We had our garage door break in the morning fairly early. I got ahold of ACS door services a little before 8am. They were friendly and very professional in setting up someone to come out. They werent able to come that day. But were here by 830am the following day. Joe called on his way. He was very friendly and helpful in explaining what had happened and gave us a price quote, which we felt was a fair price, before he did the work. The price was a few dollars less than what he had quoted. He also was nice enough to take a little off the price. Overall a very very good experience! Highly recommended!

I got a garage door installed by these guys and love it! I called around and one place quoted me $1000 for removal and installation. ACS Garage Door was very affordable and easy to work with. If youre getting a door my only recommendation is to make sure your door has steel ball bearing rollers. My door came with plastic rollers and I needed them changed out but Joe helped me with that. He was very helpful.

Our garage door motor and arm took its swan dive last night. I got the call from my husband on my drive home. Called these guys and had the quote scheduled for this morning, and if that wasnt impressive enough he installed it right away once I confirmed we where going with them. Two men came out in a blizzard to open my garage door, and install an unlocking mechanism in the door to prevent future issues. Joe showed up the day after I called this company. The top bar to my original garage door opener had bent from slipping off of its tracks. Joe was super helpful and advise that it would be the same amount to replace the whole lift system instead of just replacing the bar. Only took him two hours to do the job! The service techs were prompt and courteous. I ordered a very basic new garage door. The tech called and advised the door would have to be ordered as not on hand in their warehouse. He advised they had a lightly used door on hand, higher quality, insulated door with windows at top they would give me for same price. We called for a repair and they were out that same day. We were quoted for a new garage door should we decide to replace it since ours was old. We were contacted by a woman with the company the next day to see if we wanted to go ahead with the new door. I asked if it would match our other door and she said shed look into it and call me back. A week later and no call back so I called her- still no answer for me but said shed call back again when she had an answer. The next day, our garage door broke again and we still hadnt heard from her yet, so we decided just to call and schedule to have a new door installed- the price was hard to pass up and, at this point, just having a working garage door was more important than a matching set. They said they would have to special order the door and someone would be calling to schedule the install when it arrived. Two weeks later, after having to manually lift the garage door open each day, we still hadnt received a call. I called them and was told, We are planning to come tomorrow. They werent going to let me know ahead of time like previously promised. I got home from work the next day to a brand new garage door that worked great. The installer left a lot of cardboard and garbage just laying around in our garage. We also found pieces and parts (nuts, bolts, etc) of our old garage door just laying in the driveway- things that could have popped tires on our cars. If youre looking for a quick fix and willing to spend their base price of $120 for that, they would be a good company to call. But, the fact that we paid that much and a week later had to replace it anyways because it broke again and all of the headaches to follow, I wouldnt recommend getting a new door through them. The price was right for the new door, the service was just extremely lacking.
