Love this little location! The drive thru can get busy with the rush, but they handle it like champs. I come here a couple times a week and have never had any issues or orders made incorrectly.The staff here are friendly; they definitely add a smile with their great service.

I usually love this location despite its LONG drive thru wait.Today I had ordered the new strawberry funnel cake Frappuccino. I did modify it to have coconut milk instead of regular & did the espresso way. So Im not sure if doing their option 2 way (with espresso..) had anything that made this order not the best. It tastes great overall but Im a little disappointed that I didnt have the extra cream and strawberry puree on the bottom like advertised....

Super friendly and happy service at the drive-thru. Didnt catch her name but we came through around 1:00pm. Trying the Kiwi Starfruit Refresher today, and subbed apple juice for water. Very good!! Several cars in line, but wait wasnt too bad.

Friendly fast service! Very convenient location. I was given a good recommendation for my chai and I am glad they had coconut milk. There was a line at the drive thru but it was fast. The attendant was super friendly. I appreciated they wore masks and Apple Pay is a payment option. Very convenient

Ive lived by this location for 3 years. The employees are nice but my order is wrong about half the time when I do mobile order. Im not even ordering crazy stuff, just the basic stuff on the app without modification. It is also disappointing that in order to make their coffee taste good it has to be sugary and high calorie. I wish they would focus on quality coffee and not sugary syrups.

I keep trying to give this location try after try after try, because it’s closest to my house. But it’s beyond frustrating when your order continues to be wrong, especially considering paying $5 for a drink- it’s a treat for me. I feel like I am gambling it everytime I order. If I KNEW I would get what I wanted (ordered) everytime I would go so much more often. I don’t even order anything crazy whatsoever so I don’t know where the disconnect is even happening! I am forgiving and easy going but it happens just too often here. Also kinda frustrating when your mobile order is done more than 15 minutes after it says it will be ready.

This is right by my house so I go there a lot. The workers are always super friendly, but the same drink order tastes different every time. They also ALWAYS put a TON of ice in even when I say light or no ice. It’s irritating.

This is the worst location to get your coffee from. Expect to wait 10 minutes every time, they are always out of ingredients mid day. Just gave them another shot at and asked for a iced coffee to receive a hot coffee. Waited and let them know it was supposed to be iced and the response given was “uhm no” as she walked away from the window to start taking another order. No worries though, people typically don’t order what they want right?

They are good this one is a little slow but they always get the orders right and they are always super nice!

They were out of certain ingredients so they recommended another drink, I tried it as soon as I drove away and it was disgusting. Not as they described at all! I went in to have them fix it or to try something else and they were extremely rude! Looked at me as if I did something wrong and they wouldnt fix it.. and this is why I will go to beans and brews from now on.

I don’t know why I continue to give this Starbucks location a chance. They have messed up on multiple orders before and I just went through the drive-through again and my tall white mocha literally taste like steamed milk and chocolate. Don’t taste any coffee in it and it’s not even hot it’s like lukewarm temperature.

Worst Starbucks in the valley. We waited for over 20 min and they got BOTH of our drinks wrong. Such a waste of time and money. Hopefully the one on 11400 S opens up soon. Until then, I’ll stick with my trusted West Jordan Starbucks.

Haha this place is a joke. It took 30 minutes to get an iced coffee. I thought going inside would be quicker... NOPE. Just to have my drink made wrong. Save yourself the time and go literally anywhere else.

The staff is always friendly and super accommodating at this location. However, at any one time you can expect up to a 25-minute wait at this Starbucks in drive-thru as well as in lobby, not by fault of the staff baristas or management but rather it is the only standalone Starbucks in all of South Jordan which is just ridiculous to me, they definitely get enough traffic that Starbucks needs to open another location in the South Jordan area .

Amber was the closing manger and she was HORRIBLE. They closed early, and she was SO RUDE. Interrupted me countless times saying “ok. ok. ok. ok. ok.” when I was expressing my frustrations. She said I was “abrading” her over the phone when I said she doesn’t deserve to be a manger with her horrible attitude and lack of respect to loyal customer. Absolutely hate this starbucks location. I’ll gladly take my money and tip respectful people elsewhere.

I love Starbucks! Gold member, I have the credit and debit card. I use to work for them before. I know sometimes mistakes happen and the pressure is on for Baristas to provide a good experience. When the location opened up a few it was exactly that, amazing experience!After consistent poor experiences I feel inclined to write a review. I’m not exaggerating when I waited 35 mins in the drive thru at noon on a Monday. Ordered a iced coffee with caramel flavoring and milk. I got a black coffee with no flavor, the barista even explained they were out of flavoring. Sorry!Also they were out of the sandwich I ordered, didn’t even offer an alternative or a refund. It was $6.How is that possible? It’s a Starbucks. When I worked for them we always had extra syrup available. Many of their drinks are made with a Carmel syrup. That’s like not having coffee available at a Starbucks. There are many ways to turn the experience around for a customer and none were offered to me.

Mobile order was supposed to be ready by 12. Waited in the store, didnt get my drink until 1215. They were very busy but there has to be a better way of organizing orders.

