything you have. If you have the time for it go to Tucson, but if not, tread carefully with these people.

I did not mind that it was small. But there was no comfortable place to sit and with the amount of time that it takes to get service, that is not acceptable. In addition, we walked in and werent even greeted. Not even with a smile. So we just turned around and left after a few minutes. There were no tablets other than iPads which does not make sense.
I went to this store to get my account straightened out and the rep did, I had asked he could get me an earlier date for installation and he said he would it turned out I never did get the date, I took care of it.When I got to the stars the guy never asked me my name or account information, clearly he does not like people and management clearly thinks that acceptable.I went to this location just the other day to get my information transferred over and to also have a screen protector put on that I purchased elsewhere. When I got back to get my phone the guy is not there told they were to the back, both employees. I waited 30-45 mins while one guy helped 5 6 customs, I left went outside called, sat outside the store for another 20 minutes before the other 2 employees returned with pizza, now why didnt the employee, just say that. While I was on the phone with AT&T I watch as employee and I believe the manager stand right in front of the door and smoking, put his cigarette out on the raill. When I went back in to ask about my phone the employee, said he didnt do it, it came that way, no it did not. This was a Zagg product, not cheap, but they wouldnt this guy has no respect for himself or the company, right down to the way he dresses with his pants half way down his butt, thats high schoolish, and rude no one wants to see that. I am reducing the stars.
Agree with some of the other reviews; they try to continually up up sell you, dont really understand the products well; and watch out if your switching from Apple to Android or vice versus, despite what they tell you, nothing really transfers from one phone to the other without significant time spent. Also, poor customer experience afterwards when asking questions about new phones
The staff was very helpful and attentive, unfortunately there are only two of them there and it took quite awhile to get assistance.

Personally, my experience was ok. However, there were two customers ahead of me that did not receive the service they needed or expected. Which is fine, I worked retail and I understand that you cant please everyone! However, after the last customer left, the 3 employees proceeded to talk negatively about the customer for a good 15-20 minutes in front of 4 other customers, which I found very sad and offensive. Neither customer was out of line, yet they just expressed their disappointment and were unhappy. I found the behavior of the workers to be so inappropriate. Id rather go to Tucson or call AT&T myself.
Just a suggestion....let AT&T know you exist. When I called and they wanted to send me to a store locally, you dont exist in their database! When I use YP app you dont show up under AT&T. I just happen to see the store driving down Fry one day. Just saying....
I like AT&T because I actually do help you like if you have a problem with your phone and Ive had a problem with my phone three times and Ive always gotten a new phone so I trust AT&T I have service and I love my service I may pay $125 for my phone but thats unlimited everything
Both the young men working this morning were very kind and patient. I was touched at the way the one employee dealt with a recent widow and her needs. The employee who helped me went above and beyond in his service.

We stood around here and waited for well over 40 minutes and then we were ready to buy service and the guy couldnt answer any of our questions and then acted annoyed that we were there guess were not going anywhere Verizon.
