I called multiple places for pricing on my Google Pixel 4a screen and they were the lowest (by a lot). Not only great pricing but amazing service. Fixed the same day. My screen is absolutely gorgeous. Katelyn was amazing and so friendly.

I filed a claim through AT&T to get my screen fixed. These are the guys they go through to get that done.When I filed the claim it says to plan on 2 hours for a screen repair. I was able to get an extra hour on my lunch break to ensure I had the time to get my phone fixed. When I went in the girl at the counter told me that 2 hours isn’t accurate and that they need at least 4 hours to get it done. Unfortunately I’m always on the go and use my phone for my job, so a time frame like that just isn’t/wasnt possible for me.I explained my situation to her and she said we could schedule an appointment but because they are “always 4 hours out” the latest they can do is 3 pm. I explained that just doesn’t work with my work schedule and asked if they could work with me a bit/honor the 2 hour time frame from AT&T etc. She got slightly confrontational and said there’s nothing she can do to help and that my best option is to go pay a higher deductible from AT&T and replace my phone altogether.All in all it was just an odd interaction. Definitely a “we’re busy, and we’re always busy, so if what we say doesn’t work then move along” kind of vibe.My work schedule definitely plays a factor in this, as well as the inaccurate time frame from AT&T however, the unwillingness to help/snooty demeanor just left a bad taste in my mouth.

Amazing service! Had a screen break on a google pixel 5. They had the replacement part in stock and had it fixed in under an hour (though they said 2-4 hours, so your mileage may vary). Staff was friendly as well.

First person wasnt helpful at all, made me go twice (1 hr driving for me) and nothing. But the last guy who assist was super helpful and my phone was ready in 3 hours. He was great but before him was the opposite.

Overall my experience was great! There was some miscommunication about when the part needed to fix my phone would be there and noone called me for weeks even though it was there...once the part was in, they had it expertly fixed in a couple hours.

Was unwilling to look at a water damaged phone, i was even willing to pay the diag fee. I have had backs andn screens replaced here on other samsung phones without issue.

Called in about a water damaged pixel 4a and rather than make fluffy promises they were straight forward with how they may approach it and that buying a new device would be cheaper than their technician time and parts. Finding that level of honesty is rare today. So hats off to the crew there.

I have a Google pixel with a shattered camera screen. I called Ubreakifix to ask about pricing etc. They said they would set aside the phone that would be used to fix mine. I called again to have them hold that replacement phone for another day because I couldnt get to the store (35 min away from me). I got to the store, they took my info and my phone and said come back or call in 2 to 4 hours to check if its done. I went back 4 hours later and they said oh sorry we couldnt fix it. We assumed you had a Verizon based Google pixel, but you dont so the replacement phone we set aside wont work. Come back next week when we have the correct phone. Why didnt any of the three associates that I talked to ask specifics about my phone?! It wouldve saved me so much time and headache had they asked some clarifying questions. And to top it off they completely ruined my front screen protector, someone took it off and put it back on, hundreds of bubbles... Why was it removed at all when the issue was on the back of the phone?! Very frustrating experience all around.

Ill start my review with the positive: The person who helped me was incredibly nice. Now for the rest: I dropped two devices off at 4 pm today and was told they would be done in 2-4 hours. I have been trying to call them for 20 minutes now because they closed and I have no update. I have the sneaking suspicion I wont be hearing back from them today and they have about $1,500 worth of my technology. Not super professional.. Will update my review after I receive my things back.Update: Both devices were fixed and seem to be functioning well and their staff was all awesome that I talked to. Still not stoked that I had to call back myself the next day to find out my devices were done, hence the star dropped.

Man! These guys are amazing! I dropped my phone and the screen still worked but had some glitches and black spots. I worked with Kristian in getting a quote for my insurance. Then worked with them in getting my phone fixed and brand new again. They were so professional and kept me up to date with delays and best time frames. I called a lot of different repair places and they were the cheapest repair quotes I got by at least $30. I will be using them again for all my tech repair needs in the future. I recommend them to anyone! 5/5 stars all around.

