The first one I bought was really good but after 3 years you have to wait like a 45 seconds before talk when you answer a phone call because they barely hear you than you ca have the phone call. I bought a second one only last one year after that during a phone call they start complaining about a static noise that was unpleasant for the other person talking to me. I used to love it, but not anymore. Just bought a Rand Mcnally headphones and they are really nice.

The head set is junk have had it replaced 3 times in a year. It won’t answer calls or turn off I know this problem have had it in past it will turn off and never turn back on. So I call again and now I am told I can get a discount on a new one. Why would I want another one? Going back to blue parrot had one for 10+ years should of never left them.

Had blue tiger elite for almost 5 year bought refurbished one on eBay lasted about 2 years still was working just the batteries didnt last long I called they gave two options one send back for repair or get new one for 35+ I got new one still works to this day and its been 5 years bought the new advantage plus hopefully this one will last like my old elite one

Best headset I’ve had and have went through many. Very comfortable and my mom says she can hear me clearly. No background noise.

I recently ordered a pair of the Sound Trax headphones to use while working out and I love the sound it produces while eliminating the loudness of the gym. Fits great and comfortable while working out love the blue tooth feature also. Overall great product thanks Blue Tiger USA

Not commenting on the place, but on the product. I bought the St Christopher (blue) Elite and it stopped working properly inside of 90 days after purchase. Lets see how customer service handles my issue...So far, Ive been hung up on after a call back and also been called back by an answering machine telling me to leave a message.Thought my review would get better. Its progressively getting worse.

Everything is perfect, the only problem is the power button that stops working in about 6 months, now I have to return the 5th one. In Denton, TX was a sister store but Now is closed permanently and I have to drive more than 1 week without my headset + I have to pay half of its retail price to get a replacement. And if you count all costs, shipping & everything is better to buy a new one.My question is: why retail stores doesnt handle warranty program, because it will make our lives easier.

Had mine over a year. Button stops workinOther then that works great. Just preordered the new one. Hope they fixed problem.

My third set they to only last 6 months to a year and either they wont charge or the on off button sticks I really like them but I wont be wasting any more moneythem

Ive tried many different brands over the years and the blue tiger is by far number 1. This is my second Elite, the last one I bought was 4 years ago. It was time for a new one. But you can’t beat the comfort and battery life.

Two thumbs up. Will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

I got a cell phone holder. I never put a phone on it. One day, i put my cell phone and after 3 hours the holder base broke. I wasted my money.

The sound and clarity,but there seems to be a defect Ive had to to return 3 of them in the last year they just stop working been the same problem with all 3 of them the Power button also the Pairing button stops working cant get it to come on anymore needs to be looked into other than that there Great!!