I hate to give this location a bad rap, but I visit them every day and I have noticed that their customer service is going out the door along with their customers. It used to be if you placed a mobile order it was ready before you arrived, but now it usually takes 10 minutes to get your mobile order and that’s only after you ask somebody to help you out. My complaint is nobody greets you as you walk in the door anymore. What has happened to acknowledging, and treating your customers like they are special.Sorry for the negative review, my only hope is that a store manager or Regional manager catches on and helps the store figure out how to treat its customers again. I still love you guys.

It is a darling store, I went with my friend to celebrate our birthdays and the staff there, despite being so rushed, still took time to have a conversation. Our drinks were exactly how we ordered and given to us pretty quickly I thank all the staff members there for being so kind

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes to get to the order menu. The lady asked me to wait before they could take my order. She came back 10 minutes later to finally take my order. I told her I have waited too long I cannot wait for a drink to still be made. No one in front of me because everyone else had been helped, just drove right out. Usually the service here is amazing! This left me feeling like I don’t want to go back.

This place is the best place that is open at 5:00. I never went inside, and always went through the drive through, but Ive needed to be all the way across town for school by 7:00 am, and these guys were the best place for me to get my fix so I can wake up. I especially love their berry refreshers with no ice or water when you really are having a rough day.

I come to this location basically every single day. *every day I go to work*. The past couple times that I have gone through the drive thru to order my coffee they will confirm that I would like an extra shot. In a couple of my drinks recently, they have only put one single shot. And not the 4 that I want in total. I even ordered an iced latte today and they gave me a frappachino. I know they get busy, and I’m not one to complain. I will continue to go to this store. But I would appreciate it if I got more confirmation on my order after ordering and up at the window as well.

33 min drive thru line. Completely unacceptable. And when I ordered they were out of everything I wanted. This isn’t the first time either. Fire the manager they don’t know how to order products properly!!

This Starbucks location is a go-to for me. It seems like this is one of the busiest stores in the area, but the baristas do a WONDERFUL job keeping up with the craziness with smiling faces. 🤓👍🏼

I did a mobile order and it was ready exactly when they said it would be and my drink and pastry were delicious.

Called to place a large order, was told I could not place an order over the phone. Lost my business for the remainder of my time working here. Got better service at one 2 miles further away. I have been stopping here every morning on my way to work, will now drive to a different location due to poor customer service.BTW you lost an $85.00 order that would probably have happened at least 2 times a week for the next 2 months.

This Starbucks has some good people but it also has some hard heads. About 20% of my visits have had errors. Hard head taking the order.Additionally they have had some issues opening on time in the mornings. There for awhile it was at least one morning a week they would open late.

This morning I was super rushed and quite agitated, as I had a last-minute emergency babysitting job that I was supposed to be out at 5:45.. I got to Starbucks around 530 and I ordered my drink and the girl at the drive-through was super sweet. when i pulled up to the window she was EXTREMELY helpful and had a big smile on her face and she was so so pretty. It was super refreshing to have someone be that chipper and friendly at 5 AM! I wish I remembered her name but she was great and i will definitely start coming to starbucks in the early AM from now on.

As a former Starbucks partner and daily Customer, this was one of the worst experiences I had here. After waiting 35 minutes for my mobile order, they did not give us the second drink until we had to get their attention and ask them for it. After that, once we tasted our Frappuccino’s they tasted like soap and water. After talking to the Supervisor, she had the drinks remade and offered a $4 gift card for the “inconvenience”.The next day when we attempted to use that gift card at another location they informed us the card had a $0 balance, meaning it was never loaded.Horrible service, not clean, and cause even more of a headache when they “try to make it right”. Avoid this location and drive a few miles farther and enjoy the great service always provided by the one on 10600 S by the mall.

I went on to spy on the place for ideas. I do not drink coffee. I told the girl why I was there and she was so cute and sweet and we talked about excellent service skills and atmosphere as to why Starbucks is successful. She had great suggestions for non-coffee drinks to try. Fun times.

Visit was great! Drive thru line was extremely long but it was a suprisingly short wait! Plus the staff members were cute and cordial!

I stop here almost everyday before work and its usually great. The last few times its been getting worse. When I went yesterday, I waited in the drive through at the speaker for about 5 mini but no one was there. I considered backing out but there was a car behind and in front of me. Finally someone took my order and so I let it go and moved up. When I Pulled up, she had given the lady in front of me her order and then they sat and talked for so long. When they were done I pulled up to the window down and no one even acknowledged me. They were talking to each other and making other drinks but no one said hi or anything for a really long time. I was going to be late for work but I decided to give it five more minutes. After five more minutes of waiting without any acknowledgement, I left. Im super disappointed because it used to be so good.

This place is the best part of my morning! I really enjoy all of the employees here - thanks for being so great.

Worst Starbucks EVER!!! Every single time I have gone to this location the drink always taste watered down and different from any other Starbucks. No matter what the drink... ordered a iced chai, tasted like milk. Then ordered a drink for my mom who has been getting the same drink for ten years. When it wasn’t right and I asked if they could re make it they said that ALL the other Starbucks were making the drink incorrectly and they were the ones making the right way? Do not go here if you are expecting to get your normal Starbucks drink, it will not be the same.

