I really like this store. I had a problem with an online order and the manager was very kind and helped me with a solution for my problem. The cashiers are also very nice. I have only been shopping here a few months but all of my experience has been good at this location.

DO NOT Schedule a JJ booster shot here! They seem to be the only place on the planet who doesnt know that anyone 18 or older can get a booster after 2 months. (Their website will let you schedule, but the location turned us away). Went to Walmart-- no problem.

Doesnt matter who helps you there, the customer service is horrible! It all starts in the pharmacy with all the bad attitudes. Keep driving to a CVS store. We have had a great experience since we have been doing so.

This pharmacy is fantastic. And for the negative reviews posted here about wait times, do you realize that because of Covid they have to do testing through the drive thru as well as give vaccines inside? So go inside and pick up or drop off your script. And no, testing cannot be done inside nor can a technician go outside and be exposed. So stop complaining guys, they’re doing the best they can with the pandemic piling other things onto their workload.

The worst pharmacy in the valley. The 2 female pharmacist were extremely rude. I had issues with the insurance for 4 days trying to get my prescription. when I finally figured out the issue I had them call my insurance. I had the phone number saved in a text message thread. The person who I handed my phone through started reading my text messages instead of just looking at the number I had saved. She pulled me aside and decided to tell me about my personal opinions I had on the pharmacy in front of everyone in line, and how I was extremely rude for it. DO NOT GO HERE.

Customer service is OK, but they are all slower than molasses. It took 40 minutes in the drive thru to move 4 cars. Yikes! 10 minutes per car? Really?

Always check your receiptThey double and triple charge you ALL. THE. TIMEBEWARE YELLOW TAGS. you will be charged the two for price for each item and they give you the hardest time to get refunded. Its a racket and waste of time. Go elsewhwre... whatever you do. Im Im moving my prescriptions because its such a joke.

Place is horrible, customer service is as worse as it gets. Dont ask the pharmacy for anything pretty much. Go to 7800 S & Redwood instead. These guys are Awsome! There on top if for sure!!!

I went through their drive through yesterday. I got there at 10:00 AM and they said they were running behind so come back in an hour. I got back at 12:00. They still didn’t have it ready they said can you come back in another 30 minutes. So I left AGAIN now I’m upset. I needed to get pain medication to my brother. He had surgery. So finally at 2:00 i got the medicine. I would not go there again!!!

Went to pick up a prescription through the drive through. The lady asked for my id and payment and I handed it to her. She didn’t tell me the price of my prescription and threw my prescription into the box and pushed through my stuff. Very impersonal and unfriendly. Maybe some better manners and customer service would be nice!

The young male pharmacy tech is amazing. This man was so incredibly patient and helpful. He explained how to get a script transferred to a pharmacy with a lower cash price, and I really appreciated it! His name was something with a Q. Then, they ran out of hubbys cough Rx! The pharmacist was helpful, but my hubby ended up saying nothing but the Rx and Vicks really worked. Thankfully, his cough isnt bad otherwise wed have had to go to urgent care. Id never heard of a pharmacy running out of a drug. Oh well, another reason to refill and save whenever possible!

After years of shopping at this location my wife and I are done! Several weeks ago we discovered just how much Walgreens’s has been overcharging us for prescriptions. I called the pharmacist and was told there was nothing she could do to match their competitors. Wrong answer since we have discovered the Good RX app. Then I dropped in today to pick up some items, as is so often, there was no customer service associates at the registers!!! I waited for a bit and then thought I’d just shop for some additional items. Perhaps this is their strategy! When I returned moments later the registers were backed up. I brought this to the attention of the manager, Frank, who became argumentative with me, mocking, and belittling me. Seriously, I couldn’t believe it. I am a professional business man with many friends in the community. I know Frank has interacted with me and my wife many times over the years, and yet he treated me as though I was some punk off the street. Personally, it was inexcusable to treat any patron in such a manner. I encourage you to shop elsewhere!

It seems that a lot of the negative reviews for this location are older. I have been going to this location for my prescriptions for a couple of years now and I have not had a negative experience once. The customer service has always been good. Most all of the pharmacy techs I’ve interacted with have been very friendly. I often use the drive through pharmacy and I love it. No complaints here!

Emergencies are not always convenient. My son required stitches, and we arrived at the Urgent Care center at closing time late on a Saturday evening. The staff was so friendly and caring and really went the extra mile! The care was excellent, prompt, and so appreciated.When I learned about the details of their membership program, I was really impressed. The big insurance companies could really learn many lessons from this model, and families that can participate could so greatly benefit. I am so grateful for the convenience, care and talents that After Hours Medical brings to the profession. Many thanks!!

After calling in a prescription I was told that my patients’ prescription was not on the answering machine. The pharmacist denies any prescriptions had been called in all day.I proceeded to call in a verbal RX, she said that she could not hear me. I raised my voice and she told me to calm down.Parents are angry with their doctor and this pharmacy. I will not recommend it again.

Love this location! Especially the pharmacy!! My son had bronchitis and the staff stayed open a few minutes late so we could get his medication. As a tired mom of a sick kid this was an amazing act of kindness!!!!

Walked into Walgreens and needed help looking for an over the counter eye drop. As I approched the counter there was 3 ladies. All three looked over at me and my son, fine no biggie they’re busy. They’ll get to me shortly. Not the case, they continued there conversation, well glancing over at me a few more times . After waiting 5 min or longer, one of them decides to walk over and see what I need help with. I let her know what i am looking for, she wasn’t sure so she asked the other pharmacist. The girl replies and seems a bit annoyed and acted like we didn’t exist! Very rude & unprofessional!A bit annoyed because all the Walgreens I’ve been to I’ve had an great experience. I recommend if you want good professional, customer service visit a different location.
