Honestly if you have a family member who could hold your stuff for you go for that. I might as well couldve left my furniture outside because thats how it was here with the leaky storage unit. We notified them about the leak incident when we first noticed some of our stuff is wet such as microwave and tv. We took it home to see if it still worked and it did not. They said its condensation. It was not. They didnt even offer us to move out things to another unit thats sealed properly. So our stuff got soaked... And theyll taking forever to even do anything about it which I dont think they are because weve already contacted whoever the manager is. Honestly this whole thing is a scam. And heres your proof if I could post a video of it leaking I would but I dont see an option for it...

Jacked up rent, with a 6 day notice, no lights in enclosed storage, robot calls 3 -4 times a day, hidden fees, charges for notices, even tho they dont send out notices. 3-4 late charges a month. Charged my card without authorization, cost me an overdraft, was told they would reimburse me, it never happened. Although they have a great manager now, April is doing a great job remedying what she can.

They didnt have what I needed, but Terri called Christina at their sister store and they had what I needed. Christina was very patience with me and further explained how I would need to stack my boxes.

If I could submit this with a 0 star rating I would do so. I have run into so many instances where I was rejected entrance into the unit that I dont want to recount all of them. Once they changed the code system so my code then had too many digits. Anytime I update my card information for automatic withdrawal it doesnt get put into the computer so my account goes delinquent. I never know its overdue until after my unit gets locked. Then today I drive around after finding my unit locked and count that over 30% of the units inside are double locked. I would suggest to anyone to move their stuff to a better facility. This is ridiculous.

This was my first time using storage unit and the process was breeze! I was a bit skeptical about the process but after visiting the location I know I’ll have nothing to worry about at all! I was in and out within no time and the manager was so reassuring and pleasant!

Hidden Fees, Terrible Staff and a Leaky UnitBuying a house is stressful enough on its own, this place made it hundreds of times worse. The very first day, they put a lock on the unit after we left, citing some rule about always having a lock on their units. They didnt mention that rule while we were there nor was it in our paperwork or posted anywhere on the premises. So when we came back later with a rented Penske truck, we couldnt access the unit we had paid for. We had to wait over the weekend with the truck full of our things, which cost us extra money to keep the truck longer. When they finally opened it the following Monday, the girl at the front desk was immensely unhelpful and unapologetic, even though, technically, it was entirely her fault. Frustrated, I simply asked for my money back so that I could go elsewhere and she flat out refused.During the course of the home buying process, we had to extend how long our things would be in storage. We encountered numerous hidden fees and even had a lock placed on our unit (again) because of some clerical error on their part. Very shady stuff. They basically charged us whatever they wanted and held our things hostage. Then, when we were finally able to be rid of this place, we discovered that the unit had a bad leak and ruined a lot of our furniture. Now Im in the middle of dealing with a 3rd party insurance company and I will probably not see any kind of solution before the end of the year.This place is either a scam or a result of gross incompetence. Either way, its not worth the trouble.

Visited 4.14.18 Saturday after a sign on the door of Airways location said closed, go to Ann Dr for help.The girl at the Ann Dr location said she was running both stores that day and she clearly shouldnt have been given that assignment. Rude from the start... No greeting or smile... nothing in the least that said welcome!.Why would I want to store my valuables at a place when the employee acted like she could care less if I stored there and if I did store there she would be less than concerned if someone happened to break in and take my stuff.I have much storage experience and I would not recommend this place at all.