My absolute favorite place to get my coffee ! This Starbucks is amazing the staff is always so kind and you can tell they love there job! There so funny too! Highly recommend!

Disappointed to say the least. I asked for the dark roast and the cashier was going to give me literally the bottom of the barrel what little was left in the coffee tub. Uh no! Could you have at least offered to make some? I guess not. I also have found that the Pike Place is rather weak which is my go to brewed coffee. I have found here in Utah that the pike is rather weak so I opt for the dark. I will find another Starbucks and try theirs.

This is the absolute best Starbucks I have ever been to! I go here every morning on my way to work and they are ALWAYS so generous and fast. Most Starbucks are crowded in the morning (especially the drive-thru) but they are always so quick to make the drinks, I never have to wait long. I also have a complicated order (I usually order Keto drinks) and they always get it right. I have never had a bad drink here and I appreciate their consistency.

This location has the best baristas. The vibe is positive here.Edit: Something that makes me really happy about this location is that everyone knows the refill policy and I dont have to ever explain it, which happens often at other locations. They must have good communication and/or management has done well training the Starbucks standard.

I doubt I will go to this Starbucks ever again. I pulled through their drive thru and their lights were still on, as they should be since their hours are 5am-9:30pm. As I waited they finally told me that their hours had recently changed and that they are closed. I asked what their new hours are and she said 8:30. I look over and it says 8:32.🙄😡 I wouldnt have been upset had their sign been turned off and a sign of hour change.

My drinks have only been slightly wrong twice, but I could tell that the people ringing it up were brand new. So its completely understandable. Theyre still always nice and are trying their hardest. I go to Starbucks a lot Get water, oatmeal and egg, bacon and cheese bites.I love their Vitamin C Defender for When you are sick. Its basically Lemonade and Coat Throat Vitamins, or Herbal Tea with A hint of mint. If you like it really sweet you can get 2 lemonades and 1 herbal tea bag. This is what Native Americans used for Medicine centuries ago, so it’s very natural in antioxidants and herbs.I really love their mobile ordering, you can pay with your starbucks card and apple pay, and tip them and everything and reload your card all on the app. You get free drinks and danishes and croissants and advertisements to your account about what free item you get on your digital card. I love their steamer options. You can get steamed milk with any flavor in it. I prefer peppermint.Mocha is just chocolate flavoring not coffee. So if you want a peppermint hot chocolate you can get that all year long. If you want coffee in it you tell them in person, if you don’t you indicate what you do want on the app and order it, or tell them in person. They have low calorie sweeteners and syrups.The staff is wonderful, so kind and helpful- and very welcoming. I have ordered peppermint hot chocolate, oatmeal and cheese danishes & water there. All are yummy. The staff is usually busy, kind and helpful. Starbucks has a lot of alternative drinks to coffee and tea so if you want Apple Cider, Milk Steamers, Hot Chocolate or Peppermint Hot Chocolate you should come here. Their mugs and Coffee Cups are really adorable too.I still go there frequently to get my chocolate peppermint and dessert or danish fix. I would recommend ordering a venti ice water with any order in person as it is free and will keep you from burning your throat. As with all hot drinks be careful before drinking or eating any hot foods or drinks, and always order water or bottled water, or milk or something to help your throat and mouth, in case of a burn.If you prefer mobile ordering order an Ethos Bottled Water to help the Environment and To help your Throat and Mouth.

I have traveled the country for 10 years, and am always stopping at whatever Starbucks I can. However, there is no location better than the one near home in South Jordan, Utah. The employees are all friendly and great at what they do. I bring my husky, Indigo, with me to the drive-through, and they are always quick to love on her and give her puppaccinos. And even when I dont bring her, we have great conversations. I always look forward to coming home and swinging by my favorite Starbucks location.

Payton, who is the manager of this store is so friendly! Shes always cheerfully zipping around making sure everyone is happy and well taken care of!

Great if you need coffee in the mornings. Never go in the afternoon or evenings! The wait is up to 30 minutes and Ive gotten my coffee made wrong about 50% of the time!

Their drive through is one of the faster ones. (depending on the neediness of those in front of you) and they have the cutest barista there, Winter, who always takes care of me!

SO SLOW! I always order my Starbucks though the app and this store is always at least 10 minutes behind what the app suggests is the time it will take. This isnt a problem at any other Starbucks Ive been to and the staff always has a horrendous attitude. Dont waste your time here.

Should have gone to beans and brews there is always a problem at this Starbucks machines down, running out of product, etc. Drive thru was packed walked in went right to.register ordered drink and then waited, waited and waited until she called my name and then was rude like I inconvenienced her, I said thank you have a good day and then was ignored. Someone please bring out the coffee bean to Utah.

Horrible customer service. 2 mobile orders in a row with. First one they lost my ticket, blaming me and said I must have placed the order for a different location when my phone receipt said this location. Today, I ordered and stood there for 15 minutes! When they were out of the item, instead of informing me after 15 minutes, I had to go and ask and they were just like oh well. Horrible. No apology, no way of making it better. Just oh well.
