Cody was VERY helpful and very polite. He was able to correct the issue I was experiencing between my laptop and my printer. And, the service he performed was reasonably priced.Im always grateful for the help I receive from CPR.In the past, I have had great service from the guys at CPR when I had problems with my cell phone. I had a phone with water damage and CPR was the first and best reviewed listing and I’ve gotta say, he very much exceeded my expectations. The owner Cody was very responsive and focused on helping me. He was able to revive my otherwise dead phone enough to back it up for me to transfer to a new phone. He saved several years worth of photos and files that would have otherwise been lost. Cody was so easy going and great to work with. I truly cannot say how grateful I am to his services!

I needed a new battery in my phone, Cody was great to work with! He not only replaced the battery in a short amount of time, but he also checked over the rest of the phone to make sure there wasnt any other issues. After the repair he custom cut a screen protector for the phone and my watch.I will definitely be returning in the future for any needs I have

Super fast! Only took 45 minutes for him to do my phone. He was friendly and polite. My phone works perfectly with no defects or anything. I have no complaints. I wish I could’ve left a tip but I’m kind of a broke college student so I hope this makes up for it at least a little bit

I had shattered my phone screen for the first time and didnt know what to expect. I called CPR because of the good reviews, and another electronics business recommended them. I live out of town, so I dropped the phone off and they fixed it while I shopped. I went online to get a quote first, so I knew about what this was going to cost. Its not cheap, but a lot better than having to replace an otherwise perfect phone. I highly recommend this business for cell phone screen repair.

I had taken my Nintendo Switch in for a repair to what I thought was the charging port. After Cody looked at the internals, he identified the problem as a chip that shorted and traces that were ruined. Due to the nature of the damage, he advised me in determining the best route, which was to purchase a new Switch. He was very professional and courteous.

My charger broke inside of my phone he took my phone, went to the back then came back out three minutes later with it out. He didn’t charge me for it either! Super nice guy!

Had an iPhone screen crack. They said they’d replace it. They seem to have used a 3rd party screen to fix it. Screen mostly works but has issues. Feeling ripped off. And now that a third party screen is on it, Best Buy is saying they won’t fix it. So now I don’t even know where to go to get a screen that works.

5 stars for the timeliness and the job they did. Its a bit pricey, but still way better than buying a new phone. If you only break your phone once, I say its better than going through all the insurance costs and claims from the cell phone company.

Very overpriced for any fix. I can get just about any fix 40% cheaper by driving to appleton . Even if I spend the gas Id still save so much money. A regular phone screen fix for just a cracked screen was well over 200. The part is easily bought online for 50ish dollars. Even batteries and bulbs plus in point here is doing this for $165. Service was extremely pushy over phone and demanding. Definitely would not recommend. Costed me $115 after tax to get it done in Appleton. So even with gas Im saving a ton of money. Just another company hoping to take advantage of college students and make a quick overpriced buck.

I would recommend, I cracked my screen and they had it fix the same day.

This place knows exactly what they are talking about. I had a screen replacement from a place in rapids and my cell service was horrible afterwards and they wouldnt help saying they dont know if it was working before or not. I called CPR Repair after over a month of bad reception and they immediately knew that it was likely a bad screen. They replaced it for me and the screen I had from rapids was missing the antenna grounding plates. CPR Repair was so helpful and explained it all. If you have a nice phone and care about getting good parts, go to this place. 100% satisfied. Thank you so much for the help!

I have bought multiple phones through CPR and every time they gave an excellent, competitive price with warranty. When I broke the back of my iPhone they were able to repair it within hours. When my iPhone was acting fickle they were quick to assess the issues and fix at no charge. I will go back to them again and again.

CPR is fantastic from start to finish. Issues with charging port holding chord. Took into CPR and cleaned my port and screen for free! Store attendant was very welcoming and upbeat. Definitely headed this way for any cell phone repair needs in the future.

Completely horrid. Lack of communication leads me to believe that I was lied to. I picked up a device in worse condition than what I dropped off.I will not take anything there nor recommend anyone else take anything there, unless you like losing money.Also, I read online that all items would be thoroughly cleaned before pickup but I picked up a filthy disgusting finger printed tablet. The back cover is scratched to hell. I didnt even bring it in my house. .. ... I have no more words. I am extremely disappointed.

Very professional and educated staff, I was comfortable leaving my device in their capable hands overnight. Their pricing is competitive, if you figure in the turn around time. They are also able to help you troubleshoot any issues you have with your device and make sure you are happy with the service you are requesting.

