Anytime Ive gone in Im helped in a timely matter by a friendly associate. The store is clean and well organized and they offer many different services.Parking is easy too! Front row every time so far. Definitely will be coming back. Postal Annex is an awesome alternative to the Post Office madness!
Very nice experience overall and conveniently located. Staff is very nice, respectful and friendly. It could be overpriced at times, so ask and dont be surprised.
Always friendly and kind.
I have used Postal Annex for the last seven years and I always had a great experience. The owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The service is very reliable and consistent. Would not go anywhere else. Mr. Turner and Jamie are awesome. Highly recommend.
While everyone has been nice there and its clean and organized. Its way overpriced! Just drive down to UPS and youll pay literally half if what they are trying to charge here.
Postal Annex always is so friendly and reliable. If I call and need labels made they get them done so quickly I am surprised! If I need some help wrapping a present I can always expect the best and am never disappointed. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and as much as I come in and out almost every day they are always willing to check my mail for me and if I forget in the midst of everything will remind me :) They really are outstanding!
I went to them to return my college textbooks, put the books in the correct box, but when they went to stick on the labels they mixed up the books, put the wrong books in the wrong boxes with the wrong labels, and now have to pay for the textbooks and deal with the companies due to a mix up that could have easily been avoided. I am not going to use their service ever again because this is not the first time something like this has happened for me.
Okay before I posted I took a few minutes to read all of the comments negative, positive and the few in between. My wife and I own two local businesses and have become friendly with all of the staff at this location. We are also smart enough to know that 4 days before Christmas is probably not the right day to joke and talk with all of them, but instead maybe do something nice and buy lunch or cookies for them because it is non-stop for them due to the time of year.Sometimes as customers we need to take a step out of our own shoes, and realize what the company is going through. We dont know. I am not making excuses for them or any company it is called real life. When I first went and opened a box there I did feel like everyone was a little stand offish, but several years later and a lot of conversations guess what they are one of my favorite places to go to.I read someone had the wrong item put in wrong boxes or something like that well guess what, April actually caught a mistake for me that saved me $1400, because of a miss communication error with my wife. We all make mistakes, we are all human. If someone makes a mistake, talk to some dont go trashing them, treat them how you would like to be treated. I promise you, and I am now way affiliated with Postal Annex except as a customer that they truly do care about their customers. Al and the gang does appreciate you, and wants your business. They cant fix an issue if they dont know about it.Anyways I could go on and on. Simpsonville is a small but growing community. We have all the large box stores coming in more and more push us small businesses out. We need to support our community. We need to support each other APPROPRIATELY. For the guy who has never been in Postal Annex and posting fake comments, this is the real world and not high school. It says a lot about your character and who you are in a general and blanket statement. I have not met you, I wont say it is my personal opinion but I do know Al, and trust him. I will leave it at that.
Great Customer Service. Efficient! Professional.
Postal Annex has a reputation of prestige and honor and it is hard to believe that a competitor would actually post negative reviews of Postal Annex to drive customers to themselves, but it is something to be aware of when monitoring a company’s social media presence. For example, the negative review by Tony Crescibene (below) was initiated by our closest competitor and is completely false. I am the owner of Postal Annex and must say that Tony Crescibene has never used our services and posted a positive 5 star review for our competitor the same day as the negative review was posted for Postal Annex. While negative reviews in the age of social media may not be avoidable the only defense is to shed light on the negative reviews that have been done purposely to drive business away.
Absolutely horrid experience here.I was charged $40+ for a small package I had to ship to Texas, being in a hurry and very frustrated I went ahead and paid it - only to find out I would have paid less than $20 if I had used ANYONE else.I run a small online business and I cannot afford to pay outrageous shipping prices.Do yourself a favor a drive down to Ace or UPS.
Staff was friendly and helpful plus the pricing was great
Overpriced services with no customer service... + very inconvenient hours. Look elsewhere!
My go to spot for all mailing services! Great customer service!
Kind people but, Very overpriced. Asked for $100 to pack and ship a backpack. Drove to Ace hardware/USPS about 2 miles away and did everything for $17. Also, I checked with FedEx and UPs they were both under $30.
Great service, friendly, and fast.
