Looks very neat and clean however would work on reservation process so office staff can advise what size are available by location. In addition staff needs to note that certain units have two doors this require second lock which SORA should provide with unit rental.

Definitely recommend StayLock Storage in Simpsonville. It’s a great location. It’s right off Georgia rd and close access to the highway. All while being safely tucked in a secured quiet area. I reserved my storage space online and it was so simple! Roxanne is so helpful in the office. They really offer great customer service and peace of mind. You know your belongings are safe and secure! Absolutely recommend!

Im reviewing this as a uhaul drop off location. I tried to drop a uhaul off to the original location who told me I had to bring it to staylock. Uhaul contacted them to let them know they had to take it, when I got there the lady walked right out and said we dont uhauls back due to covid until January. So I went back to original place and they said theyd take it and that staylock isnt allowed to do that. I dont understand how you have a deal with uhaul and then dont honor that deal. Complete waste of my time running back and forth.

Nothing special about the facility. Good security. Good price. However the property manager is exceptional. Goes above and beyond for customer service. Both in storage and U Haul rental. So helpful and friendly. Makes every visit or transaction a true pleasure. Any business should take a lesson in her customer service.

Roxanne is so helpful and a wealth of knowledge. My mother needed to rent a unit asap and she worked with us and provided excellent customer service. The property is clean and the unit was spotless!! Thanks a bunch Roxanne!!!

Rented a U-haul from them. The person working there was very friendly and professional. This place is easy to find and located on a quiet side road near the main road. The storage facility looked to be in great condition with decent security in place.

I stored my belongings here for a little over a year and I have nothing but good things to say about this company. All of my things were in the same condition as the day that I stored them. I will use this place again if need be and would recommend this place to anyone!

Would give 0 stars if I could. My drop-off location was switched here last minute by the u-haul rep from the pick-up location. Will never be using this place for anything again. Returned a one-way U-Haul 20 truck here and was hit with a $78 returning fee (on top of the contract fee I already paid)- $44 for returning with less than 1/4 tank. The truck was provided to me with 1/4 tank and apparently there is a $14 fee for returning it with less than original gas amount (it was right at 1/4 tank, but I was dumb and didnt take a picture so I have no argument against it). And there is a $30 fee for returning with less than 1/4 tank.- $34 for a messy truck bed and not sweeping. We did in fact sweep through the truck, and we even folded the 12 blankets and placed them nicely in there too.Crooks. Highly suggest using any other nearby U-Haul rep than this one.
