The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I called the corporate office to complain about an inappropriate pharmacist. They agreed she was acting out of her scope. No return call for apology. I moved all my meds to a pharmacy out of South Lyon. Also the store manager gives out guidelines and policy that is not in accordance with corporate policy. No one on the ground knows their policies for customer service, they do what they feel like doing.
I went to this store to pick up a ups package that was dropped off. Some young kid was helping me and tried to give me someone elses package before I said that wasnt me. Then he said he couldnt find my package and that I should call UPS when my confirmation from them said someone there signed for it. I saw a box on the floor behind the counter and asked the young man Ayden and the manager Kyle to check that one bc I saw Chicago on it which is where my package was coming from. Then they said it wasnt my package and to call UPS. I went out to my car to call UPS and they said they hand delivered it to a young man there. So we called back CVS back and talked to the manager told him that. They put me on a brief hold and said they found the package. Guess which one it was? The one I told them to check from the beginning! Do not trust Ayden or the manager Kyle.
They started texting me saying I needed to pick up my prescription days after I already had. My medications have been changing fairly frequently and this cvs cant keep it straight I just picked up medications and they didnt even give me the right ones
This cvs is the worst one in been 2! Lots of employees around no one said hi. And the bathroom was dirtiest bathroom I ever seen ! Sorry cvs but it was a bad trip there . They did have lots of stuff in stock that’s it. I will not be returning .
CVS in South Lyon, off of Pontiac Trail and 9 Mile rd is 1 of the BEST PHARMACIES that I have EVER been to. I have heart disease and other ailments. People in South Lyon do NOT treat the staff well at this Pharmacy. I have been with them for 3 years almost, and I have A LOT of scripts they have to fill every month for me. I have seen so many customers ABUSE the Pharmacy workers bc due to a LACK of TECH staff, sometimes people have to wait MAYBE 15 minutes. All in all, this Pharmacy is full of helpful, caring, reliable staff.. Shannon
11/18/2020 - 3:30pm The little Indian woman pharmacist was rude and very belittling. She refused to fill my prescription because I didn’t have a ‘patient consultation consent form’ from my doctor. A pharmacy has no right to ask for this, no matter the situation. Excuse me ms pharmacist but that is a violation of HIPPA and you are going to be in big trouble with the state. I called my doctor and had my prescription moved to Walgreen’s. I walked right in and picked my script up NO ISSUE at all.
This review is for the pharmacy. I would give a zero if possible. Yesterday I went inside because I needed some other items plus a prescription pick up. There were 4 employees and I was waiting and waiting and waiting. The drive through line was being taken care of but I stood there and waited. I wasnt greeted. I was ignored. The woman who finally had taken care of me was messing with her hair sitting on the stool at the drop off window. There was exactly one customer in line and that was me. When someone finally came she did not make any apologies for the wait, no greeting, no friendliness, nothing. This is not the first bad experience at this pharmacy. It is a monthly experience as it is convenient and I keep chalking it up to them being busy and maybe understaffed. I have decided to take my business elsewhere. There are a lot of choices out there. Very poor customer service. Very unprofessional.
I am not very happy about this CVS.. The one pharmacist is EXTREMELY RUDE.. tells me that you cannot count the day a prescription was filled as the first day. Like yeah ok I’m gonna get a new script and wait a day to take it... LaDonna is amazing but the other one needs to learn how to deal with people.
The pharmacy staff are usually friendly and helpful, especially Reggie. However, filling prescriptions is extremely slow. If a doctors office calls in a script, they usually dont fill it until you come in and ask for it - even 1-2 hours after you see the doctor. Additionally, the automated system will say that a script is ready for pickup, but when I get there the staff hasnt started it yet. That being said, the pharmacist will usually apologize and expedite it if you can wait 10 minutes.
I love the employees who work at this CVS Pharmacy. Theyve always been very helpful and friendly in every interatction I have with them.
Pharmacy has been going in the wrong direction for several years. Today I was in line to purchase non pharmaceutical items and the male cashier continued to restock items within 2 feet of me, I backed up and he said youre ok and I said that were supposed to be distanced! Unacceptable! I will not go inside again and switching to Walgreens.
