As always, great. But, The Pharmacy... an un-organized un-managed disaster! Theyve needed more help for YEARS even before Covid they were awful... dont fill the meds even close to on time. Ive run out... had to call customer service, they call a secret number to get to the pharmacist. They do not answer the phone. Was the only way I could get through...Sux!
Booked a booster shot for my Mother. Everything was squared away but they still denied her while prioritizing people who walked in off the street without an appointment. There are several CVS locations on Cape Cod. Please take the time to visit one that isn’t completely incompetent.
Why is there one worker in the entire store that only knows how to work the cash register.. is that the only service this CVS do?... I was sent to Walgreens because they can help me there! Hire ppl who want to work for your company and the workers who work hard treat them good $$
2 stars only because one woman who works at this pharmacy is friendly. But avoid this location like the plague! They let the phone ring off the hook and never pick up, no hustle at all (hope you like waiting around for no reason), totally unprofessional behind the counter talking about how much they hate working here, they shorted myself and another customer on our meds so we had to go back and pick up more, told me I had a large co-pay on a script that always costs about $3... This pharmacy is a total dumpster fire and no one who works there seems to care at all, including the pharmacy manager. He watches all this go on and does nothing. Ridiculous.
I went to do an exchange for something else. I had everything that I needed and the transaction went smoothly. The manager was not rude and nasty. She took my items and traded what I needed and gave me a receipt and I was pleased and content. The line wasnt long either
We went to this CVS for our annual flu shots today, and were shocked to see that the store had no coronavirus protection available anywhere in the store to sanitize our hands or sanitize any products we touched. We were given pens that were not sanitized to sign the flu shot forms. I had to input my CVS card number, instead of just giving it verbally, into a machine that had not been sanitized before use and then had to insert my credit card for payment in the same dirty device. I thought that a pharmacy would be much more conscientious about the Coronavirus risks and take the precautions necessary to curtail the spread.
Went in to use an atm and got told I wasn’t allowed to use the atm without buying something first. I just paid 3$ to use the atm... and now I have to buy a water?
Went in around 10am for scheduled COVID-19 tests for 3 people (with insurance). Lady at the drive-thru pharmacy window glanced at her screen for a few seconds after we gave her our respective confirmation codes and simply said all the info that was submitted is wrong and that we’d have to reschedule the tests. As if every CVS on Cape Cod isn’t all booked for three days out already. She claimed she did not have the ability to change anything (I suppose it’s possible, their system might be restrictive). Although I triple checked before submitting all info and even provided a copy of insurance online, it’s possible I made an error, but for all 3 appointments? I didn’t argue because I don’t want to be that customer and something could have been my fault, but I get the feeling she was just trying to avoid administering the tests because they’d be more time consuming. Unpleasant customer service and a lack of explanation are what bothered me the most.
Awful! I scheduled an appointment for a flu shot. I went at my scheduled time and was told they were out of flu shots. I asked, shouldnt I have been told the clerk stated they dont do that the computer does. My Mom had an appointment and showed up to have 10 people in front of her! Do not spend any money at CVS. Terrible customer service.
One of the Staff delight in making you wait. She acts as if she is doing you a favor by waiting on you. Constantly waiting over an hr for a refill.she is on a power trip. Cvs is gone downhill. No customer service. Terrible!
This CVS gave me a combination of drugs that is INCREDIBLY dangerous when combined and didnt give a warning or say anything at all about it. The drugs caused me to be unresponsive and wouldnt come to for over 30 minutes. I called to complain and express how wrong it was but just kept getting sent off from one guys boss to another guys boss. I was supposed to hear back from the regional manager, but after THREE phone calls to her office, and the girl directly below her, I have heard nothing. Ive always gone to CVS and chose to use them even tho I lived closer to a Walgreens. But not anymore. DO not use CVS, especially not this one. They are Negligent, disrespectful and unprofessional.
Really nice people work here. The lot is clean, flat, and well lit. They have drive through to pick up prescriptions. I really like this store.
This store would have 5 stars cause I used to love it.Theres a lady there that gives me a hard time.It gets annoying every time you go there to be treated like less then a person.I think its time to post rude employees on YouTubeTo show companies we wont tolerate it any more. .
Quick
Was told that I couldn’t print a picture because the manager “didn’t feel like helping” me. Go to Walgreens instead