Got a screen replacementWas fine at first, looked ok. Saw a broken pixel last night after I got it, no big deal I can handle it. Charged ok it was fine. Then today I plugged it in, and it starts ghost typing, opening and closing apps, all that jazz. So I can’t use it while plugged in but I need to for school work. Not to happy

Carlos helped me today. I have a Google Pixel 5, which very few phone repair shops work on. I thought it was going to take them 2-4 hours to replace my cracked phone screen but it only took them less than 45 minutes. Screen was good as new afterwards.

I dropped my S20 the other day and shattered part of the screen. Had some ugly pink lines on the display, and one of my buttons was totally smashed making it so I couldnt even log into my phone. Took it in and Kristian had it totally fixed like new within a few hours. Super friendly, professional, and trustworthy.

I took my Xbox here to get cleaned and i had complained about my wireless controller connection being spotty. They called me the next day saying it was ready. My xbox doesnt have a spotty connection anymore and it runs faster. Great service. I highly recommend them.

I came in the other day and I cracked my phone on a trip. And they fixed it in less than an hour! Really great customer service and Katelyn really helped the entire experience!! Love this place!!

I’ve rarely been this disappointed in a business. I paid for a new screen for an iPad and was told I had a 90 day warranty. After the screen was fixed I brought the iPad home, set it on my shelf, and waited for the screen protector and case that was ordered to protect my repaired device. To my surprise, when I next picked up my device there was a crack from the home button to the edge of the screen. This crack spread as I picked up the device to examine it.When I returned to the store and began to explain my surprise about the crack, the first thing I was told (before I even finished my story) was that this was not covered under the warranty. No follow up questions, the employee didn’t look at my receipt, or look up my account. Just repeated over and over that physical damage was not covered. I mentioned that the warranty does cover defective material, this was immediately shot down with a suggestion that I couldn’t prove that I did not mishandle it. The employee is correct, I cannot prove that. But I didn’t, and that’s what sucks the most.I’m out $100+ for a new broken screen, which is low quality, evidenced by a tendency to spontaneously crack. I was told I could pay another $100+ for them to fix their low quality screen, but i declined. No discount, no refund, no partial refund, nothing.Please don’t waste your time or money, they don’t stand behind their work, the warranty is a sham and their replacement parts are junk.

Absolutely love these guys I recommend them to everyone I know. They are always so helpful, never charge me for anything I dont need, they are upfront, transparent and down to earth. Give em a call before you go in and they will even tell you if the item can be repaired and if it would be cost effective to do so. Water damage? They are so much better than a bag of rice. If youre thinking about bringing anything to them, just do it!!!

Took my sons phone in on a Saturday afternoon and the manager katelyn helped us out right away! She was very easy to work with and got my sons phone fixed within a couple hours. Very fair priced. We will definitely be back for any future fixes and hope to work with katelyn again!

Save your money, go somewhere else. They break your stuff and deny doing it. They are supposed to fix your electronics, not cause more damage. Own up to doing it. Were all human and make mistakes, no need to lie about breaking my phone screen.

UPDATE: When I got home I discovered there was dust under my camera lens. I called them the next morning and they got me in first thing and fixed it in just over 30 minutes. Very impressed.---I had screen burn in on my brand new Note 10+ so I called these guys because they partner with Samsung. They were super helpful over the phone.I dropped my phone off at 1pm and picked it up at 4:30pm. Good as new with new battery and everything. They knew how particular I am with my phone and it looked brand new. No damage to it at all during fixing.I will be coming back here for all of my electronics in the future!

We had called before hand they said they can fix it no problem and had the parts to do so so I drove over to have them take care of the phone only to have them tell me they only have the tools to fix it if it’s under an insurance claim how is this possible to only be able to fix it if it’s under an insurance claim and not paying for up front this makes no sense unless they are incapable of fixing right the first time

Great experience! I had a warranty repair with them for my Pixel with their partnership with Google. It was seamless! And the device looks great and is functioning just like it should. The staff was very helpful and called me beforehand to verify the appointment I scheduled online. Would definitely go there again in the future.

