Store manager Dee and Chester was very professional, fast and efficient.. Recommend upgrades even though I declined, Im glad I got great customer service.

I am very impressed with the work of these workers, they are great with their customers and are quick to help you out, The store manager is a very good manager, she directed me into the right path and helped me find the PERFECT! Went to switch to Metro based on an ad on their mobile website. Get $50 after 2 months when you bring your own phone. Asked about the promotion at the store but they wanted to sell the free phone. The rep asked their supervisor who said the promotion was over. Turns out it was an online promotion that says to go to the store after you order your sim card. A corporate owned store should know this and have referred. (This specific location is a company store according to the website, not an authorized retailer) Oh well $30 wasted. As soon as another promotion comes out, I will just take my phone to them. Benefits of an unlocked dual network phone.

I went to this store hoping to get a new phone and spend $1000, but I did not get any helpfull services. there was a lady she didnt even try to help me to find the phone I wanted.

Terrible customer service at this location

Nice location, but alot of very young people that seem so annoyed at times & I spent wayyyy too much time when me & my guess by got new phones, they were trying to activate my free Amazon Prime, but their data connection is bad, as a sales rep confirmed &then took 3-4 people to figure out that since I had Prime already, I had to wait for my month to end & not renew, ... Like had they told me thats why I wasfor like 2 hrs I could of told them that! Seems they are all on a sales quota & get a bit bothered when you actually need help, like best bet is Call Customer Service!! They are VERY HELPFUL, more than the people at the store.

Horrible customer service-person had a rather thick accent so difficult to understand in the first place and then he hung up on me. Stated that they do not replace defective equipment nor repair phones-only there for sales even if your purchased phone stops working. Could not tell me where to go to get my phone fixed or have my problems taken care of. Will never patronize their store-also would not buy from metro pc again. Phone is always not working properly.

This looks to me like the most fraudulent service provider here America. They sell out phones but cant follow up on warranty f9r customers. Its pathetic.

Amazon Prime is NOT worth dealing with this carrier. LG Stylo 5 FROZE and DC store sent me FROM DC TO MARYLAND...on the subway to get aFACTORY RESET instead of a NEW PHONE as stated with INSURANCE PURCHASED AT $10 A MONTH. 3 Factory resets later..camera doesnt work and phone has POP UP ADS DURING NORMAL USEcallsemailstext messagesSocial Media...on my way to CRICKET now... 👎

Store is open for business as of July 2018. This is a Corporate location, so any issue that a Dealer cant handle this location can.

Too small

It is the worst service of all employees, they never know anything, the only one is the manager, it is really bad, too, if your cell phone is damaged, they do not really respond to you.
