I’m not sure where al these reviews about the staff being rude are coming from…I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this business. I knew I was moving to the area and ordered a living room set to be delivered after my arrival. Zero issues, they explained ahead of time that one piece would arrive later than the others, and I was fine with that. I then went to the store in person to purchase a mattress and TV stand for my son. Everything was delivered within a few days. My entire shipment of goods from my previous residence ended up being destroyed, so I again reached out to find some items. Terri spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me to find a quality dining set that wouldn’t take 6+ months to be delivered and was still within my budget. I appreciate all of the effort this business has put into assisting me while I attempt to rebuild my household.

This is probably one of the best retail experiences Ive ever had in my life with any store ever anywhere. I have only purchased furniture here twice. Once in 2010 and once in 2021 and both times I was very impressed with the quality free delivery anywhere in the county very knowledgeable owners a family business with Warehouse prices and a warehouse showroom

Great service and very helpful, quick and easy to deal with.

Shop somewhere else. I purchased a couch here a few weeks ago off the floor. After delivery, I found It smelled of mildew on one side of the couch. I’ve tried everything to clean it and I still can’t sit on the couch without my throat swelling up and having coughing fits. I have certainly wasted money here.I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company.

The place was almost completely empty and the lady at the counter was rude, unprofessional and absolutely didn’t care if we bought anything or not. I know times are hard right now but if potential businesses walks through your door you do what you can to have a satisfied customer and make that sale. I absolutely do not recommend shopping here.

Place was not well stocked, some signs said they were to get more items in the future but staff ignored us when we entered and when asked questions he also ignored us for a bit before taking a deep breath ( which sounded annoyed to have to even talk to us) and was not really given much information or the friendly customer service experience Im used to from years ago when I bought my first bedroom set. Kind of disappointed with the service I received. I felt like I was bothering the staff. Good enough prices tho.

Terrible customer service. Had cash in hand would have purchased couch, rug & a vanity but one lady was behind the counter & the gentleman was just standing with her talking. They never moved or asked if we needed help. As we were walking out we said thank you & neither on responded!!! Will never return or recommend this place to anyone!!!

This place had next to no actual furniture, when we came in we were treated rudely; glares and kurt responses simply because we were wearing masks.

These folks are super nice and helpful. We ordered a couch from them and when the delivery arrived at our home we realized we had more room. We chatted over the phone with them and they quickly updated our order, and we painless, and effortlessly upgraded our couch order. Their delivery was careful and professional as well.

We walked in with every intention to purchase some furniture for our new home. There was not much inventory so I asked if they were going out of business. This is a bad question because the response from the sales girl was awful. She was rude, no smile, and said did you get a notice that we were going out of business? My husband and I took our business to Sparks Furniture and purchased some very nice furniture. I highly recommend skipping Discount Furniture and heading straight to Sparks.

We were shopping for a king sized bed frame and headboard. They were incredibly helpful in finding what we needed, even offered to take a display apart for us as their stock in one style was out. We went with a different bed, which they helped my husband load into our van.Theres a sign out front reminding parents to be mindful of their children in store, and we brought our three little ones in with us. My kids are generally well behaved but something about a room full of furniture makes them want to touch everything. I corrected my children a couple of times, but the lady assisting us never said a negative word and was kind to them. Just be considerate of the property and kids are fine.We love the bed, we also ended up buying the necessary mattress foundation and a rocking chair recliner. We received a law enforcement discount and were told there is a military discount as well.A great experience, over all, and Id check there first next time I need something.

This place is awesome! The owners are really friendly and have fast and reliable delivery service. The prices are extremely reasonable. This is our first (and usually only) stop when looking for furniture.

Good luck finding better prices or customer service than what this place offers. Straight forward prices and people. Also they have a military discount and free delivery for orders over a certain price. Dont remember the price so I wont guess at it. Just go here if you want new furniture. Its that simple.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received. My wife and I were looking for a living room set with our 5 year old daughter and every question we asked seem to upset the owner/employee. She just seemed irritated to be at work and irritated that we had questions. I called the store after initially posting this review to let her know how I felt about the customer service I had received. She not only defended her customer service but told me I didnt discipline my daughter quick enough for her. Then she told me that my wife and I were rude and disrespectful to her and her business. I was willing to apologize for the way my daughter was acting and I would have pulled the review if she had shown she could be civil. She insulted my wife, my daughter and our method of discipline multiple times over the phone. I never raised my voice, I didnt curse at her nor did I speak to her in a disrespectful manner. She spoke to me like I was beneath her and like I was wrong for calling her to let her know I was not satisfied with the service I received. The owner has way to much pride in her store and herself to admit when she was in the wrong. Even if they have better prices Ill gladly shop else where in order to be treated like Im valued as a customer. I also wont be sending them any business.

We went into the store only to look and see if they had any bedroom sets and maybe look at their selection of sectionals. The lady we spoke with was completely helpful and even pulled up different styles/colors of a sectional we liked and ordered it at no additional charge to us. We have to wait of course but its exactly what we wanted! We also ended up purchasing a full bedroom setup that included the bed frame, headboard, dresser and two night stands for cheaper than anywhere else we looked. We fell in love with the set when she showed it to us on her floor. For military the store will pay 100% of the taxes on your entire order. If you spend (I think it was) $1200 or more you are allowed to spin a wheel with tons of discounts/goodies. When we spun the wheel we got an extra $75 off of our order. This store is fantastic and we will be going here in the future for all of our furniture needs.

My family and I were all set to buy a coffee table, end tables, and looking at a couch. My husband asked about any sales, and the associate said you mean gimmicks or sales and my husband said he was wondering if the set we were looking at was on sale. She very rudely said Are you trying to tell me its cheaper some place else? My husband said I dont know, not trying to argue, just asking about any sales. She didnt respond initially, just stood there staring at us shrugging her shoulders. I was just thinking wow how rude! As we started to leave, my husband told her we were so close to buying the set, and she said well Im sorry sir, you just asked the wrong question. Really!? I guess I should have known, since we were in the store the day before, looked though The whole store, and not one employee spoke with us. There was only one other customer in the store. The customer service is terrible here, either youre completely ignored, or they are rude.

Wonderful experience with Discount Furniture Warehouse. The owners let us browse the store and get a feel for what they had, and they were more than willing to answer all our questions. Prices were better than they were in Tucson. Discount Furniture Warehouse ordered the items we decided on.

We ordered two custom recliners in February and were told it would take two weeks for them to get the order. I didn’t hear another word. I called on the day I had been told they should arrive. I was told it would be another 2 weeks. When I called again not having heard a word I was told that it would still be longer and that Ashley furniture was having driver trouble.My thoughts are; if they knew that why didn’t they keep me in the loop.MysteriousNot real happy!

We were looking for a dresser - and they had several - all of the cheapo design and manufacture. The pickings for other stuff was pretty sparse. Not impressed and wont be returning.

The worst experience ever. My family and I walk in the store and wasnt greeted with a hello or any insistent. Just got stare at the entire time we was there. We just move to Fort Huachuca do the military. We had ever attention to buy a couple of items but didnt felt welcome. I hope you guys have a better experience then my family and I.

I bought a table from here, looks nice is faux marble with four bench/chairs, after just one year the thing is falling apart, definably poor quality. They were pretty rude, and standoffish. Watched me like a hawk looking around the store. Low quality low energy individuals.

We purchased a couch and loveseat and the quality was excellent for the price. The delivery guys were on time, polite and the process went without any problems. I have conpared the pricing in the area and couldnt ask for better. The owners really go the distance to be of help. Will be recommending this shop to my friends and tamily.
