Staff are always friendly and make great suggestions of things to try if they dont have what I come in for

It was great for my daughter, the lady there took great care of her and answered her questions! It was fun for the both of us! Awesome customer service!!

Antonio was very welcoming and knowledgeable with all the different brands of makeup. He color matched me with multiple brands to ensure that I truly loved the product I purchased. He also ensured infection control and sanitized every product. He made my experience at this Sephora amazing!The only reason why I knocked it down to 4/5 stars is because the other ladies who were working there, glanced at me and continued their conversation without asking if help was needed. However, that’s when Antonio came in and immediately helped me.

Ive never been to a worse Sephora any where in the country. Ive shopped at Sephora for years. Not once have I been told to look for my make up and see if they have any while the customer service was behind the counter looking at her phone. Only when I said I didnt see any did she leave the counter. Then asked about other stores: nope couldnt be bothered.

Great customer service! Only issue was that there were lots of things out of stock. But otherwise, a great store

Staff was friendly and understanding but my rating is specifically for the sephora store how is it sephora but Im not allowed to use my sephora card to get more points and pay for my products?? Really upsetting i spend half an hour looking at products went to check out and they told me i couldnt use my sephora card at sephora?!? I wont be coming here it was a waste of time. Im trying to gain more points hello!

Do not let them talk you into making an order online in store with cash they turn it into a gift card and if the product doesnt work for you they will only issue store credit .I made 4 trips up to this store for a product I was told I would be in soon never came so they said they would order it and send to my house I paid with cash but they turned it into a gift card so now I can not get cash backThats crazy

Went into this location with my girlfriend this evening. The associate in the store named McKenna was by far the most amazing store associate that Ive ever run across in my entire life.

Incompetent and rude employees!!!! I went in looking for a specific eyeshadow. Online it said it was available at this location. When I asked about it the employees acted like I was stupid and had no idea what I was talking about. They said it wasnt in stock but they didnt even look or check for the item. I started to browse the store looking at various other items I was interested in. They were out of a lot of products. Ive been to this location a few times before, they were low or completely out of on products then as well. THEN to top it all off I was looking for a new foundation so I was checking out the testers to find my right shade; while doing this both of the employees kept checking on me. They wouldnt speak to me but they kept watching everything I did. Ive honestly always hated going to sephora because of how the employees behave but this was probably the worst experience ever. Ill be doing my shopping at Ulta from now on or buy online directly from the brands.

I just came from this sephora and I was appalled at the customer service, AGAIN. I walked through the door and two of the employees were at the checkout talking to each other. Neither of them greeted me and compete ignored that I was there, even though I walked right up next to them to get what I came for. I then walked to the checkout counter right in front of them, and placed my items on the counter. Without any sort of acknowlegement, they called to the third employee to come check me out and they both walked away. They made me feel very unwelcome, as if I was a nuisance to their prescence.I am a professional makeup artist. Ive been to many sephoras many times and Im usually treated fabulously, but whenever I come this particular one in South Jordan, I find the customer service to be very lacking. From here on out, I will be advising my clients and fellow makeup artists to never shop there, and to go to a different Sephora.
