Sold me a vape pen with a broken charger and then wouldnt allow me to return or exchange it. Dont get ripped off

The folks that serve as hosts are very kind and empathetic to my situation. Theyre not judgemental and I find that easier in our time of needing temporary help. Thank you staff

No one has been there. I have waited 1/2 hr on a Fri and 1/2 hour on a Tuesday! Didnt open! Everyone else that goes there seems to know this? How? Why havent I been notified??

Hours could be better, seems like every time I go here there closed or the doors locked but all lights are on and the open sign is lit up!!

How about fell OUTSIDE the door on mud and instead of helping me or asking if l am ok they yell at me why u walk in the mud several times then l go back for owner info they refuse to give it to me fractured rib and messed up my knee they still refuse to give me owner name and number 1st he in California now he in Nepal they can deal with a lawyer then disgusted!!
