I wanted to buy a TracFone sim card for an unlocked phone, the first response was that it wouldnt work. When I told him I had a TracFone sim on my current unlocked phone he told me I was wrong. When I showed him the phone and he took it and confirmed that I was right, there was no apology. He said he would look for a sim, then came back and said he didnt have a nano sim. Last time I bought one all three sizes were in the same kit, and when I went to Best Buy immediately after this encounter that is what they sold me.
