Extremely pleased with the service I received! Both ladies working at the front desk are very professional and pleasant to work with. They got my equipment to me in a timely efficient manner. I would HIGHLY recommend Advantage to anyone in need of equipment or supplies.
Abysmal customer service literally months waiting to get a CPAP machine despite hand delivering the required documentation. If there was another option, take it.Front desk is irritable and does not return telephone calls. Jessica is never available to speak to. This place has way more business then it needs. If you can, use someone else.
Have been in numerous times and everyone in the store is always professional and courteous. I work with a lot of retired military who also happen to need CPAP/BiPAP supplies and I recommend Advantage to everyone. All of my Co-workers that Ive recommended go there have always come back and told me that they couldnt be happier with the Customer Service and the professionalism and knowledge of the Respiratory Therapist there.
People are very nice, but it takes weeks or more to receive replacement CPAP supplies, if they even order the correct ones. Stuck with a device I can not use or return. Very disorganized. Billing is awful, incorrect, late, and required intervention by my insurance carrier. I was sent an Intimidating letter over an $8.00 bill.

Individuals I had the misfortune to interact with were very ignorant specially one person identified as the manager, when questioned on why they needed certain information they blatantly lied even though there were no requirements for them to collect the said information.Due to the situation I found myself in, I had to deal with them, however If you can afford it I recommend you make the drive to Tucson.
Advantage is consistently late in providing to me my CPAP supplies. One must request CPAP supplies through them at least two weeks in advance, but too often they are late, unreliable.
Best place for all my Oxygen needs, they always friendly and professional ! Beverly and the whole staff always lend me an ear if I have to whine and be frustrated about my Illness !!!