I set up a repair through Asurion and was told to bring my phone here. When I arrived, the clerk told me that Asurion wouldnt cover the damage and that hed fix the phone for $109. I called Asurion and was told that the damage to my phone is absolutely covered by my plan. So now Ive wasted a trip to the store and have to make another one, all because a clerk didnt even look into my claim or Asurion plan.If you need a repair, look elsewhere first.

Never called to tell me that my phones were ready. Said theyd would be done before they closed. They closed, but open Sunday, no call Monday. I had to call after being told I would get a text and they didnt fix either device. Made me sit and wait to put my old screen on instead of calling me and getting that done beforehand.

Drove three hours to get my phone fixed on insurance hoping for same day service. I was disappointed when I got to the store to find they were closed for the weekend. After having to leave my phone I called first thing Monday morning to discuss the issue and the fact that my phone was still in their possession. After a friendly conversation my phone was shipped that day free of charge. It turned a bad experience into a positive one. I will definitely use these guys again! This place is a joke. I went to get my battery “fixed” at the South Jordan location. One week later, my battery stated 0% consistently and the phone would not work unless plugged into a charger. I took the phone into the Sandy location the following Friday. I dropped my phone off at 11:30, was quoted a 2-4 hour repair time, and arrived back at the store at 4:45 only to be told the “tech didn’t even see my phone” on his desk. What kind of place is this? Do you just have phones piled up on top of each other on a desk where you can’t even see ones that are brought in? I will never come back for phone repair and am recommending that no one ever comes here either. This place should not be in business; I honestly bought an entirely new phone rather than deal with these people again. I’m very suspicious of their “business” practices.

I had a really great experience at uBreakiFix in South Jordan. Ive used the sandy location in the past and have been disappointed. Everyone at the S.J. one was great. Every interaction was friendly and professional. They answered my questions and went out of their way to take care of me. My same-day screen repair was done quickly and looks great! Im very, very happy with my experience and will definitely be using them in the future.

They are great, really, dehydrated my phone for free. But, due to policy restrictions, they wouldnt fix my Nokia 7.1 because it was unfamiliar to them, neither would they fix mine or my sisters Galaxy phones without having to replace the cracked screens (Galaxy screen replacements are stupid expensive). So they are great and friendly, just didnt give me what I needed.

They did a good job on fixing my phone

I brought in my ps4 for a cleaning and fan replacement because it was loud. Beyond that fully functioning. After they replaced the fan I got a call saying they couldnt fix the shut down issue.... there was no issue I brought it in for basic maintenance. Now its forcably shutting down loading any big game.. they say it was heat damage. I had played on it not one hour before it was brought in.Dont bring your console here. THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR STUFF!

Been here a couple times because of contract with Google, but wouldnt come otherwise. When you think your phone is done, youll have to wait 20 more minutes for tests. They say its because they cant unlock your phone, but they never ask for the PIN. Happens every time.

Was having issues with my Galaxy Note 10+ screen. I troubleshooted with Samsung, couldnt figure it out, and they directed me to this store. I was surprised it was so close to my home. Whats better? They were fast, friendly, I didnt have to ship anything, and it was all covered under warranty. Everything is now working excellently!

I called in to see if they could fix my issue with the phone I had, they said they could. I drive 45 minutes to get there just for them to tell me they actually cant. My phone is not currently a version they fix even though Google support directed me here specifically. I asked why this didnt come up in the phone call? The employee SHRUGGED. Thats it. Also she was incredibly condescending and wouldnt listen to understand I wasnt there for what she thought, she didnt even give me a chance. Then when she did she would cut me off and talk over me. In fact I never even got to list all the issues I was experiencing. Then my phone case was left there and when I called to ask if it was there they told me it was and I asked if they could hold it for me and they said sure and didnt even take my name. I asked if they would take my name down since it would be a couple days until I could get there and the guy said sure what is it? Ill just remember. NO. Thats not acceptable or professional. Ive not had too many bad shopper experiences, but this one was terrible.
