Ive been picking up wish orders here lately and the guys that work here are just the nicest guys on the planet. They always seem to be helping someone as well, the store is almost never empty. I would 100% use them for other services just because of all the positive interactions Ive had there.

I came here to pick up an order. I was supposed to pick up 2 Small Envelopes but left with just one because they couldn’t find the other. I don’t know what system they have going on in there but they need to fix it ; unorganized is the Definition of this place. I waited a while for nothing. The communication in this place is nonexistent like most Businesses in Maryland. First and last time I’ll ever go in there.

They lost my phone and lied to me.. the phone was broken and I brought it for repairs, the first time I went to pick it up the man (looked like the one in charge) told me to give him and hour “the phone is in the back” and when I got in my car to do something else I saw him go outside to smoke, when I got back from the mall he wasn’t there, the next time I went and saw him they gave me another broken phone (different problems) that had a bunch of scratches and damage that mine didn’t and said they couldn’t repair it.
