I came in needing unit at spare of moment, customer service was awesome the process did not take long at all. I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend for storage use! Unit was very clean

Family used this place for years. Property isnt fully fenced. No fence on the interstate side and the fence is down in two separate areas where they let the trees take over. When u ask they just keep saying we working on it but don’t do nothing. No wonder why we got broken into so much. Their insurance only covers up to $2000 so when your stuff get stolen you’re out of luck. Management changes every other week, guess they can’t keep no one no more. Shelly was there when we used this place and she was always rude and dressed inappropriately.

A bit on the spare of the moment, late one Saturday afternoon, I decided that I must have a storage unit RIGHT THEN that I could start moving some of the clutter from my room into so that I could work on cleaning up and getting organized. Most places were closed or closing or didnt have the small unit available and I was nearly out of time (considering places had started closing).I found Mid South Self Storage online and was able to sign up, select a unit, pay for it, get assigned a unit then called the customer service line and got my passcode...all late on a Saturday afternoon. Excellent service.Then, I was rather impressed by the unit themselves. Secure, easy access as a tenant, CLEAN. One afternoon, I was dropping some stuff off and one of the workers was walking through checking the property. She spoke and was friendly, courteous and professional asking me if I was finding everything okay and to let her know if I had any questions or needed anything.So far, I am quite pleased with my experience here. I was planning only to have my things in storage for 3-4 months (at the most) but the rate I got is so reasonable, I may take 5-6 months to get it all sorted. Thank you!

Excellent customer service. I requested someone contact me from their website and received a call shortly after the opened. Stephen was super nice and polite. He showed me the different sizes of the units and explained the cost of renting. I rented my unit today. And because I was referred by another customer they are getting a referral check, how sweet is that!

Leann and China have been very exceptionally. They let me know when my payment is due and are very understanding to personal issues.

The staff is Always friendly and the property is very clean. I highly recommend them for all of your storage needs.

EDIT TO ORIGINAL POST BELOW & RESPONSE TO FALSE CLAIMS :I called the phone number given in response to my original post and left a voicemail. I then received a phone call from a young lady stating she was with the company and requested that I send pictures to her cellphone and provide a copy of the receipt for my damaged living room furniture. She stated that she would present the pictures of proof of purchase and damaged living room set to a manager to rectify the issue. I told her that my property was not suitable for use any longer and that the company had done nothing to rectify the issue to date, in addition to the fact that this all had taken place months ago with no resolution. Needless to say, I never heard from the lady again after the phone conversation. Nor did she respond to the messages sent with pictures she requested.False promises to make matters worst. In reference to the response written by someone from the company stating that I am not a customer or never have been a customer. FALSE...The name used here is my business name as it is connected to my google account..OF COURSE you have no record under the name Jai Renee . DO NOT TRUST THIS FACILITY/COMPANY WITH YOUR BELONGINGS! Not trust worthy and definitely not reputable...to say the least.ORIGINAL REVIEW : I have damaged furniture which includes an entire living room set and several paintings. This was all due to leaking within all of my units. The company was not helpful nor did they reimburse me for damages. Storage spaces are old and falling apart with obvious patchwork to fix old issues. Do not store anything with these people. Sad

Very sweet helpful group of people! Bethany is very sweet and helpful. Rates are very well! Ive been using midsouth for a total of 5years with a year of parting, but went back to where I know my things will be taken care of!! Customer service is through the roof!!

This is a by the book mini storage. They keep the area clean, make rounds to discourage theft and are on time at the office.Expection of prompt payment on the customers end, is met by prompt service, on their end.

Lady at the front desk isnt friendly. Make your customers feel welcomed. I wont be using them never again

Now that they have new people working there I dont like it. I went in my storage the other day all my stuff was dumped out of the tote boxes also had stuff outside of my storage door that was in the tote boxes. I use to love it there but now they have new people working that is rude and obviously her and her friends go through your stuff

This use to be a professional place to store your belongings, now its a place of business where they allow your personal things to be broken into and worst off all the staff are liars, and are very rude & disrespectful the new people in the office now talks to paying loyal customers as if they were children! Mid south get it together!
