Great little shop with a ton of historic parts. Top shelf steel bikes. Like walking back into Tour De France 1987. Tons of old Campagnolo parts.

I recently rode the great divide mountain bike route and I ran into a last-minute mechanical issue while in Steamboat Springs. I was riding an old mountain bike with 26 inch wheels and my rear wheel became bent when it fell off the back of my car. I also discovered a tire problem that was actually a manufacture defect. The owner, John, was incredibly accommodating. He called the tire maker to get advice on what to do And was able to greatly reduce the wobble that I was experiencing. He trued my wheel as best he could and then helped me find a replacement so I could finish the ride to the Mexican border. John has outstanding customer service and communication skills. He went out of his way to make sure I would be all set by the time I hit the trail to head south. He opened on a Saturday for a few hours just to get me in and he help to facilitate delivery of a new set of tires further on down the road on my route. I highly recommend this shop, his experience and his wisdom.

Our son broke the seat on his bike (then lost the clamps) and we were in a bit of a bind. When we approached Johns shop, construction kept us from gaining access through the front door. We called, John answered, and helped us gain access to his shop through a back door. He sold us a used seat and a used post (with clamps). His knowledge and willingness to help were SUPERIOR!Next, he asked if we knew where we might ride (with our family of seven)? He offered helpful insights and maps. His help and service improved our entire weekend!! Thanks John.

My wife and I wanted to try out fat biking and lucked out with the Classic Crank. Not only did we get to ride brand new bikes, but we received great tips for trails to ride and had a blast on Emerald Mountain. John was super accommodating with changing plans as we were delayed with weather. A great experience all around.

This was the only bike shop in town that still has cruisers available - everywhere else was sold out. The bikes were in great condition. The owner, John, was so nice and accommodating. He gave us directions and recommendations for the best trails - he was also extremely flexible and understanding in terms of when we were to return the bikes. Highly recommend this bike shop! :)
