I had a wonderful experience at store W193. From the time I walked in the door awaiting service.. the security guard Rykita assured me that I would find a phone I liked. She even was knowledgeable on some of the devices.. and referred me to one of the best consultants in the store. Felipe’s customer service went over and above my normal interactions when I enter most mobile stores. He was eager to help navigate any problems that I encountered, gave the best plan and phone options that fit my needs, and even assisted with transferring my data from the old device to my new iPhone 11! I will definitely be back to purchase an Apple Watch soon.
I visited the store with my Wife. I wanted to switch my iPhone for the Flip and she wanted the new 13 Pro Max. Malik helped us out and he is great! If you go to the store you should ask for him. He explains EVERYTHING clearly. He will answer any questions and see what’s best for you.

My wife was shopping for a birthday gift and while in the same location, I thought I would stop into AT&T for a software update. AT&T employee let us there wifi no questions asked. Service was Great. Thats way I will always be a customer. There are no long lines and no wait!!!!!

Zipporah, Who was the manager of the Georgia Avenue store when I came in with a billing question on Tuesday, October 12 I believe, clarified what the billing charge was. I had been told the wrong thing at an AT&T store in Rehoboth Delaware.I also had an issue with my iPad, which I did not have with me, that neither emails nor photos had been updated for about two years and I did not know why.Zipporah suggested that I return to the store today and she would try to resolve that issue for me… And that I should bring my iPad with me. When I returned, she spent a great deal of time trying to work out the issue of why my iPhone was not communicating with my iPad for the last two years. She was always pleasant, patient, informative, and her demeanor is always sweet!During that time she had assistants who were coming to her needing advice and she was equally as pleasant with them in resolving their issues.She represents what customer service is… Helpful, pleasant, and willing to work with the customer until their issues are resolved. I was a manager for many years and understand and recognize a great attitude and competence when I see it.I am 76 years old and would never have figured this out on my own. I hope that I can represent the many satisfied customers I am sure that she has had but who have not taken the time to say so.AT&T will be wise if it manages to keep Zipporah in their employ!!!!!

I had a cracked screen and came in late noon for a repair, the tech Kendal had amazing customer service and was extremely patient with the many steps needed to complete the repair process. His associates Shaw and Hector were also very kind and their assistance was great. After Kendal finished the claim process Hector gave me a promotional deal on some new cases and accessories. 10/10 !!
Hector and a few other staff were EXTREMELY helpful and patient with my predicament: it started with me being unable to send or receive phone calls and texts from my apartment on day 1, no data connection day 2 and service being suspended on day 5.... Staff allowed me to use their landline to call customer service - on hold for an hour! They did their best to assist and keep me calm. Unfortunately, my 3G phone had to be replaced before the Feb 2022 transition date (had to borrow money to get 5G). Great team - THANK YOU for helping me with transferring my contact info to new phone.... the Burnt Mills store told me to google it.

All the mess that this store caused, Burnt Mills fixed when even the customer support hotline did not. So it doesn’t have to be like this. I spent over an hour waiting to be acknowledged while visibly holding a death certificate. When I was “helped,” I was bilked into a more expensive plan and was not given a chance to review options or even a receipt. I was also somehow locked out of the account, and I can now only resolve the issue by going BACK to a store. I cannot fix the problem over the phone or online.Employees at this location avoid customers by ducking into the back room and my rep spent our entire interaction “multitasking” on his personal phone. So in the wake of a death in the family, I spent two hours at this location and ended up worse than I started. Wholly unprofessional.The AT&T store north of here on 29 (next to Trader Joe’s) is much better and you should take your business there. But after being put through the wringer of this store, I am considering taking our business elsewhere altogether. AT&T should not want this to be the face of their operation.BTW, I spent over 5 years working in the service industry and I absolutely hate leaving reviews like this. But, buyer beware. Go to a different store or get phone service from a different company. But whatever you do, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
Elon was so helpful and patient. He answered all of my questions. Gave me a step by step run down of what I needed to activate my new phone and complete a trade in. And he also gave me a full report of my upcoming bill.
The staff at the downtown Silver Spring store are amazing! They are polite, knowledgeable, patient and honest. Bryan is the best. Khalid B. Was extremely helpful although he was not helping me directly. Manners count at AT&T. In a rough and tumble world good manners are rare and greatly appreciated.