Just went in with a long time problem with my charging port. Instantly the man there was ready to assist with whatever i needed. I went in thinking i would have to get a big repair. Turns out that i just had a bunch of lint in my port and he was able to blow it all out quickly and efficiently. This place could have ripped me off and made the repair anyways and i wouldve never known. Instead the employee there fixed it within second with no charge to me. The store was clean and tidy. The employee was friendly and knowledgeable. I will be recommending this place to everyone i know! Thank you!

Excellent service from start to finish. The part needed to fix my cell phone was in stock and they told me I could come back in an hour. It was finished in that time frame and again excellent service.

They helped me retrieve data off a corrupt portable hard drive. Staff was very professional and nice. They quoted me more than Id expected but then when it was time to pay the bill it didnt end up being as much as the quote so all in all a good experience.

They sold me an unlocked phone that was actually network locked. They did make it right, and all the people that I worked with there were very helpful and good to work with. It caused some hassle, but they got me sorted out quickly.

I told CPR the there was something wrong with my charging port. They didnt fix it the first time only replaces the battery and broken screen. When I took my phone back they said the charging port wasnt seated properly. When I took it back the third time they said they werent allowed to fix it. I had to call my phone insurance people to get them involved so CPR would fix,my phone. Because of not fixing the port the first time my new battery doesnt hold a charge as long as it should, but I am not willing to let CPR have my phone again. I would not recommend.

Actually this is our 2nd visit to CPR. The first time my one son discovered the site and brought his damaged cell phone to be repaired. Reasonable prices, fixed and delivered on time. So, when his twin brother dropped a drill on his phone, we knew just where to bring it. Hate to admit it, but we probably will be back. But its good to know we have this go-to place.

I am so impressed with CPR Stevens Point! I had issues with my MacBook pro and the tech, Codi, worked tirelessly to try and get it resolved. Unfortunately it needs to be sent to Apple to get fixed; one of those special issues, but Cody really worked hard and also made sure my files and pictures were backed up to an external hard drive before being sent out. It was a complicated issue with a complicated laptop. The people at CPR repaired it, and my daughter was very pleased that she had it back. It took longer than expected only because the vendor was sending faulty parts. I will recommend them in the future for all cell phone and computer maintenance and repair. (Finger-printing too...)

My phone screen was cracked and CPR was super fast, fixed it in less than an hour, and added the screen protector for me afterward. My phone looks like new again!

Dropped my HTC one M8 off in February of 2015 to see if they could fix my water damaged phone. Followed up a month later and they had told me they took my phone to the Wisconsin Rapids location. I then followed up with the Wisconsin Rapids location 3 weeks later and they said they were still working on it and would call me either way to let me know if they were able to fix it. Where is my phone? That was a year ago and still no follow up. Ive been in retail for over 10 years and that is the furthest thing from excellent customer service out there. If you need your phone fixed I would recommend a different route.

Edited to add: After further contact Sprinter refunded my initial repair charge. Although I am happy they resolved this by refunding the original charge (a repair that shouldnt have been done according to their own tech) I do not feel they did a good job. If the chip was bad they should have diagnosed that when I initially brought in the phone, not after they had replaced the charging port, only to tell me the charging port wasnt the problem.The charging port in my iphone 5 wasn’t working right – had to jiggle the cord to get it to plug in, a VERY COMMON problem in iphones. Once the cord was in it charged perfectly – it had been this way for a few months and I finally was sick of it, so I brought it in. Sprinter replaced the charger port - should have done it myself but figured $40 wasn’t worth the hassle. When I got it back the phone would say it was charging but then wouldn’t charge. Brought it back and Sprinter told me that the chip that tells the phone it is charged was bad. It worked fine before they opened the phone. What are the chances the phone just happened to stop charging after Sprinter had it? Why did they replace the charging port if the chip was bad? Did they do no diagnostics? They offered no possibilities at resolution except for me to pay full price to have the chip replaced – I would have been happy if they had at least offered to split the cost of repair, even though they should have payed to fix the phone because it charged just fine once the cord was in. DO NOT bring your products here unless you are willing to gamble.

I am so happy with my service, I went from zero hope of fixing my broken phone (my battery port was shot)..to a just like new one, in a matter of 2 hour, and a VERY reasonable price. Thank you to Chris, Ian & Nick! 100% satisfaction!
