No alteration of schedule to say closed. I drive far, far out of my way and wasted time. They were the only ones “opened” on this side of Greenville. Meanwhile no one came to the door to apologize or acknowledge and a gentleman seemed angry in the back. Hope all is ok. Would just suggest editing for appropriate times even if for a single day or so of renovations.

Quick service but worker was kinda sharp with me and not very friendly but not too bad. They are just usually more friendly here. Wasnt but me and 2 other people in the store so it wasnt that it was busy...could have just been having an off day...we all do sometimes. Didnt bother me too awful much though because it was an in and out kinda thing.

Assuming they were aggravated due to them having to print my labels; so the would not allow me to seal my packages and rushed me off since it was crowded. Then they switched my packages and labels, which resulted in my wedding rings being sent to Amazon instead of the insurance company..I was only made aware when the insurance agency contacted me and told me they received the wrong item, PANTS. Supposedly, the store redirected my rings when I contacted them and told them, but I was notified by UPS huh when I reached it to them, the item was already delivered to Amazon before the store did anything. The store tried to put the blame on Amazon ( amazon could not trace it bc it wasnt suppose to be there, and it was no identification on the rings like the actual Amazon item that had the trace number). Was not offered reimbursement nor anything. Blame was repeatedly placed on Amazon and UPS instead of the store realizing THEY were the ones that switched the labels and were at fault!!!! Never heard from the actual owner bc I was never given times he was actually in! Have not used them since due to trust issues. So if you are mailing something important and sentimental, go somewhere else!!!!! No, my rings were never recovered!!!

I was a mystery shopper for UPS for years. And I finally applied for a regular position and and I was looked over on the opportunity. Consideration for permanent employment was never offered for an opportunity to obtain an income needed to support my home, transpertation Cost of living and I had to file Bankruptcy. I lost everything doing audits for Corperate Companies because they dont pay for work.

The people at this store work really hard to meet the needs of their customers. They greet you with a smile, no matter how tired they are, no matter how rude a previous customer was to them, or how bad their feet and back hurt from standing at the counter waiting on people and running around the store getting what people need all day. I was in there one day when the system crashed from sheer overload because there had been so many customers that day (200+ in about 6 hours) rushing to get last minute packages mailed, and they never lost their smiles or their cheerful attitudes. These people at this store are awesome!

Some of the workers are very rude, and every time I come in this store they never receive any of my documents I send to them to get printed off ! Its just that they never try to see why the email is not coming through it always say sent on my side but they never get it and its just like welp we didnt get it sorry ..next

I may be the longest standing customer for this store. My box was first leased in 1999. Ive had nothing but superb customer service during the past 20 years. Employees are very helpful and experienced. You wont be disappointed.

I must say I was impressed with the staffs ability to keep up with their customers and maintain a cheery disposition! The UPS store was well-staffed, well decorated for Christmas, and friendly outgoing associates. The young lady who helped me was excellent! I believe her name was Esther or Linda. There were 2 male employees and 2 female employees, and they were all working hard and moving fast!

I was greeted by Pam and Linda. Both of them were very helpful in getting my documents scanned and printed off. Linda scanned my documents and Pam printed them off. There was literally no wait time. This store is a well oiled machine and I will be recommending this store to everyone I know that needs any of the services offered here. Great job, Pam and Linda! I really appreciate it.

Esther always has such a great spirit! I love when she helps me! Also, there was an older gentleman & young girl (sorry, I forget their names) who helped me ship some old tattered boxes. They were super helpful! I always have a good experience at this store.

I come here often to ship and receive packages as well as us their fax and printing services. Very friendly staff is also helpful and very accommodating. Its busy around the holidays of course but is still great.

Linda was exceptionally helpful today. Our mailbox had expired a few weeks ago, so it had been cancelled. Linda went to the back and pulled up the old records so we did not have to fill out all the forms again to purchase a year and use the same box number. Thanks, Linda! (And enjoy the lunch!!)

Esther and Sam are some fine employees that work at this location under the General Manager Richard. Very helpful, friendly, smiling people and I think they should have a raise. I was in a hurry yesterday to print color copies of a presentation I was giving that afternoon. Esther Ussery quickly took my file, and uncovered that my formatting was off. She suggested options for me and worked through adjusting it with me until I had a presentable format. She offered to staple my copies, and even helped me by using a 10% off coupon. Esther went above and beyond what I have found as standard printing services in my business across the country.

