I will never buy anything from them again! Several different delivery dates given and received furniture and it was only half the order! Delivery guys needs manners! Sales person woupd never return phone calls about order only text! My business will be going to Great American Home store from now on! They actually deliver what you order!

They were honest and helpful. The world is messed up because of Covid and the current US and California politics, which are ruining the country! So much of the product Ashley and other furniture companies sell is from overseas and fulfillment is sporadic depending on who can get into port, and if there is a trucker willing to deal with the cost and regulations to drive it out of California.So Ashley like all businesses selling furniture cannot guarantee a delivery date, which super sucks for everyone. At least they were honest and did not try to make a promise they cannot keep.Hopefully I will get my couch, which I love by Christmas but it could just as likely be March.The Salesperson, John, at the Southaven, MS store was pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions.So despite not getting a confident delivery date, I still recommend Ashley furniture.

Went in today looking for overall furniture for home, was greeted by friendly staff that helped from start to finish. What I loved the most was that I was given honest opinions and not just something to make a sale. Walked out very pleased with my purchase and will return to shop again

Went into the store today to see in person a bed Id placed in a shopping cart online, well they didnt have it on the floor anymore but my sales person, Kaylin guaranteed I would be happy with my choice of bed. While in their I mentioned of going to another nearby furniture store to purchase a sectional, showed it to her and it was an Ashley product too. Ashley HomeStore is the place to go for all your furniture needs. I walked into that store determined to purchase a sectional similar to the Love Sac. My personal sales associate greeted me and told me that they didnt have a sectional that was like the Love Sac but she would show me what they did have. She was very patient, professional, and knowledgeable of the prices and sales that they were running. I was determined to tell her no and walk out the store emptied handed because I want what I want. But she didnt let the word No come out my mouth. I told her I had a young child and I didnt want to get the light colored sectional because I didnt want my child to stain it. She told me about this gift certificate plan that I could purchase that if something happens or rips or stains they would fix or replace it for free. I was extremely impressed. So long story short I left out of Ashley HomeStore feeling happy, and refreshed that I just purchase my first sectional for my first home. Thanks Ashley for a great experience.

Great selection and great deal. Our favorite part was the cleanliness of the store and attention to detail of the aesthetics. We shopped 3 different top brand’s stores and to my surprised decided to go with Ashley in Southaven. I tend to go with Lazy Boy or Ethan Allen and have shied away from Ashley but I feel as though everything we looked at was of equal quality (I am a very hard to please person). Would have been 5 stars but salesperson forgot to have me sign one document which caused me to return to store after getting half way home. Minor inconvenience, but once again, I’m kind of difficult to satisfy.

I purchased furniture from Ashley 7/5/21with Kevin. The store experience at that time was wonderful. But after getting run around since then about my order and trying to cancel, I regret ever going there. If I could rate them a zero I would because they have very poor customer service and no ones takes responsibility and follow up with customers. It’s 9/9 and I’ve yet to receive a call, email or follow up on my refund for the items I cancelled 8/27. I’ve called them several times and each time they tell me it’s done but then the next person see it has gone to wrong department and “now” it’s corrected. Even going to store was zero help. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered a King size bed from the Southaven store on 09.09.21 with a delivery timeframe up to 14 wks. I called on 10.11.22 to see if the time frame had changed. Well everything was expected to be in withing 2 wks except the headboard and rails which were showing March 2022. I went into the store to see what was going on and I was connected with Mrs. Lisa. She asked me to give her a moment which I didnt mind. Within a couple mins she was on the phone trying to see what was going on with my order. Thankfully everything will be delivered before the end of the month. Mrs. Lisa was very kind and respectful and I am thankful for her assistance.

I waited 4 months for several items. Knowing that COVID was slowing down delivery times I understood, but I tried to time out when the furniture would be delivered. Apparently they put items in reserve at the warehouse and wont deliver until they have the whole order. Which is fine, but they were pulling items out of our order presumably to get other orders out. Then when I asked to get a delivery of the items they did have available, so that I could wait for the rest, they closed the order entirely. I am taking my business elsewhere and so should everyone else. Very unprofessional.

