Fake location, repairman seemed to know what he was doing but did not follow up on his promises...

I had a rare model Bravia that needed software update and horizontal lines removed from the picture. In the end all updates were completed and perfect picture. The technician transported and re-set up the television. Always a great attitude and professionalism

The repair guy went a overboard and beyond to fix my TV which had a dim picture. He called me to let me know that he was running late. As the time went by we thought he wouldnt show up. I texted him and asked if he was still coming as it was about 9pm. He had just pulled up. He brought my TV back and made sure the picture quality was just the way I wanted it. He was very professional and polite. I would recommend his services to any of my friends or acquaintances.

Website states Same Day House Call, 7 Days a Week. LOL! Maybe theyve gone out of business, but no one answers the phone and the voicemail is full so you cant leave a message. If you submit a request through their website, it says well contact you in 48 hours. Not surprising, they never contacted me. Good luck!

Very disappointed, I called this TV repair service due to the reviews on here but let’s just say I got the opposite. We had an appt for noon, I texted to confirm at 10am, Raphael said he will come by 12/1pm at 1pm I called him. He was asking me what was wrong with my TV again info I provided him the day prior and to sent him the serial # etc, at 2pm he is looking up the “ the part power board”. So I asked for an ETA but didn’t get one, since I wanted to step out. I called no answer... at 3:30 I sent another message to see if he was still coming I got no response, until 8:59pm he is texting me to ask if he can still come because he is 10min away from my address. Now if this is not unprofessionalism at its best am not sure what else is.... how rude that you will expect me to open my doors at that time to have a TV repaired! like really?

He was supposed to come give me an estimate but he never showed up or respond to my text messages when I complained about him not showing up for the estimate. Very unprofessional

He was late. Diagnosed the problem wrong. Brought wrong part, took apart tv refused to put it back together, tried to ignore me out. False promises of a cheap tv. Fake website, fake shop location, had to trick him to get my money. Total fraud.