Without a doubt, UPS is an excellent company across the board. I have received particularly good service at this branch. Every member of the staff consistently knows how to address my shipping and printing needs. During one visit, it was a joy to be assisted by Bonnie and Sam. Both of them patiently helped me prepare a number of documents, create shipping labels, and mail a large load of packages. They and the other employees are nothing but an asset.

I had a great experience. Staff helped me trim edges off some artwork I was laminating. Thomas was very helpful and patient answering a million questions from a little girl with me.

Everyone working at this location was really kind and made sure that my boyfriend and I were being helped. We had trouble getting a label printed for our package, but Bonnie was super patient and made sure we were taken care of. She also made sure that we knew it was important to keep our receipt in case our package was a return. Which it was! Awesome help.

The Simpsonville store has become my GO TO for all my business printing. I prefer to shop locally, and its quick and easy here. I send an email, along with my attachment and printing instructions, and its completed in an hours time. Esther and Linda are always helpful when I call or email for support. No need to go to a website or upload anything. An email will get the job done.

Dollar General is trying to fill a need in small communities by increasing inventory to include fresh fruits and vegetables and some meats. The store is clean and easy to navigate, and the employees are wonderful.

Went to the UPS Store in Simpsonville and was greeted by Ester. It was a busy day but you wouldnt know it by her demeanor. She was pleasant and courteous and took care of our two immediate matters quickly and easily. We then threw in questions about other matters that just came to mind. She had the answers on the top of her head and answered. It was as if we were the only people who needed her attention and the only thing in the world that mattered was to take care of our needs. I am retired now but if I were not I would offer her a job. Richard promised to take her to lunch for a good review. Ester deserves a week of dinners!

I used the pack & ship service to send an unframed original color drawing to the customer who commissioned me to do the artwork. I insured it for $200. The store didnt have a box large enough to ship the drawing flat. The did not have a shipping tube of adequate diameter; the drawing could not be rolled tighter than 5 inches in diameter. The store recommended rolling the drawing in a 5-inch diameter and shipping it that way in a box. The store packed and shipped the drawing. When my customer opened the box, the drawing had been flattened into the box with packing material, thus folding the drawing into thirds with two creases. The drawing paper was wrinkled where is was creased and the color media (wax colored pencil) was cracked and flaked. My customer shipped it back to me. It took me 12 hours to repair the drawing. I then shipped it back to my customer via USPS. I filed a claim with the UPS Store, which filed a claim with UPS. UPS denied the claim because the damage was due to the packing by the UPS Store, not the shipping by UPS. The UPS Store wants UPS to cover the claim. Whether UPS covers the claim made by the store does not relieve the UPS Store of its responsibility to me for damaging my artwork when they packed it. I want The UPS Store #3245 to pay my claim now. Compensation for my losses should not be contingent on the store receiving compensation from UPS for damage done by The UPS Store. The UPS Store received, packed and shipped my artwork on February 6, 2017. My customer received the shipment and notified me of the damage on February 9, 2017. I filed a claim on February 10, 2017. The store manager was supposed to call me but never did. I returned to the store on the February 27. The UPS Store manager filed the claim later that day. I called UPS claims dept. on Mar. 2. They said the packing by the store was the problem, not their shipping and said the store would have to pay me. The UPS Store said that UPS was responsible, regardless of the cause of damage.The UPS store manager, who personally packed and damaged my art work, refuses to pay my losses of $149.82 although I purchased insurance to cover a loss of $200.

Went into this location today, 7-22-20, and it was a horrible experience. No one greeted me when I came in. There were 3 females in the store. One had a valid reason because she was at the computer on the phone (very slender blonde hair female). The other 2 looked at me as if I interrupted their day. I stood there about 4 min and was going to walk out of the door when finally the heavy set girl asked me to place my box on the scale. This was horrible. I will not return here again.

I have had my box their for a year and when I come in to check it they all say hello and make me feel like a friend. Monday I came in to get some copies from an email. Esther helped me and was very helpful and extremely patient as I struggled to send the email to the store computer.

Really great staff works here. I cant speak for the entire business, but the dedication of the people (Sam, Esther) that I worked with was admirable. I once came in (and I feel bad about this) 10 minutes before closing on CHRISTMAS EVE of all days... and those two stayed an extra half-hour to print out a whole stack of things I needed to complete my gift that year.