Mrs. Kena Bobo, serviced me she was professional but very friendly, a true salesperson, she knows how to take her customer, through all the effectiveness channels, making you feel as if you are the only individual in you store. Don’t purchase furniture here! You will regret it!Purchased furniture for den, dining room and living room in February. Waited 4 months for furniture to be delivered. At delivery one loveseat was broken and had to be reordered. After delivery men left I was looking at the kitchen bar. Opened the drawer and the wood was split on the drawer. . A few weeks later the broken loveseat finally got delivered only to find out it didn’t sit straight. It was whop side. One week later one of the other loveseats right side recliner broke. I had the wait three weeks for a technician to come out to tell me that the two loveseat and kitchen bar needed to be replaced. They didn’t just reorder a replacement for me. I had to keep calling and finally got a helpful lady who reordered my broken furniture for me. She didn’t understand what the problem was since this was new furniture that were already broken and neither did I. I’ve been waiting for the replacement furniture since June! You heard me correctly since June! They set up a delivery date today September 9, 2021 between 4:30-7:30pm, they were a no show! Yep! Still waiting!I would not recommend buying furniture here! Customer service is awful!I so wish I would have purchased my furniture somewhere else!!!!

Hands down the worst buying experience ever. Placed my order and paid in full in March for a complete bedroom suite, and was told it would take eight to ten weeks for it to arrive. On July the 9th I went back to the showroom to get an update about my furniture and was told it would be sometime in August. I asked for them to refund my money so that I could purchase one from a different company. I was told it would take 3 to 5 business days for the money to hit my bank. Well today was the 5th business day and guess what no refund. Now we are being told it will be another 14 business days before we get our refund. This bedroom suite would have been our second large purchase from Ashley and I promise it will be the last. Buyer beware.

If you purchase from them be prepared to wait 2-3 months for delivery but they tell you 2-3 weeks oh and if you want a refund that takes 30 days??? Horrible never again!

Ashley Furniture Southaven is a great place to buy furniture and you can beat their 5 years interest free financing. However I have chosen to give them a 2 star rating based on the fact when you have an issue with your furniture you purchase the lack of help or attention is minimalist. It funny how the sales people run to you when you are buying furniture or just looking around. While if theres a problem with the furniture you purchase they give you the run around. Also do not try to speak with your sales person because they run from you, when you have a problem. Its like your playing a game of keep away.Also, when asking to speak with the manager you cant. Either he/she doesnt exist or they to are running from customers who have issues as well. I feel like this is the reason why Im no longer shopping here after the thousands Ive spent there. At least at Great American Home Store, any issues Ive had the manager along with my sales person fixed my issue with no problem and they didnt run away.

I purchased several pieces from Ashley and it has been nothing but trouble and a headache since. Not only were we given wrong information, but they also opened a credit card in my name that I did not approve of or sign for. The furniture we bought went through Tower Loan company so this card should have never been opened. Not only that, but some of the pieces we received were damaged and not in the condition we expected. I went to the store for help and was told that they couldnt do anything and that they DONT EVEN RECEIVE CALLS. What is the point in calling for help if the actual store doesnt answer the phone nor do they receive any messages that you leave. This company is AWFUL. I will never shop here again and will tell everyone to save themselves the hassle and go somewhere else.

Horrible. We were getting a desk for 549 because we had in store credit. When the saleman came back to give us the paperwork. He told us we had to pay the difference of 802. That was supposedly taxes and delivery. I just find that hard to believe. I am very disappointed with Ashley Furniture.

Only because I cant give them no stars. Lied to about delivery time from sales. Customer Service failed to cancel an item. No one from the store EVER answered the phone much less returned multiple calls. THEN, the Business desk is going to charge 10% for canceling the order. Absolutely horrible business practices, zero customer service, and non-existent communication. Only if youre desperate for furniture would I ever suggest going in to this place. Try Goodwill first. Product may not be as good, but the experience will be far better.

Ashley furniture is expensive. You can go to many other furniture stores and get Ashley furniture for a fraction of the cost in their stores

They delivered the wrong piece of furniture twice and then I discovered that they was independently owned and operated I feel that if this was the original Ashley store this problem would have been handled differently but other than that small issue everything else was fine still waiting on the 3rd delivery see if they get it right this time
