If you live anywhere south of 9000 s. Stay away from T-Mobile. I cannot get any help as to why I have no service other than upgrading from my iPhone 11. It’s not even an old phone. I have 1 bar if I’m lucky everywhere but close to Salt Lake City
So I have used this store many times and always had a good experience but I wanted to update my last review to show just how great my most recent one was...I went into this store with a little bit of a bad attitude to start with. My phone wasnt working, nobody was able to tell me when my new one would be here because it was on back order and I was getting ready to leave town so I was just grouchy about everything.I believe it was Ben that helped me get everything figured out. Not only was he patient with my attitude at first but he handed me at least 3 different options to make things better and I left super happy. I had a couple of other employees help me also while he got moved to other customers and they too were all super nice, helpful, Funny and easy to work with. I will always go back to this store! Thanks guys!

The team over at the south Jordan T-mobile store go above and beyond to help there clients. They stayed after hours to help me get my service restored and tried everything possible to get it accomplished. Ty, David, and Brittney are the 3 that helped me out while I was there. They were super friendly, willing to help in anyway they could. 5 stars hands down!
Just stood there without being helped for over 15 minutes. As soon as the next person was available they answered the phone (which just rang). Then I got attitude from Luis. I would recommend another store.
Marcus and his team were great! They didnt try to upscale me to a bigger or more expensive phone, they advocated for my choice in phones and didnt give me a hard time. Marcus was also nice to congratulate me on my engagement while my info transferred devices
Horrible service. Didn’t even try to find a solution for me. Horrible attitude, blonde girl all did was avoid finding a solution and just kept bringing up why i couldn’t update my phone or whatever. Worst store I’ve been to.
Staff is friendly, helpful and personable. I have never had a problem in this store. The staff is willing to take the home necessary to help meet your needs. They are knowledgeable about their equipment and phone services. I highly recommend them.
Had a great experience with this store. Zach was so helpful getting us set up with new phones and adding a line. We had issues with one of the phones so we went in the next day and Eli so graciously helped us get it figured out. He was so personable and made it an easy, and enjoyable experience!! Ty McCourt did an amazing job, he is super professional and really knows his stuff and is really great to talk with. He spent all the time we needed to answer all of our questions and even went above and beyond what weve had in the past.

These wonderful folks have been very helpful to me. I am in my 80s now and my mind is limited with my age. ANDREA is their manager and she is a jewel of a person. I had the best experience with Jacque one day, what an honest conversation with great recommendations. No pressure! Then I returned and bought my new phone from another employee who was also super helpful. Transferred all from my cloud and assured me I could call him back if I had any questions.I’m nothin but happy! The 11 and I are getting along just great.

Went in recently to get a new sim card, as the herriman store got shut down for cleaning (covid).Employee that helped thought his mask was a chin strap most of the time, and even when he pulled it up he kept his nose out.Found out mid conversation this employee was from the herriman store where they were shut down for cleaning (due to covid) I learned mid conversation.Id suggest this store gets informed on what they really need to do to stay open in SLC right now because the employees are not doing it.
I went to upgrade a phone and was a little nervous about how it would go . Had a very seamless experience with Chelsea. She was very nice, knowledgeable and quick. I would recommend this branch. She eventually had to leave and I was transition to one of her teammates without any issues. Keep up the good work over there.

First thing first, huge massive, awesome kudos to the employee BRANDON!!! He was so casual and made us feel so comfortable and not like we were on a sales floor in a phone store. He asked us what we needed and when we told him we were leaving and needed to know what we owed to pay off our plan he asked why we were leaving, so we explained and he told us about updates and new things going on with Tmobile and we told him no thank you once and he didnt pressure us any more. It was such a relief! He laid all of what we owed out and made it easy to understand. He did his job and if we werent so frustrated with the service then we would have stayed just because of him. Brandon, huge thumbs up and thank you for giving top notch customer service!!!!
Years ago I switched from V at this store & have never regretted it!!When my expensive phone finally died, but, I was over 65 & on SS, I appreciated their integrity and my $××% phone has honestly been GREAT!!!TODAY I had issues after 2 updates. The gal was sooo knowlegable and fixed the little glitches immediately.Still ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐in my books!!
I have been a loyal customer of T-Mobile for over a decade and almost every customer service interaction with them has been stellar.Yesterday I went into the store due to a problem with my phone, and the girl who helped me could not have been less interested in helping me or resolving my issue.If anyone from T-Mobile reads this, please train your staff the T-Mobile experience, tell them to take some pride in working for a company whose focus is customer service.Thumbs down!
My wife and I had such a wonderful experience here. Brandon was extremely helpful in getting my wife a new Samsung. He helped us to find a great deal and spent a great amount of time teaching her how to use the phone. We were extremely impressed with Brandons professionalism and kindness. Would recommend working with him when you go in. Brandon will make the experience well worth your time!
Dont shop here!!! Service is slow. Staff is not knowledgeable about the product. They sold me a blue tooth device that was not compatible with my new phone. They would not return the product even though I had been out of town on business and it was less 4 business days. They told me they would not return the product because I did not have the packaging even though I had the receipt. When asked to speak to the manager he wouldnt come out to talk to me (his store clerk said he was on an important conference call). Who is more important than the customer??? I called t-mobile and they called on my behalf. He told them that he was out to lunch and was not in the office when I had come in. He also told them he could not return the product without packaging because there would be no way to scan it back into the system. He lied.... You are better off shopping online. If you go to the store T-mobile really has no recourse with store owners.
Great service. Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. Our business account is BEYOND complicated and these guys have always been able to explain everything great. We are happy with the products and services.
Love this place! I switched to tmobile and have never looked back. I get service when i fly to Mexico and the service here in the states is amazing. Not to mention the unlimited data, this has saved me tons and tons of money. And they have a tmobile Tuesday where you get free and discounted items from different places like the movies and restaurants.