I transferred my service to AT&T After being with the same service for over seven years. After visiting several stores in my area in had a lot of confusion until I visited this store in downtown Silver Spring, Maryland. Bryan and Hector helped me to streamline what felt like my whole life. Me and my two sons and mother have new upgraded phones, and an affordable monthly payment, and we even switched over to AT&T TV. Khalid Miller should be the poster child for AT&T customer service. He is absolutely the best person I have ever dealt with at AT&T. I was actually thinking of switching to Verizon but his service changed my mind. He did an analysis of my account and showed me ways to get better services AND save money. I was there with my 90 year-old father who uses a walker and all I needed were earphones and asked that my dad be able to sit down briefly by the door because he can’t stand for that long. The customer service agent was polite but said that due to the coronavirus only one customer can be in the store with the the customer service agent at a time so my dad would have to wait outside- no exceptions. I have no desire to cause trouble but I also want elderly people to be cared for so we left without making a purchase.
The personal and who greeted us was most very knowledgeable. We waited in comfort while he replaced the screen on the phone

I went into the Silver Spring store( my favorite) to purchase a pop socket for my phone when I was approached by associate Carlos with cheerful greeting to assist me. I informed him of what I wanted and he told me there was a promotion on accessories so instead of 1 pop socket I bought more. Carlos also looked into my account and showed me how I could save money he went over my last bill line for line to show me possible savings. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about products and plans. Ill always go to the Silver Spring AT&T store.

Wish I could give zero stars. No one noticed that I walked into the store (besides the security guard). The worker on floor, who was helping a customer at the time, did not even acknowledge me. The workers wear plain clothes which makes them hard to distinguish from customers. There’s no check in kiosk and no directions on how to get a workers attention. I waited 30 minutes until I was helped. My presence was only acknowledged (28 minutes into me being at the store) when another customer walked in and was told that I was the next person in line for help. While I was receiving help, the worker who was helping me was interrupted multiple times by other customers because there were no other ATT workers in sight. While I was receiving help another person who had an appointment came in but was told to wait as well. What is the point of making an appointment if you wont receive service at that time. This experience was absolutely horrible. Glad I dont ever have to go back to this store. Truly if you can help it dont ever go here.

I didnt care much for this store mainly for two reasons. One reason is when you usually go to a phone store, you have quite a variety of products to choose from. That wasnt the case here, I found that very disappointing. The second reason was customer service. It stinks. Very few people to serve you, the ones that were there didnt seem to want to be bothered, and were more interested in talking on their personal cell phones and appeared to be annoyed at having to hang up and give service. Wont go again.

“Store Manager” Mina is horrible. Watched the game that was on the TV in the store instead of helping us while we waited for over an hour to be helped, despite asking if we were being helped and being told we were not. Once we finally got him to help us, he failed to put us on the plan we needed, which resulted in us paying for two phones instead of one which were purchased during their Buy One Get One Free promo. He is extremely rude, and have only just come to learn he falsely id’d himself as the Store Manager.

When I walked into the establishment only the security guard greeted me. A worker slowly approached me and gave me a head nod as to ask what did I want.(I assume) This guy was not very nice, I did not get a chance to get his name but he was tall light skin and had twist in his hair. I feel like if youre working in customer service at least be courteous to the customers. I will not be returning to this location any time soon. AT&T please hire better associates.
I bought 2 S9+ phones. They use the new C chargers. Well one of the phones came with the new charger and the other one didnt. Went back to this store where I bought them. First after waiting a half hour, the first salesperson tried to tell me that the WRONG charger would fit. Once that proved to be incorrect she went to tell her manager. Then she tells me that I will need to PURCHASE one. So Im like you just cant exchange the wrong one for the correct one. She went back to ask her manager again. Who is hiding in the back. Always hiding because they treat there customers so bad. Then the manager come out and asks me to leave the store. UNBELIEVABLE and totally UNPROFESSIONAL. Hes more like a bouncer than manager. They dont need a security guard in that store. ZERO STARS
We walked into the store asking to change our plan no one really attempted to ask us for help until a couple mins later then finally one of the employees finally came he told us to take a seat and left us there for about 25 minutes when we finally decided to walk out the store I told one of the ladies in the store that no one helped us and she ignored me and acted like she did not hear me. We pay your company for services but yet why are the employees not doing their jobs.

