Rene is so nice and always has a good vibe good nails and more. The store does not have very much space so its best to go early in the day when its not busy, However theyre willing to take time and explain whatever you need to know and I actually do get results from the crystals that I buy there. I look forward to going to one of the group meditations. Ive lived in the area for years and had no idea this hidden gem was here

AMAZING!!!!! i had bought some fake crystals from the place at the mall and we went here to see if the ones we bought were legit and they were instantly so welcoming and so happy to check our crystals. they are very reasonably priced and very happy people. i loved it so much that i repurchased all of my crystals here since the ones i bought at westfield were so FAKE. i LOVE IT HERE

Very cute store. You can get tumbled gems for a good price and had an okay selection of tarot and oracle cards. The nice cashier even helped pick out my friend’s first tarot deck. My friends and I have never felt more welcome! Definitely coming here again.

Needed healing and positivity ... found this place online and decided to go because of the good reviews. I’m glad everyone else had a great experience but mine was TERRIBLE. The store is nicely set up that’s the positive. Upon entering I noticed about 3 customers and 2 employees, 1 of which I initially thought was a customer. I wasn’t greeted by anyone but I didn’t take offense to it because the employee at the counter was dealing with a customer so I decided to look around until someone offered assistance. Remind you I’ve never been to a store like this so I didn’t really know what to look for. Since no one came by I hopped in line so I could get some info. 2 more customers walk in....as soon as they walk in they were greeted by the same women who I thought was a customer because she was just standing around staring at items. So basically this whole time she could have greeted me or ask if I need assistance. Still continue to wait for customers in front of me to finish up and as soon as I get to the counter, the “guy” working the register is just glaring at me in disgust as well as his partner. In my mind I’m just like yeah this isn’t going to work but continue to stay positive so i can start to heal. First thing I do is ask about the sessions they offer which he told me aren’t going on because of corona, ok that’s fine. The whole time they are just giving off this vibe they do not want to assist me while continuing to look at me In disgust. Then he finally asks me if he can help me with anything LOL sir I needed help 10 minutes ago when your other staff member was standing around doing NOTHING. I told themI didn’t need their help and the vibes were bad and I left IN TEARS!!!This is probably the worst experience I’ve had when it comes to customer service. I felt so bad that’s why I wrote this review for people that are tying to heal I wouldn’t go here.... they don’t care.....

My first visit at The Enchanted Fae was AMAZING! The best part is the customer service. Everyone there is so kind and knowledgeable and really make everyones experience a priority. Their crystals have the best price in the area! I would definitely drive the extra 20 mins to give them a visit. Its so worth it!

Im new to the crystal experience and this was my first crystal shop experience and it was more the wonderful and uplifting! I found a crystal that I was in search of and known to be not as popular as most. John was insightful and knowledgeable! I cant wait to return!

Not only do they have a wide variety of crystals, beautifully displayed, they literally have all kinds of unique gifts, crafts, perfumes; any and everything that you need to make you life a little more magical. The workshops/forums are amazing. I find something so unique every time I visit. I absolutely love the owners and I love the Enchanted Fae.

I Visited The Enchanted Fae with a group of ladiesafter just finishing up a workshop. I absolutely loved the variety in this shop! I managed to grab some crystals, chakra & Angel incenses a nice kit for burning frankincense+myrrh and resin, and the cutest raccoon tail keychain.The most helpful and knowledgeable staff was a plus. Cant wait to visit again soon!

I LOVE coming here! René is hella knowledgeable about all the gemstones and shes super friendly. The store is very organized and not cluttered. May not have every stone in the book but they have unique stones with gorgeous quality AND great prices!!! Also a cozy place

I honestly don’t know what the 4.9 star reviews are based on, because I found the store and service to be extremely small, ill-situated, and not helpful. I was greeted when I entered, but that was all the acknowledgement I received. One person was behind the counter running her mouth, loudly, the entire time I was there. The person she was talking to was also loud, and I couldn’t tell if she was an employee or not. The energy was not to my liking so I put my crystals back and walked out. The same woman that greeted me said “have a nice day” after I was already out the door.

I Absolutely Love this place and the Wonderful Ones who Operate it. I found some of my most Beautiful Stones yet and the Energy in the Space is very Open and Loving. I cant wait to go back.

Definitely an awesome place to drop by and check out. Theres a good vibe here. Cool selection of stuff from books, runes, crystals, crystal jewlery, sage and other herbs, candles etc. A lot of cute unique items too, like small selenite grids and chakra wand sets. I also obtained both a moldavite ring and a charoite ring from this place. The stuff that comes from here have been definitely helping my spiritual transformation. The people that work there know their stuff and like to be helpful to others. I believe the woman told me they have a seller(s) who come from mines all over the world to sell their crystals like every 6 months, sometimes more.