This use to be great store to go to. The current manager and some, but not all, of the current staff are a definitely NOT customer oriented I found them to be cold, despite getting 2 new phones. I will try to avoid that particular store in the future.

Having problems with my Samsung 5, went in and Brandon knew exactly what to check on my phone, made the necessary changes and I was back in bushes in 20. He was amazing! So knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He took the time to show me me how to use my phone more efficiently and what to look for in the future to avoid problems. Had extensive knowledge base about all thingsphone,so impressed! Did not need to use waranty to get new phone, so happy! Didnt pressure or rush. Would recommend this store to anyone, ask for Brandon!!
I went into the store a few months ago to get a new phone added to my boyfriends plan of 2 phones with unlimited talk and text with 6 gigs of data for 100 a month. My bf had signed up the week before so I was just being added. Come to find out that a few weeks later my bill is 247 dollars!? I know that there is the installment charges but even then it should have only been $150. So, I called t-mobile and come to find out the guy who signed me up added me on my own plan! I was so caught off guard because I had told the man that I needed to go onto my boyfriends plan. Such a waiste of money and time it was to go to this store. They really dont care what the customer needs or asked for. Me, nor any of my family will ever go back to this store again. I suggest driving an extra 5 minutes to go to the store off of 3600 w. 12600 s. Across from the Walmart.

Returned an defective galaxy watch to their store, just found out Ive been paying for the line for the watch for 6 months. Having so many lines through t mobile and auto payment isnt a good idea. Youll end up paying more then you should.

DONT SHOP HERE!! I was lied to about my service, I was told that Ill be getting $100 discount as I was converted my prepaid account to postpaid account with one more additional account. After first month bill when I didnt see any discount on my bill I stop by at store to check whats happening but then store person said I dont know about this. Also when I purchased iPhone 6s on lease they said I can unlock it after first bill will be paid. I have plan to travel to outside country so I asked them they said we cannot do that. There are only 2 options to unlock the phone, one pay full amount or go to apple store and check with those guys. Apple store may ask yo some fees to unlock your phone. They are not to be trusted for anything at this place!!!Horrible wish I could rate it with no stars.

Stopped by in the afternoon when it wasnt busy and got quick answers to my coverage questions, with some knowledgable solutions from Gerrick on things to try. They were also easy to help me with a SIM card issue and got me set up quickly and on my way.

I went into t-mobile a couple months ago to get a new updated phone. I have never spent over $300 on a phone before and this time I knew I wanted to so that I would get a good decent phone that would last me for at least a year or so. After nobodies help on looking around, I found the HTC One M9 and asked them if it was a good phone and they said it was excellent. I told them what I wanted and they couldnt even point me in the right directions. After having this phone for a couple of months I have had a dozen issues with it. One of which it is super slow. The slowest phone I have ever had. I called and they told me to try and delete a bunch of things. So I deleted photos, text messages, and apps. The same thing still happens. Now not only that, it gets super hot. It charges slowly and the battery lasts for a couple of hours and thats only if you are not using it. Using it, it lasts for about an hour. I could probably survive for another year with it but I also have problems receiving texts constantly. I will not get texts from other people and other people will not get more than half of my texts and its a constant battle of not knowing or not if people got my text messages. I have also recently dropped my phone which caused the camera screen to crack even though I had the case on. I have called t-mobile both the store and corporate to try and get this fixed. To see what I could do to get a new phone or to get my problems fixed with everything thats happenend and all they tell me is that even though I got the warranty I would have to pay $175 to get a new phone even though the first problem was the phone itself and it not being a good phone. They never even told me in the first place that in order to use the warranty I would have to pay a deductible. Worst customer service ever. I have gotten a $800 laptop replaced because a manufacturer issue but with tmobile apparently its different. You have to wait until you break the phone in order for them to tell you that you can get replaced for $175 and then tell you their is nothing else you can do.
They messed up transferring a phone number to T-Mobile from at&t. Luckily, after a few days, T-Mobile support was able to fix the stores mistake.
Rude bros. They sat on their phones the whole time and were pretty rude. Its not that hard to smile and be nice to a customer. Idk i guess vaping is hard?
The reps are smooth, they will tell you whatever you want to hear, especially about in-store credit and work through whatever problems arise to complete the sale, but then never submit the in-store credit to T-Mobile. After the 14 days and their answer will be they cant do anything for you. If you are going to switch to t-mobile, I wouldnt go to this retailer, find another T-Mobile retailer for your needs.I think the other reviews here is from friends of employees.
Lied and billed me for 8 months for 2 lines that I did not know were ever activated . I never even signed for them. POOR POOR service (brandon) dont use himIf you go there Garrick is the only one to use.
