Horrible, disgusting, and despicable experience. The manager Alex Desai is very disrespectful, demeaning, misogynistic, and bigoted. Stay away if you can. Why work in customer service if your goal is not to help the customers? I never understand that. T-Mobile itself is getting big-headed and its trickling down. They dont respect long-time customers and it shows.

ABSOLUTELY...the best customer service of all ...TONY THE TIGER GREAT. Took the time to change my single Sprint to T- Mobile (with extra video channels)...and saved me ALMOST 40 dollars on my monthly bill. GREAT JOB GUYS. 😍

They have the worst costumer services imaginable.I had called in a day earlier & made an appointment for today over the phone, but when I reached the store the person taking people in told me that I would still have to wait for my time in the waiting list despite me having an set appointment already.The wait time was for about 45-50 mins I did wait patiently, but when one representative called out my name to help other people previously waiting started quarreling with the staff so I decided to let those people go before me so that the staff was not being treated disrespectfully, in my attempt to be civilized & patient with the staff; staff took advantage of it & called other people earlier than me & those people were who came in later than me and kept me waiting for more than an hour there.So I had to give up & leave but the staff there still paid no heat.Extremely disgraceful & unprofessional store & staff, wouldn’t have given any stars if there was that option also.
Great service, staff ready to help you with any concerns.Location is good, at the downtown Silver Spring, so you can stop at other stores around too.

Went there for an upgrade, n was there waiting behind 2 people for an hour while others got attended to. Even the big black guy that gave us the appointment couldn’t answer why.

My customer experience was wonderful. Every time I go into this location the customer service does not change. I always get all of my answers answered and if someone doesnt know they look for it. No matter how busy it gets my customer experience has and it still is a great experience when I visit this location. Ive gone to a location in White Oak and they had the same great customer service however for some reason I love coming to this Silver Spring location.
Third or fourth visit over last 4 years to this specific T-Mobile location. Employees are always professional, considerate & very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Only negative is parking.

I went to t mobile 08/14/2020 Saturday morning, the employee I encountered was two ladies who was unprofessional, disrespectful, and aggressive. They have zero manners, and the worst part is one of the ladies employee is a manger on duty.I am a t-mobile customer since 2014 and never had this kind of experience. Very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend Anyone to go to this particular store !!!!
I’d say this is one of the top 10 stores in the silver spring area. Some employees are hard to deal with and can barely understand what we need. On one of my visits the rep treated me like I didn’t belong there. Management should train them to be professionals.

It was a decent size store but the staff was just ok. They were only helpful when I said I was interested in upgrading my phone. The guy was more into playing with his own phone otherwise.

Just needed a smartphone for apps and navigation and Tony made the process quick. He definitely knows the pros and cons of each phone since he was able to answer all of my questions without hesitating unlike other locations. Thanks again for your help Tony!

The Colesville Rd, downtown Silver Spring corporate location is excellent. Professional and knowledgeable staff, clean store and nice environment will keep me coming back whenever Im shopping for a phone or want to puty hands on product prior to ordering online.

The service was real slow even though there was a high staff to customer ratio. But the customers they were helping seemed to have complicated issues. And the staff were very friendly and helpful when they got to you.
I forgot my iwatch on the charging dock and the team kept it for me and was returned to me when i went there again the next day. Thank you all for that!!!!!!!!

This is the T-Mobile store in Downtown Silver Spring as you can see I gave them 5 stars when I walked in the store the store was clean adequate customer service Representatives the one I had was very knowledgeable when the issues I came into the store for and gave me some good news when enhancements of my phone so I would give this door a good recommendation for anyone September 7th 2018

I was a Verizon customer for 18 years and watched customer service decline. I walked into this store and my experience was dramatically different. They are friendly, engaging and helpfully informed.
Amadu, KB, Allan, the whole crew really, always very professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable and helpful....and I have not even purchased my phones and plans yet, they make me look forward to joining, getting the right fit for my family and me, im not am easy customer and they really work hard and make it look easy to work with me, Tmobile Team in Silver Spring Rocks, getting my phones and plans with them now that I am back in the states.
Excellent customer service, specifically the guy named Ephrem is dedicated to his job. They dont have accessories for Samsung mobiles ( I bought a Samsung mobile phone from this store but they dont have protection cover). Nice location, no worries about parking

They greet you when you come in and the line was a little long but they got threw everyone pretty quick and they fixed my phone! They were great! :)
There are a lot of people working and they do their best to move quickly. They were friendly and explained everything as we went along.

Nad customer experience.They try to sell you more expensive plans and will not mention any discounts or specials.When I asked the employee if that will be the same cost to get new sim (pay as you go) online, he said yes, the same as in-store and he said I have to pay 20 or 30 $ for new sim.Not really, at the time on-line you could get new sim card for like 2.95 $vs 20 or 30 $ in-store.

Most helpful mobile telecomms retail store EVER. E v e r. We have been T-Mo customers for a very long time (in Europe AND the US) and their customer service at this retail location was their best weve experienced. The staff, espec Linda S. and Jeff, are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, keen problem-solvers who easily go beyond whats expected of them to provide a holistic and comprehensive yet practical solution/service to their customers. T-Mo will continue to earn my familys business on those factors alone.
The service you get is decent, but the service is slow and the lines are horrendous. Expect to wait 30 minutes to 1 hour in the evenings.
Avoid this company in general and this store. Service is slow, unfriendly and unhelpful.

This location is the worst T-Mobile I’ve been to in the dmv area.The service is in unbelievably slow and the staff doesn’t even attempt to fix any issues without being asked multiple times.The manager was sitting on his phone while there was a long line of customers behind me.I have no idea how this store is still open or how it still has the same manager and employees.Its obvious they don’t want to do they’re jobs and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
