My aging door was paper thin and had some rust on it. One day, when I tried to close it, it got half way down and buckled and destroyed itself. It was stuck half way open. I called Pro Garage Doors and they sent out a crew to come buy and get the door closed for me right away. They then took measurements for a replacement. I checked with several local vendors and they could not fix the door for months because of shortages caused by the Covid lock-downs. Everything was back ordered. They were able to custom order me a new double sided insulated door for a very competitive price at half the time of the other vendors I checked.They sent a two man instillation crew who removed my old hardware and door quickly and efficiently. They installed the new door in just a few hours and adjusted and tested it to make sure everything worked. It works perfectly and is so much better quality than the old one. The new door is much quieter and seals perfectly and looks great. Just a beautiful job all around. I couldn’t be happier.

I have to say it is hard to find real customer service focused businesses but Pro Garage Doors is excellent. We have had a couple mishaps in the last year and they are always there to help. I referred them to my parents due to my first experience... They took care of them like life long customers! I dont give many reviews but they will be my first call everytime. Prompt service, friendly techs and they go above and beyond with their service.

Pro-Garage Door was to my house to repair my garage door. They did a good job, as far as I could tell. I tried to pay the workers and asked for a bill when they completed the job. They told me a bill would be sent. Well, a bill was never sent and they never called or stopped by for payment. They then sent my bill to collections. That’s not a way to run a business. Will definitely not use them again.

Prompt and professional service. A competitor informed us our garage door could be repaired for $800+ or be replaced at a cost of $1,500. We contacted Pro Garage Doors and Josh arrived a few hours later for the repair. At $200, the door now works perfectly. Highly recommend this company - Very honest and dependable. I called another company first to repair my garage door. I was told the door couldnt be opened and the only way to fix it was to cut the door up and replace it for $1200 or so. I called Pro next, later in the day. He said it was too late that day to get someone out, but the next afternoon, he called to tell me the door was opened, repaired, and working properly. Total bill? $180. Cant say enough good things about this company. They will always be my first call in the future. Thanks for the great service!!

The absolute BEST! Remodeled my home and asked for something different than everyone else. Mike dropped of a sample right away of what he thought I may like. It’s pretty simple why you should use Pro Garage Doors of Sioux Falls.... I called at 7:50am and they answered (opens at 8am) They were at my house by noon for an estimate. The wife said they were very nice and explained everything. Quote in hand by 3pm. 10/13/2020 Lone behold the cable broke the same night they gave me the estimate! 😂 rusty and brittle. Called this morning and they are on the way to repair and we ordered the new doors. You just don’t get this type of service anymore. They don’t get stagnant. Every customer is important to them. Ive heard horror stories about some of the name brand garage door dealers in the area before. A fellow coworker had work done by Pro Garage Doors and sang their praises. So, when my spring broke on my garage door, I knew who I was calling right away. Dustin returned my call promptly and was very courteous. He told me he might be able to get to it that day. When I got home that night, my door had two new springs on it. The door has never functioned as smoothly and as quietly as it does now. Also, no mess from the service technicians. Im a very picky person and always inspect any work that is performed for me. Im the type of person that will open the hood or crawl under the vehicle to inspect the work that was done. I HAD PRO GARAGE DOOR COME OUT AND REPLACE A SPRING THAT BROKE ON MY GARAGE DOOR. THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE THERE THE NEXT DAY. BUT THE TECH WAS IN AREA AND FIXED THE SAME DAY. THE TECH WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND GAVE ME TIPS ON HOW TO MAINTAIN MY DOOR. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Our garage door wasnt working after installing drywall in the ceiling and with a pending snow storm coming a non-working garage door with 3 kids is not an ideal situation. I contacted Pro Garage Doors in the morning and they had someone out to our house that afternoon and got it working again! Our garage door/motor was not originally from Pro Garage and that was not an issue with them. Needless to say when it comes time for a replacement Pro Garage Doors is the only phone call we will make!

My garage door broke in the middle of winter, and I panicked that it wouldnt be fixed before the snow started flying. I called Pro Garage Door and they sent someone out within hours. The guy who fixed my garage was nice and very intelligent in what he was doing. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality and timely work done on their garage.

I called in to report a broken cable on my garage door (it turned out there was also more wrong). I got a call back within about five minutes, a serviceman was here within an hour, he gave me the price for the repairs (a fair price), the door was fixed within another hour. The repairman was pleasant and knew what he was doing, the door works fine.

Excellent service. When had issues with Overhead Door Company not fixing my current problem with the door and telling me I needed to replace the motor and T-bar, I called for another estimate. Pro Garage Door came over and checked out the existing machinery and tested the photo eyes. Pro-Garage found the photo eyes needed to be replaced and did so. the pro-garage person reset all the remote devices, which had been disabled by the Overhear door person. The garage door works perfectly, even in the sun light.

This is a great company. When I called in for my repair, I figured Id need to wait a while. Their service technician was out within the hour to repair my door. It was fixed before my wife and kids even got home from school, and they were able to pull right in to the garage like nothing happened. Major points since it was freezing cold and windy that day! Ill definitely be back for a new door in a few years.