Pharmacy staff are noted to be very quick to assist me & other customers even though they were short of staff. Even now when they have enough staffing and during winter season is when the people and kids are sick; the pharmacy staff are doing their best to fill the customers orders and assist the in-store customers. The clerks near main entrance door are very courteous and friendly. I shopped there once or twice a week and never had any issues. Great 👍🏻 job!
Pharmacy is a joke cant fill script with a prescription from your doctor sitting on my medicine for a month and wait till I need them to tell there is a problem
The people are very helpful and with them offering curbside pick up during COVID-19 they have been a life saver.
Store is very clean and organized. The employees are super nice and helpful
The pharmacy staff is the rudest I have ever experienced! I quit going there because of the pharmacy staff but decided to give it another chance. Still extremely rude. Who needs this kind of treatment when you can go to Walgreens or Rite Aid and be treated with courtesy!
Insane manager lady started screaming at me for not wearing a mask. Absolutely disgusting and shameful behavior on her, CVS, and the young man who was uncomfortable behind the counter during her tirade. I have a medical condition and will never return here again.
I was at the cvs at 9 mile/ Pontiac Trail on 11-6-19 at 3:40pm picking up a script with my friend and 11year old grandson, also buying 3 other items, The Pharmacist came from the back with a loud tone voice commanding me to take my purchase somewhere else because I had a coupon. I told him he was Rude! Rude! Rude! Then dont hand out coupons!!!!! I am a customer! I had waited MY turn in line! Very unprofessional of him and poor customer service! The gal at the register was very nice and helpful! She handled this very rude pharmacist and situation calmly.
Indian lady pharmacist has worst customer service everi had to hangup and now i go to walgreens.
I am always pleased with the pharmacy here! Reggie and all the staff are very helpful and always make you feel like youre important!
Love same at CVS. He knows where everything is! I walk in, tell him what I need and he gives me an isle number where I can find it. Perfect for the quick in and out stop!
I went in looking for a less common prescription. I waited for 10 min to even talk to a pharmacist as she was on the phone. Then she was rude when I showed her my prescription. I understand if they dont have it in stock, but she could have told me that nicely.
Service is usually slow but I have always encountered friendly staff. The Pharmacist is wonderful. As far as a CVS goes, it could use some updating inside, lighting and carpeting by comparison.
Not only rude but these people don’t care. I changed from Kroger to CVS. In S.Lyon, WOWCVS is clueless. My insurance company uses Caremark this is what I have to use them. My doctor calls in prescriptions they don’t fill or won’t tell you about them.

Management does not care! I grabbed 3 cases of water, 24 count, my cart was so rickety it flipped over,. It slammed into my shin and actually bruised my shin bone (those were my Doctors words). I called the store manager Kent Walters, left 3 phone messages & 2 messages when in store. Took him 6 days before he called. He blamed me for the bad cart flipping! I called the district manager, Dan & he never called me back at all! The cashiers there are all very nice, but I stopped going there because Management does not care about their customers!
Went through drive through to pick up prescription ask about another prescription was told didnt have time and to come in the store thats why I usually get my prescriptions filled at Krogers
This Pharmacy has TERRIBLE customer service. I pulled up to the drive through 2 mins before closing and they turned me away. The right thing would have been to service the customer in front of you, even if it meant closing a couple of minutes later. Save yourself the time & go to a different pharmacy. These folks are lazy.

Rude pharmacy staff. Stated med would be ready in 15 minutes and it took 45 minutes. Number one rule of customer service-shoot long. When i brought this to her attention, she was rude.
I stopped in to pickup a few small items. Found out I couldnt get any sales unless I had a CVS card. I offered to get one but then found out even with the card I still wouldnt be entitled to any sales until my next visit. This is not customer service! Ill go to Kroger and get my products cheaper.
Absolutely the worst place around. The pharmacy staff is terrible. They are always rude and seem like you are an inconvenience to them. That store needs to clean house and fire all of them.