This the second worest service next to simple mobile I paid 85 for month to get connected to internet through hotspot but it was not working like they have been saying but the internet was working on my phone
Unfortunately the service is poor at best at this location. I always seem to be reminded of the lack of training and professionalism periodically that prevails in the community. 1) I was greeted because I spoke first. 2) Another customer had to inform staff that I needed assistance. 3) As an informed consumer, I dont want to be pitched repeatedly. 4) Staff should NEVER under ANY circumstance be arrogant, or lackadaisical with a customer. 5) The poor management/leadership should dress the part and make sure that all customers leave with a product in hand or a great feeling when they leave. Sadly, i conducted my business outside in sweltering heat due to staff not knowing their audience. Yep! I got an Iphone 7 without having to pay a deposit on the phone OUTSIDE, IN THE HEAT, which also meant I was livid! Apology? By a lively, warm lady, named Nina on at&ts customer service line. Yep! I gotta wait for my new phone because of bad service. Are all the reps here lousy? I wouldnt take the chance. Go to Clinton, Virginia, Georgetown, online etc. Would you send your relative, children, spouse, best friend, or wife here knowing that they could be treated poorly? Your call...

Ali the sales rep disabled my phone to make it appear that the phone was broken. He then offered a promotion buy one get one free. I came in the store simply change accounts my phone was working just fine when I walked in the store. The store Manager refused my call and also refused to meet me Gdnange, so she had me speak with Phil who told me he was manager in fact he was the Entertainment person for the store. My problem has NOT been resolved. The fact the sale rep should said you can move your acct online but instead he touched my phone made not work just to sell two phone and a new line. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE DISHONEST LIARS!
Ana was an outstanding representative assisting me with my cell phone problem. Never once was she disgruntled or showed an unpleasantness with my issues.
Went in with my husband only to be cheated by the sales associate. He told us that we couldnt get the deal online because they only send you in the store which cost us the 300 Visa card, then told us that we couldnt go to another store and get the iphone 11pro. That they were sold out everywhere, then they didnt have the phones or colors that we wanted. Then he also told us that when we got DirecTV that we would receive a 200 Bisa we the tech came out to install, only to find out that was some bs.Then the store manager then told us that we would get the credit.

I typically feel unwelcome there and it is expensive. Part of the unwelcome feel is it is not nice to give that impression of trying to get a client out the door like they are trying to rid of. I rarely go in there. One time I was trying to get important info from someone who was a manager. We start to talk and then he behaved like he had better things to do like texting on his phone and walking away. I found out months later he got transferred and got a promotion...wow. There has been 1 ok which is why I gave it 2 stars.

I had my phone stolen, they told me they couldnt give me a replacement and that it had to be handled through another company. I asked if I could black list my phone so the other person couldnt keep using it, they said they dont handle those types of issues. I asked if they could help me log into my account, they said Id have to go home and answer the security questions. When I asked to fill out the affidavid / claim in store so I could have it scanned there, you could see the pure agitation in Maybelline Sotos (the customer service agents) eyes. The manager was helpful, but everyone else in the store visibly took enjoyment in telling me that helping me wasnt their responsibility. I cant recommend this place for customer service. All they care about is the sell.
Placed an online order for pick. an employee believed to be th manager acuse me using anothers social because the METABANK card i was using at the. time was used by scammers. if this the manage with accusations such as so.worst place for service. DO NOT VISIT

The service here was largely terrible. The first time I went in, I was the only customer and I stood there for 3-4 mins. Nobody said hello or asked me to wait, even though there was a representative helping another guest. I walked around for another 5mins in the store before leaving, not seeing another employee.
Sleazy sales practices and manager, youre better off at a car dealership. Let me say Im a fan of corporate AT&T and a long time customer, but that may not last now. Was interested in the LG Urbane 2 so I went there to check it out. They couldnt find their floor model so they told me go ahead and just try it out for 14 days, if you dont like it you can bring it back no issues.I come to find they intentionally didnt mention the $35 restocking fee when I went to return it due to its iOS shortcomings. The manager, Christopher Pedemonte, was very rude and unhelpful just pointing to the back of the receipt with the return policy. He didnt care about helping the customer and told me to call customer service if I have a problem. Mind you the receipt isnt presented until after you purchase the device. Sleazy to say the least.Think you might have just lost a long time customer AT&T.

Me and my mother Both needed new phone and we were worried about a lot of stuff at the moment because we jus had a fire in our home the night before our phones got damaged, but Khalid Miller at at&t really helped us out he broke everything down for us and he was very patient and answered all our questions.
I got lied to that I had to buy $150 in accessories in order to upgrade from iphone 6 to iphone 7. For two phones, the sales associate was telling me that I have to spend $300 for unnecessary junk.... Stay away from this store.
