I went to the store yesterday to order a new iPhone, the person who greeted me at the door was friendly. I worked with Jessica, she was cool and easy to work with at first, but as my session went on, she was not as attentive when getting information from me (like putting in the correct address for shipping the phone to me), and she became a little snappy when instructing me on what to do when my phone arrives. She told me to come back and see her after my phone arrived; I asked her what days will she be available for work so we could meet to get my new phone stuff together, and she went on telling me that she’s in school, and she didn’t know her schedule. I’ve worked in retail, I get it. Then she became rushed when 7pm was near, and as she became rushed, as she became more rushed, she told me there were 4 people behind me…there wasn’t. When I passed by the store after I left, Jessica was not meeting with anyone. The store was closing, I get that she wanted to go home, but don’t cut me short of info! She also misinformed me that I could not get my new phone delivered to the store, when I called Verizon, they told me I could get it delivered to the store, and now the item will be delivered to a store that is more convenient for me. This was my first stop in this store, and it will be my last. Jessica needs to be retrained in customer service, and learning what the company she works for can and cannot do, and how not to rush a customer, even when it’s closing time!
We stopped by to upgrade 2 phones, were promptly checked in, and told to look at the phones on the wall. We waited, and waited, and waited. After about 12 minutes, we were told that someone would be with us shortly. Mind you, were standing at the wall of displayed phones all this time. We continued to wait and the person who was supposed to be with us was reviewing something on a tablet at one of the tables... Id hoped perhaps our account? We waited for another 5 minutes before walking towards the exit. Not one employee was bothered enough to even realize theyd disappointed a long time customer and we left. We headed to the next closest location at Highway 6 and had a very different (and much better) experience. I guess I shouldve read the reviews for this store first. It appears that not a lot has changed over the past year.
This Verizon store is very ideal to visit because of its location, but the several times I have went there, the wait is too long.Along with that, no one answers the phone when I tried calling. I know that COVID changed how we do business, but please hire more staff to help your loyal customers. No one likes to wait 30 or more to talk to someone about your cell issues.
Worst customer service ever. The guy who act like he was helping me, was not trying to help me. He didn’t even explain me the promotions.
I had a great experience here. I walked in and they exchanged the wrong charger I had ordered online for the right one. Nice and knowledgeable staff too. In and out in 5 minutes. They even acknowledged me when I walked in and said theyd be right with me. One of the nicer looking stores inside as well. Easily seen from the 59 feeder and convenient parking right in front of the store. 5 stars!
My dad and I had a bad experience at location earlier today. First of all, we did have our masks on. When we entered the store we were greeted adequately. We were then asked for our reason for the visit which was to simply inquire about the different plans and the prices. We were then told to wait for the next available Verizon representative to discuss. Once we were guided to the representative we realized there was only one seat in front of the representatives table, so I let my dad take the seat and I stood beside him, but the representative rudely shooed me away telling me I have to stand further away, even though me and my dad were effectively behind his table. He did not want me even standing next to my dad. When my dad commented that we both need to be together to discuss, he in an irritated tone and body language pointed to the corner of the table for me to stand, instead of just asking us to get another empty chair. All in all we were thoroughly disrespected and disregarded as prospective first time customers. We then left this location and went to another Verizon location “2109 Hwy 6, Sugar Land” at this location all the tables with the representatives had 2 chairs in front for the customers. So this can be done? so the first location just did not want to take our business from my understanding.

Took forever to help me out with porting in 2 lines. We waited about 45 minutes and left without getting what we wanted because the lady eventually then gave me a ridiculous excuse that it would take about 10-14 days for my number to be ported in to work. I am ok with my current carrier then. Pathetic service at this brand new location.

We took a new Samsung S10 phone to have data and all transferred from a S7 on a business account. The technician helping my Project Manager provided a great service and completed the transfer. However, my Employee was a bit shocked at the Manager would not sell him an Otter case because his name was not on the account. Again it is a Business account, not an individual account and my employee had authorization to get all the transference completed. Why not have called our office to get a quick approval? I guess some Verizon stores just dont want to make additional sales on accessories or equipment. This Verizon stores loss, as a business we are always needing phone and accessories. Not coming back to this store.

As has previously been noted in reviews, they are understaffed and non-caring. I walk in the door and a guy checks me in and tells me Im checked in. I told him I want to upgrade my I phones and had to ask him where they were and he just pointed at a wall and said over there. There were at least 3 employees including the guy that checked me in and only 2 other customers who were being helped (chatted up about many things other than the purchase). I stood over by the iphones and waited. And waited. And waited. Another lady walked in and the check-in guy helped here at some kiosk as I waited. And waited. And waited. And left... I have tried to call customer service to bring this to their attention. And guess what? On the phone I waited. And waited. And waited. And hung up after 17 minutes after spending 30 minutes at the store standing around not being helped. I cant believe a store in a busy part of the 4th largest metropolitan area in the country cant help more than 2 people at a time. Or at least pretend to care.

Completely useless and unhelpful employees and manager! I have chatted with the Verizon customer service, done everything online along with the payments and went there just to pick up the phone, but no luck! They even told me that name of the account holder is not the same. We have been using this plan more than six years and they told me the name on the account is not the same. After wasting my time in the store, I came back to my office and I am doing everything through online with no hassle at all!

This location is a corporate store, they can do more then other stores is what I was informed. Wrong the employees in this store were rude, unhelpful, and totally useless. This place is not even busy but I watched two customers come in and wait 10 minutes before asking for help. Wait there’s more, 3 employees me and the two customers really.
The only thing I don’t like, is that when you buy a new phone they don’t let u open the box urself but otherwise, everything is perfect!
