My husband went to send a package to MO. He did not have a zip code. They told him they could not ship without a zip code. They could not get him one and told him he would have to have a zip to ship the package. Why is it that a shipping business does not have access to zip codes? Any business can get a book of zip codes for the whole country. No one tried to help him or look it up for him. How sad is that? I know they all have Google.

The only reason they have a one star is because the air conditioning felt good great. The employees don’t greet you and when they do acknowledge your presence, it’s dry. I guess they don’t realize that energy is transferable. I needed to do a quick fax and wasn’t helped when having trouble. What made it even worse, is that despite my obvious need for help and after asking twice, I left. Very disappointing but I’m learning that’s just FedEx.
A few days ago, I visited store number 2048 (Southaven) in which Ethan (Store Associate) and Shrief (Store Manager) both went above and beyond to assist with my customer service needs. I tried and tried on my on but to no avail. [Was seeking to download a PDF file which was hung up between two different email servers; both mine]... First, Ethan intervened for quitea while. He was not only professoonal with me but continued to greet other consumers. Next, I truly will always applaud the manager as well because he stepped up when we couldnt get it done. If you are in that area shopping and hanging out, definitely stop by that location and say Hi to them. Kudos#FEDEXOFFICE
Absolutely the worst customer service ever!! They completely ignore you. Ethan didnt acknowledge me until maybe 10 or 15 minutes of being in the store. They never print your materials until you get to the store so dont bother printing early for pickup. Then they feed you lines about how busy they were. In my business you dont leave until everything is done. This is not 1 instance, but everytime I go in that store. I absolutely hate going there!! I hope my company gets an account with office depot!
Terrible Customer Service!! I walk in the door, put my 2 packages on the counter & all I hear is you cant ship them like that. I said excuse me? Then I hear the same thing again. (I had 2 boot boxes already labeled & just needed a receipt) She said that`s a product box, you can`t ship it. Funny I receive items from FedEx in Product boxes, Whats even more funny, I have shipped over 100 packages just like that this year already! (I only stopped here because it was a Sunday & my regular drop off was closed) So I ask, are you going to accept it or not? Her reply I`m not supposed to . I said fine, I`ll go somewhere else that will accept it Or Maybe I should start using UPS! Anyway, who said it was boots in the boot box? Maybe I used them so I would not have to buy a box. Find another drop off point! OR use another COMPANY ! & I hate to say that because I have always had good luck with FedEx but this left a bad taste in my mouth.
Henry is great! He is always smiling and ready to answer my questions. Kids love him!

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. Paid for overnight where the package actually just sat at the store overnight instead of being overnighted. Had I not called the 1-800-FedEx line the next day, it would have sat there even longer. Cannot be trusted. The only thing this place is good for is copies. Avoid.
Lindsey was talking and cutting up with customers and talking about her pregnancy & how her symptoms were just like w other child. Also talking about how Hot it is in here ! 101 Goodman Rd Southaven Ms. It was so hot and I am a Retiree. She belittled me by saying to the last customer that she wanted to Get Me On Out of The Way ! Very poor CSA behavior and proper conduct ! It is very hot so hot that I thot I would pass out! I asked how much longer after 20 minutes wait Customers were walking out ! She actually tookMy employee badge number & said she would give me hers but she did not & she would report me to her Mgr! Ha ! Lol! She was loud & laughing & I told her that my Son is in ER at BMHD & I could leave it w my acct number but that is when she told them She was fiddin to Get me on out of the way & she told me that she s just country & pregnant! Fred Smith would be appalled! We provided excellent Customer Service in my tenure while receiving Fred Smith Award for Quality & Malcolm Baldridge Awards What happened to Customer Service ?
This is the worst FedEx Ship Center I have ever had the misfortune to walk into. I tried to send a return package back to a manufacturer this morning around 10am 2-11-2016. The manufacturer sent us a return shipping label that was to be paid by them. I had the merchandise in the original box and after finally getting some type of service, I was told the box was not in good enough condition to ship and I would need to purchase a box from them for $119.00. Yes ONE HUNDRED & NINETEEN American Dollars for a cardboard box. I could have accepted this ridiculous offer and let the manufacturer pay the bill, but I said no way not today. I went down the road about two miles and went to UPS and they shipped the package without any hassle, they mentioned there wasnt a thing in the world with the box.Upside, I contacted the manufacturer who happens to be a big corporation and ships all over the world, needless to say they were very displeased with the news of FedEx goons trying to extort needless money from them and are looking into other shipping needs as well as reimbursing my company for the cost of the shipping via UPS.Stop hiring lazy, incompetent, morons with room temperature IQs FedEx or you wont be in business much longer.
Honestly i wouldnt go to this location ever again even if it was the last fed office that existed. The staff seems unknowledgeable and lazy when it comes to fed ex office services and helping customers. I went there to print something off my flash drive and a young lady that worked there told me she couldnt get my drive to read and there was nothing she could do. So she was about the let me walk out the door unhelped until i turned around and asked her about the self service computers in the store, which read my flash drive with no problems might i add, unlike when the young lady half tried to do it. But that end up costing me more money to use the self service comp to print only a few sheets. But, its ok just a lesson learned to never go back to this location...the library would have been more helpful and cost less...
Every time I have a package that stops in Southaven, it gets stuck there for days!!!They need to close this place down of teach the people who work at the facility how to do their jobs efficiently!!!! FedEx in Southaven is horrible.
Charged me $41.00 to send a fax after the fax was sent! It costs them nothing to fax papers..... If I could give no stars, I would.
