We arrived at the store location ten to 7 oclock which was closing time. We were expecting the clerk to tell us that she was closing very shortly and if we wanted a new service and phone we would be better off coming back the next day. Thankfully that didnt happen. Ashley welcomed us to Verizon and asked how she could be of service. I was in the process of canceling T(wish we were Verizon) Mobile. I was ten days into a useless contract as I could not get any service in my home. I could only get lousy service outdoors. Anyway, Ashley was awesome. She did a great job and even took care of another customer who was just making a payment. It was 7:15 at that time. We walked out with the phone that I wanted and a nice case as well. You have a fine manager who is willing to go beyond with the extra yard. In this day and age it seems employees are just trying to get by and not interested in doing a great job. Hang on to this one... shes a keeper.

I am not a Verizon customer but needed to get an Otterbox and glass cover ASAP for my new phone (because I forgot to get it when I ordered it through my regular store). This was very last minute and I remembered Verizon was right down the road from where I was. Wassay helped me out, was very friendly, and not only did he get me what I needed, he put the glass cover on my phone and the Otterbox on! I was in and out of the store in no time!I would totally recommend them for any of your cellular needs, and like I said, Im not even a Verizon customer!Great service and all of the sales people are very friendly and helpful!
Taylor is the best! She really helped me out when I needed a phone fast. She was even able to recover some of my photos I thought I had lost forever! Within a couple hours she was able to get me the phone I wanted (she picked it up from another store) switch over my account to one of their plans, put on screen protector, recover my contacts and sign me into my google account. I walked out happy not feeling overwhelmed or disappointed. Her multi tasking skills are phenominal! She deserves a raise!!

Spent 4 hours in the store trying to get a new phone. Before getting a new one they deactivated mine then couldnt get the one I wanted to turn on. I was stuck getting a more expensive one that I didnt want because they claimed they didnt know why my current one wasnt working. And changed my plan.
Was lied to about having to purchase device protection in order to upgrade my phone. Instead of good old fashion salesmanship they will just make something up in order to hit their sales metrics.
We worked with Rachel at the Stafford Russell Cellular. We had so much trouble with Verizon customer service but Rachel helped us step by step to get our own phone plan, new phones, and an internet jet pack. We spent 3.5 hours at the store and Rachel never got frustrated with us and even started 1.5 hours past closing to make sure we were all taken care of.
My phone wasnt charging properly & I wasnt sure if it was the phone that was the problem or just the charging cord. I went to a different Verizon store & the people there told me they didnt have my kind of charger so they couldnt help me and sent me on my way. At Russell Cellular, Taylor took the time to help me troubleshoot and figure out the problem. I left with a solution & a Plan B incase things went wrong again! Amazing!!

I wouldn’t recommend going to this location. Staff are not well informed about the products and services Verizon offers.

My daughters cellphone was completely dead. On my way to work I stopped at our local russell cellular store. Tayler was happy to assist me. Within 10 minutes I was able to start and finish the process of purchasing and activating a new phone. My daughter was in and out of the store with new phone and case within 20 minutes. Tayler spent this time trying to revive the dead phone. Sorry for keeping you on your toes on a busy afternoon. We highly recommend Tayler.

Rude customer service. Needed to remove 2 paid off tablets from bill and was told that it would cost a fee. Was previously told disconnect was free after a certain date. Staff would not take the time to step aside and explain what the reason was for a charge and only said call 611.

Wow, my phone battery was fried... I could barely use the phone, I ran into Verizon Stafford hoping to get help and I got more...the 2 employees who helped me were soooo full of knowledge and set me up with new phone within an hour, I was very impressed. Great store...no wait time.
I have gone here multiple times. They cant solve everything, and you often have to wait because there may be only one staff member on duty, but they are always knowledgeable and helpful. Its good to have these Verizon places close by, even if they have to be small.
Really werent very helpful, I ended up doing what they shouldve done. I ended up losing all my information on my phone.

The lady working was not in to selling you anything or giving you any kind of customer service. She was more worried about getting us out of her store with very short answers . When a customer came in to pay a bill she was telling her she had no time for this now and to come back in 45 minutes . Nobody else in the store just me with a simple purchases. Not sure what was gonna take 45 minutes . She was more concerned what was waiting for her in the back of the store. Terrible service.
