I love everyone at this store every time I go in they are all very helpful even if the rep named Katy I work with is not there they help with no problem. They are all smiles and so welcoming and answer every question even when I was a little worried about my first bill. After it was explained again to me I was happy to see that my very next bill was spot on. I would recommend this store to all my family and friends.. you guys are amazing keep up the good work and customer service.

Getting a new phone Is time consuming and can be very complicated and plus all the different plans and options and data can be very overwhelming. I have never been more impressed with customer service then the service provided by Liz at the Stafford Springs store. She was absolutely outstanding andthere’s nothing better than going to a small town store like Stafford Springs meeting up with somebody from your community to take care of you and help you providing customer service that you don’t find in the bigger stores in the bigger towns. I had to go get a new phone with my infant daughter teething and being very fussy and this was just the kindest most personable just doesn’t get any better than that experience so thank you to her and keep up the good work

Last night I got a phone at the Stafford store and a very kind young lady named Elizabeth helped me. She was really helpful and patient with me and she offered me a full service. She was even so kind as to help me put on a screen protector because I have such a hard time with them. She was so pleasant to work with and she made sure I left the store with my new phone being completely covered, I would have gotten a watch from them had I known they were running a special but I just got a new watch. If you need a new phone go see Elizabeth in Stafford she is such a nice young lady

James Maloney and Bill Leblanc were a dynamic duo. They went above and beyond to help set up our family of five with new phones. They believe in the mission of First Net and helped my husband, firefighter/paramedic, get safely connected to this network. They even traveled to our local fire department for our convenience and comfort. James and Bill were professional, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. They also respected safety guidelines by wearing masks. As a mom, I appreciated how they even connected with my three teenagers. Impressive!

I switched cell phone providers from Verizon to ATT, and I was helped by Katy. She was incredibly helpful, and any question that I had was answered with full clarity. I was thinking about getting the same exact phone that I had with my other service, but I actually got a great upgrade for an extremely affordable price! She is so great at what she does, and I had such a pleasant experience here!

Stafford AT&T is amazing they are so nice and patient! They helped me set up my new phone and figure out the passwords to all my accounts! They also saved me a bunch of money on my phone service I had no idea that by being a teacher I could get a discount every month and got me TV service and they even set up my boxes! I would highly recommend you stop in and see them!

Stafford store is the best store in the area! I had never had a smartphone before and they spent their time with me and explained everything to me and how to use my new phone. They really take their time with and dont try to sell you things and get you out the door like other stores do. Having a corporate store so close was the best thing ever! Katie got me the best deal & informed me that (contrary to what other stores told me) my old plan wasnt my best option. Called today. Ive had service for a month so far and was told one thing, got my bill and was ready to pay. However when opening the bill its about 3 times higher then what I expected. I knew I had to pay an activation charge. But I had no discounts for military, auto pay, paperless billing. Also I had selected the free s21 after trading in my phone and Im being charged for the phone and the plan I asked for was $65 but the bill says I have way more service that I dont need like hot spots for $85. After speaking on the phone for 40 mins I ended up going to the store and the rep said they wont touch anything since if they change something now I wouldnt get any discounts funny thing is I dont have any according to the bill, but yet they say they see them... after no progress from the phone call and going to the store I asked to buy a Samsung charger like they had tried to sell me before. Yet again the rep at the store tries to sell me an 18 watt one when asked if they had a 25 watt one, she said no the 18 watt would do just fine. With a 2 second google search the Samsung charger says its 25 watts to fast charge... should have never swapped from Verizon, never had one headache with them.

We had a very good experience at the AT&T store in Stafford, CT. Immediately we were greeted by James and he proceeded to dive right into our issue. A transfer of our phone number from StraightTalk over to AT&T was attempted by us using the AT&T websites, but it had gone south. After 14 or 15 long phone calls we were advised to go into a store or we could lose the phone number. James made several calls to tech support groups at both AT&T and StraightTalk and was able to resolve the issue. Cant thank him and Saika enough for being so patient and working through our problem. Great people with outstanding customer service.

This place is dishonest! I will never return. They sold me a TV promo that discounted charges only were good for one year but never told me that. They promised me a discount on my SECOND bill, no discount and too late to get a refund! Then I find no military discount as promised AND now I find a charge on my account for a phone line that has never ever belonged to me! Absolutely terrible!

Horrible scammers! They added an extra line and unlimited elite data along with other features without consent or any explanation. Even the AT&T call center representative kept apologizing and saying how disappointed he was with this store. Would NOT recommend.

The sales representative was rude. He first asked me why my husband didnt come with me, I am not married and the male on the account is my father. He then belittled me because I didnt know how to take the SIM card out of an iPhone. Which, in the end I was told wouldnt work correctly in a Google phone. He knew the type of phone I was transferring my phone to before he had the problem with me not knowing how to remove the SIM card. I wish I didnt have to deal with him, I wont be going back to the Stafford location because of him.

Absolutely terrible !!My wife, and I went in after calling ahead first, and letting them know that we were unable to wear masks, they replied with no problem, next day we went in, and when we were greeted we were told we had to go outside because we were unable to wear a mask keep in mind it was roughly 48 degrees. The staff is great! Do not buy the Samsung 10+ the are made cheap and crack easily! Havent had it more than a day and its cracked on back and now on the front! Samsung needs to make sturdier phones! Garbage not recommended! The store is new and the guys are very helpful, but this product sucks
