This place has the best customer service! Karen and Steven were so helpful, not pushy, and very honest! Do not waste your time going to the Verizon store in Plover. The guy just wants a quick sale, never told us we were available for a free 5g upgrade! Just wanted us to buy another expensive phone. Go to the Stevens Point store, you wont regret it. I went there looking for a second protective case for my phone. One case would have a metal plate on the back to use in my car with the magnet mount and the other one would be used the rest of the time, so I can use my wireless charger. My problem was solved and everything works fine now.Thanks for your assistance, see you next time I have an issue.

Victor was amazing. It took about four hours it fix our issue and he was the best. Great work under pressure and we didn’t mind the wait at all because it wasn’t his fault.

They were short staff (like everywhere else). The only staff on shift was very patient and answered our questions, did not try to hurry us along when a couple of other customers walked in. The experience was more simple, easier, and took less time than what we had with our previous phone carrier. Highly recommend!

I dealt with the salesman named Victor and he was excellent in taking the time to do the things I needed to take care of and he was very knowledgeable in getting my old phone to transfer my apps to my new phone as I tried everything that I knew but he managed to get it to finally transfer my apps. I would highly recommend that you visit this retailer and if you happen to be able to deal with Victor you wont be disappointed.

Absolutely worst customer service experience I have ever had! Please do not waste your time like I did for more than 6 hours! I’m fairly confident my sales rep was over his head trying to set up my account and the manager knew it and instead of helping him she went home for the day. I asked for her to call me, and she has not. And my account is all jacked up.

I needed a replacement screen saver and it was replaced quickly without having to wait. The employee was meticulous about cleaning the phone before adding the replacement. Excellent experience!

UPDATE* I sent an e-mail as you asked, but still have not received a response. --My family has praised this store, so my husband and I decided to go there to switch to Verizon. We were not provided with accurate information and ended up with a plan we wouldnt have gotten. It turns out Verizon does not have a plan we can use in our area for a good price. Luckily, Verizon Customer Service has taken care of the bill and we switched to a different provider as soon as we could. I have been in touch with the store manager since November 28th regarding compensation for the sim cards with no luck. Emails had gone unanswered for a couple of weeks and once getting her on the phone, I end up having to call her again instead of her getting back to me the date she stated. The way it is going, it seems we will be out the $40.

Stephen was knowledgeable and courteous. Changed our SIM card, called Verizon to get us a credit back for it!

Great service all around when I needed help

The customer experience was amazing as the manager offered to match an online price for an item for me. I was buying the item as a gift for a friend. And wasn’t willing to overpay for it.

We received the worst service this weekend, which made me regret the switch to Verizon. I understand social distancing at this time but I didnt need to shout my personal information across the store with other people in there as well. Staff completely dressed inappropriately and rude when I add legitimate questions. Completely unprofessional, will not go back or refer anyone there! Thank goodness the Plover location restored my decision on switching to Verizon.

Each time going to the store they waited patiently to understand my problem completely and then solved it quickly. Easy, convenient, fast.
