DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE GOOD REVIEWS!! They just may be working with Ryan he is awful!! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS!!! These folks are a RIP OFF!!!! The furniture is cheap the people scam you out of your money and give a store credit. They tell you that your order will be back within a week but it takes months. Knowing that after 10 days that if you pay cash you can not get a full refund. They do not contact you to make you aware of what is going on. I DON’T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM THIS TRASHY PLACE AT ALL!!!!!!

Where to start! The customer service is absolutely terrible. The reason I say this, I ordered a table and chairs back in February, and was told it would be ready for pick up on the following Friday. I just got back from picking said table and chairs today!! I called several times and was told it was the trucks fault, everytime I called. Finally, the last time I called and threatened to get an attorney, they told me I could have store credit, not my money back, but store credit! I WILL NEVER, AS LONG AS I AM ALIVE, EVER buy anything else from this place. Oh and the best part about the whole situation is, if you call corporate office, they tell you to text this number your concerns. THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY IHAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!! I promise no one should ever buy or even entertain this business. I only give one star because it will not let me post if I dont.

I love my furniture!!! I went to the store in Southaven. My rep was Paul. He was knowledgeable about the merchandise and explained i had to wait for the furniture to arrive. When it was delivered to the store, I got it the same night!!! Thanks😊

Terrible service. Not organized, no one seems to know anything. And the no refund policy is bs. They take your money knowing items arent ready. Ive been waiting for 2 months for my living room set and they wont offer your money back. When I initially placed my order I was told a week before I could pick up. A week turned into 10-18 weeks. I would call every week to check and NO ONE knew anything as far as when I should be expecting it to be shipped from the warehouse. Then they offered me to take a loveseat home with no clue on how long it would take for the sofa to be ready, they had my full payment so I expect everything I ordered not half. I WILL EVER GO BACK THERE! Attitudes suck as well.

The worst experience I’ve ever had! I literally waited 4 months to get my furniture. Everytime I’d call they’d tell me my couch will be arriving in two weeks. When I tried to request for a refund they told me no or convinced me my furniture is arriving is a few days. I was told I’d have to pick something else out because I couldn’t get my money back. So I had to pay another $276 to get something else. I called corporate and left voicemails for months looking for answers to when I would receive my sectional and no one EVER called me back! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I bought some furniture here in October. I am supposed to get some of it Saturday. I was not told on the front end about their policies. Seems that if you put something in layaway that you cannot get a refund after the first thirty days. I started paying in October to find out on January that my stuff wasnt ordered. It partially come in in april no idea when the rest will come in. They have lost me as a customer. Mainly their policies.

Thoroughly disappointed in this Ast manager and this place. Bought items and within 10 days found two online ads for lesser price. Brought in one there was an excuse. So I went and found a different one and there were more excuses about not honoring competition prices when I asked and he said they’d match but now refusing.

I walked in looking around and a young man ask if I need any help with something. I told him I need the queen gray mattress and I got what I came for, for a great deal. Their delivery guy is terrible. He kept charging me different prices than originally asked for. He also tried flirting with me out of nowhere when his job was just to deliver my furniture. He hung up in my face after he was suppose to meet me at a furniture store I had my mattresses at and never came to pick them up. Luckily I didn’t pay him before hand. Just watch out for him. Home Decor in itself was great.

If I could give one star I would. Terrible service and no one ever know what’s going on with your order. If I say I want everything delivered to the store because I’ll be moving and you tell me yes and that doesn’t happen we have a major problem. I will be canceling my entire order and going somewhere else.

Past experiences were good,TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE this final time, never waited 29 days for a bed to come in before,which was in a box and headboard all scratched up, wood chipped with gashes.Also...Do not get furniture delivered from independent drivers there because sofa purchased had legs on it and couldnt slide in door so back of sofa ripped as well and nothing done about it after showing pictures of the ripped sofa because they dont send out furniture like that is what I was told by the nice lady laying on a bed while working. Once they have your money they could care less so thoroughly inspect furniture, make sure its in stock right at that moment & take it home yourself.

Great customer service and prices but there delivery process is horrible was suppose to get my sectional yesterday at 5pm and they didn’t even tell me that they didn’t have all the pieces at the location where I purchased it so I had to wait til the next day for delivery and they still took forever. So with me saying that it’s best to have your on truck to transport your own stuff because they wait til last minute to tell you stuff.

Ryan borderline racist me and my best friend purchase furniture from home decor and she had her things delivered on February 7th 2018 everything was good until she wants to put up her tables and she did not have any screwed so I went in later on that night to pick up my furniture which they had been calling me all day to come the furniture I picked out got my delivery wrong then once I pay someone to take me all the way to Southaven Mississippi to get my things I supposed to had a four-piece set they only had two pieces of my 4-Piece stick available but you been calling and harassing me all day so when I get to the store my best friend asked me to ask Ryan if he had the screws that go to her four piece table set that came with her living room set she tried to speak with him over the phone on my cell phone and he looked at me and frowned up and going to tell me oh I dont touch other people phones or use other people found because of nasty an illness in the flu is going around the customer is always right so if I was you I would not do business at this location. Like he the cleanest person in the world or like he smell up to part bad customer service from Ryan
