I believe the guys name is Brad. But he is awesome. I came in today thinking about an upgrade, and he made it easy as can be.
I have had used Cricket service for about a year and a half and have always been pleased with it. However, this location offers many sales that are dishonest and tricky.For example, yesterday I came in wanting to buy an iPhone 6s 32 GB. I had checked earlier, and it was listed on the cricket website for $150.00. When I went to this store, I expected the phone to be listed for the same price, however it said $240.00. When I asked the employee why it was so much, he told me that at the store it comes in a package deal. For $240.00 you get the phone, the activation fee (normally $25), and you get to choose two free items from a list that they have. The list includes items such as a phone case, a portable charger, earphones etc.If you are a current customer, you should not have to pay an activation fee, so essentially a current customer would be spending $90 for their free items. If you are not a current customer and would have paid the activation fee, then you would be paying $65 extra.When I pointed this out to the employee, he got very uncomfortable. He then flipped the price tag over to show the $150.00 price and said here is the price without the deal.Earlier on in our exchange, I had told him that $240.00 seemed a little too expensive for that phone. Instead of flipping the tag over at that point and showing me the price of the phone alone, he recommend that I look at a cheaper Samsung phone with the same awful deal attached.In summary, it seems that these employees are trained to rip you off before they tell you the truth. Although it is nice to have cricket stores to be able to ask an associate about your service options, DO NOT GO HERE TO BUY A PHONE. It is much safer to do it online.
I have had cricket service for several years now and have been very pleased. Amanda has made my experience with cricket that more amazing. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me. I received excellent customer service from her and will recommend this cricket store to all my friends and family.

Girl was very nice. I had my sim card stolen. And had to buy a new one. She was very nice and understanding since I had my 2 year old with me. Pretty quick trip and all in all was great. She even gave a recommendation for lunch :)

One of the worst stores. Brought in two cricket phones to be reactivated. The first phone went really easy and the SIM card started right up. The second phone had some problems and the SIM card was having problems. The guy behind the counter turned the SIM card every which way and it would not work. He told me my phone has problems and he could not help me. I left disappointed, but I know there were other stores around. Long story short went to another store and they gave me a new SIM card and all is great with both phones. The reason they got two stars is because they got one to work. They need technical help at this store.
Cricket wireless is truly far behind the other wireless carriers in virtually every aspect. The only thing I can say is when you visit cricket wireless ask the employees at the store if they are actual cricket customers. Youll find that a very small percentage of them actually have cricket as their carrier. To me that speaks volumes

Ive been back to this place 3 different times over a year for my glass screen that was SUPPOSED to come with the bundle I purchased. FINALLY they have it in & try to charge me for it again. Like what going on they cant verify ANYTHING. Not my bundle, not my bill from when I purchased it or nothen. Then the cashier is texting back & forth with her upper & finally the customer behind me decides hes gunna pay for it because he is in a rush. I informed him that they were not owed any money so Im not paying them & he insisted. I work & I have the money but not for no reason other then their poor bookkeeping or not having on hand what they are selling. I wish I could snatch the one star back.
Used to like Cricket, considered going back after a year with Sprint. Just after 24hrs with Cricket my phone did not work and customer service was beyond horrible. Went back to Sprint and threw away $75 with Cricket. Not worth it.
