I switched from AT&T a few weeks ago to US Cellular via online. I needed to go to the store to finish up something and worked with Eric from UltraCom on 5301 US-10 E, Stevens Point. He was professional and got things taken care ASAP. He did a great job and was very friendly. I deal with a lot of customer service people with my job from Cisco to Microsoft and it sure would be nice to work with people as professional and friendly as Eric all the time. Hope they know how good of an employee they have.

Agent Natalie Pie from US Cellular Hwy 10 East helped my husband purchase a new phone and sold me some accessories for my phone. We are in our seventies and of course have so many questions. She was SO HELPFUL and patient with us. She is the kind of employee that makes your business successful! She deserves a raise!!

Not my first experience working with US calculate and it being a total pain. You can have a phone number and be “authorized” to do things but that basically gives you no power. “Come on in and have you and everyone else sign 50 forms”, thanks but that’s not practical. I’m an adult, and a doctor, I should be able to het to decide what happens with my phone.Don’t work in customer service if you’re not going to empathize with the customer and provide good service.

Natalie was super helpful in figuring out which phone I wanted to upgrade to as I had an S7 and ultimately decided on the S20 FE.Even though I purchased the phone through Best Buy during Black Friday, Eric was super helpful in setting it up and I even got a thank you gift for coming in.Very great experience overall!

Never again my monthly bill is a lot more then I was quoted l was not able to log into my account that they setup for me every time I stopped there to get this fixed they were. Busy I was told to come back later they also set up my auto pay and now Im told you cant use your credit card for this setup eventhough they set this up for me and now I dont get a $10 discount Im paying more then where I was

I was more than satisfied with the service Liz provided. She took her time with me and I felt like I was the only other person in the room. She was very attentive and found a way to accomplish everything I needed.I was even having problems with some dropped calls and she contacted the tech department to take a deeper look at the problem.Very, very satisfied with her service.

Unpleasant welcome from agent Shulfer that I had my last experience with as to a new free upgrade on my phone says the card I brought in to US cellular but was charged for an upgrade. Went back and asked the agent, he said he didnt see a card for a free upgrade, so I ended up paying for my upgrade, not making me a 20year plus customer very happy. Watch out for this cell business as I said 20year plus customer, would be treated better. Oh well live and learn, moving on to a DIFFERENT CELLPHONE PROVIDER. Someone that appreciates a longtime customer.There reception is not as good as they say.Remember, I had a cellphone, since they first came out with US cellular and that was a bag phone

After having a mediocre experience at the US Cellular in Plover, I called Ultracom Wireless and spoke with Natalie. She was fantastic!!! In fact, I went in the next day and she helped me with a phone upgrade and determined it was better financially to stay with the plan I had. Thanks Natalie!

The rep was knowledgeable and helpful but theres no way I can give 5 stars:The rep was very pushy about a liquid phone protector made by TekYa. He never asked us outright if we wanted this for our phones but rather made it out to be like this product worked in tandem with our phone insurance. He didnt explain that once he put it on it was permanent. So we paid $50 per phone (for a $30 product) and he literally had it opened and ready without asking if wed like fo use it.Its been a little over a month and my phone has some deep scratches. Previously I would use a regular screen protector and replace them if necessary but this product is permanent! I will have these scratches until I receive a new phone and the value of this phone is now limited.I was so excited to get a new phone and now this dampens my ability to enjoy the expensive new product.I have reached out to TekYa and havent received any communication back.Fair warning: skil the liquid screen protector of at least do some research prior to US cellular pushing this product.

The people at Ultra Comm are helpful, but the cellular network is junk. Dropped calls abound. Hard to do business with a phone that wont hold a call long enough to finish a conversation.

Phone service was very inconsistent in town. Sometimes I received calls and notifications of missed calls and other times not. I went in several times but nobody was able to fix the problem, so I switched providers.
