Great service as always! Even on busy days or like doing the holiday season when the line is long, the line still moves fast and you still get good customer service! I never have had any problems out this location!

I have tried this store several times and I finally refuse to go back. The staff is not friendly at all. The store in Olive Branch is great. I would recommend a class on customer service for the staff.

Shipped some frozen product from this store to Key Largo while I was there visiting family. Was suppose to arrive in two days which would have been fine since it was packed with dry ice, done it before. Unfortunately there was a problem and on day 3 it still have not arrived. UPS Corporate gave multiple excuses starting with that it was declined at the receiving location (turned out to be false) and then stated the package was damaged and MUST be returned to sender. That would have rendered what was shipped useless. Multiple calls to the UPS Store in Key Largo and to UPS corporate were unable to allow me to pick up the package at the station. Just when it looked like all was lost, Nicole at the UPS Store in Southaven, MS where I shipped the package from stepped up, would not accept failure and delivered! She spoke to someone in the UPS station and they allowed us to come pick up the package instead of returning. She truly saved the day!! I can not thank her enough for her passion for her customers and the fact that should would not accept failure. Thank you Nicole!!!

Went here to mail a return Amazon package. Staff was quick and professional, got in and out in a few minutes. Also informed me to keep the shipping receipt should I need proof of the return.

I went to the Southhaven UPS store to mail a package. They told me that because it was going to a post office box that they could not send it UPS. They said they could give me the postage but nobody seem to know how to figure out how much postage for 10.2 oz would cost. It really seemed like they did not want to help me and one of the sales people, and I use the word sales lightly, said that it probably would not be picked up for 2 days or more. Now I wasn’t born yesterday and I know that the postman visits there everyday to put mail in the boxes. My aunt and my mother have had lots of problems with the store. I do not say this lightly because my sister is the manager of another UPS store and they go out of their way with customer service. I will not go back to the store and I suggest you don’t either.

Be Ready To Pay Big Money Here!First of all Nicole was helpful and nice, thats the good part of this review. I needed to print off a web site form that could not be emailed so Nicole let me use their computer to access it. Took maybe 3-4 minutes to log on, find the form and print it. I overnighted the form I printed and, a cashiers check from Memphis to Arlington, TX. My total charges were $43.79..10 to print the form$3.00 for using the computer (yes $3.00).$40.68 to overnight my letter.Like I said earlier, Nicole was nice and very helpful but in the future, I will print anything I need to mail, at home, and I will only use USPS, not UPS to mail anything because I am not rich and cannot afford to spend money like that.

I needed to send a letter back to my company in Michigan and they were to pay for it as a 3rd party. The man behind the counter would not give me a UPS envelope to ship it (I am told its because they dont make any money this way!). However the envelopes are given free to the stores by UPS so they wouldnt be out any money. The man told me there was a UPS drop box about a block away and pointed me in the direction. However I went in and out of every strip mall for 7 blocks and never found the drop box. Finally did find a drop box going the opposite direction but it was empty of any supplies. That was not the fault of this particular store but the store caused me a lot of hassle and wasted time. I finally went to another store and they had no problem whatever giving me an envelope and accepting my transaction. This store has very poor customer service!

I watched on my front door camera and this was not the fault of the driver as he was appropriately careful with my package despite its weight, but I just want to know how along the way both ends of the rectangular box were torn off and left waving in the wind with my new mattress exposed to all the grossness of the world

I send a 4 k Samsung has a Christmas present to New Mexico on the factory box bought insurance on it, when the tv arrived to my house at New Mexico it was broken, made a claim on corporate they refer me to the store I talk to the manager and he told me that corporate decide not to pay me and that it was my fault that it broke because I dint use a ups box, in first place they sold me the insurance and never even mention that if youre not using a ups box they are not responsible for your package, I lost over a thousand dollars because this ups dont do their job and atleast mention their policies specially when is clear I was sending a expensive electronic, just to all the people out there thinking of sending anything fragile thru ups think it twice because you may end up paying them to break your stuff and in on top of that paying them to do so.
