I have found an independent BMW service provider that understands the nuances of the brand. My vehicle went into “limp” mode suddenly. I had to have it towed to shop. Almost immediately they were on the phone gathering the vehicles history and all the details around what had happened. After thoroughly investigating the called and explained what was wrong and what needed to happen to return it to full operating condition. No sticker shock, the cost was within $100 of what I’d estimated after being informed of the nature of the repair. The next day the car was returned in fabulous condition.Just what I desire in a service provider. Clear and precise diagnosis. Proffesionals through and through.. my BMW will be returning for regular checkups and repairs.

They provided professional service. There labor cost is a little pricey,but their honesty is worth it. You get what you pay for.

Im looking at these other reviews and I wish my experience wouldve been like some individuals who wrote on here... but it DEFINITELY wasnt. First off, I walked in and it gave me a vibe of the movie get out.. with one Male with melanin compared to the 15 other. Nonetheless, I made a appointment 2 days prior to actually taking it to them. On the day my appointment came, my car was towed to them to recieve a electrical diagnostics $270 for a Malibu!!! HORRIBLE! Anyway, I was initially told by Charles that it shouldnt take longer than 2 hours, just to go back and say he never said that, and it could take days... long story short, 2 days later my car still hasnt been looked at. The manager John was very nonchalant about it, like I needed them because I got it towed there. Their customer service was so HORRIBLE, I asked for a refund and got my car towed to a respectful and honest mechanic. My car was fixed the following morning. This was my first and LAST time ever going here! They are DEFINITELY money hungry and shows favoritism. Choose another company.

My experience was impressive from beginning to end. The first impression was the cleanliness of the office. I didnt have to wait 15-20 minutes to have my car attended to. In my OPINION I feel like they are to expensive.. I called to get a price on them replacing a wheel bearing on an Infiniti SUV an I was told over $900.. when I got it done for under $400 somewhere else.

After being recommended by Landmark Dodge because they said they didnt work on older model vehicles I took my vehicle here because I had no heat and after a few days I was told I needed a radiator and some hoses needed replaced. Thursday I was called and told it was ready. On Friday evening I arrived right at closing to find out I had no heat. Being that they are closed on the weekends I decided to take the vehicle so I would have transportation and return it on Monday unfortunately Sat after driving it all day it wouldnt crank. So I had it towed back to Christian Brothers. After about a week I was told they couldnt get it started. The following week the diagnosis was I need a transmission harness and power control module a little over $1100 I agreed to have them do the work but the next 3 weeks Im being told that the pcm was ordered but they dont know when it will arrive. After the 4 week of being without my vehicle I decided to have it towed to another facility. Unless you can afford to be without your vehicle for a month and have money to burn I highly suggest not bringing your vehicle here

Fast efficient service with fair pricing and great customer service

I took my car to this workshop on 12/02/2020 because of a good refferal from a friend. The Audi has issues with the exhaust, they kept my car for 4 weeks, after several calls and talking to multiple people, they came up with almost $5,000 bill.Standard practice demands that you give me details of the repair and cost before repair not after the fact, whatever they did, i got no prior approval about the charge before hand,I got a call from one of them bullying me to come and pay or he will tow my car!The top management should look into this case and resolve it amicably.

Contacted for a transmission replacement. They gave a number for a tow and was in the shop and inspected fast. Work in progress.

Referred here via my extended warranty. The warranty was not needed thus they deductible either. They were friendly and honest. Also the waiting room had actual comfortable furniture, the small things are big.

This place is a nightmare took van in to get transmission. Replaced they said a couple days it turned I. To almost a month & I had to constantly call them, do t ttusrmt these ppl

I was referred here once by a tire shop further up the road, so I decided to stop by when my brakes and rotors needed a replacement.SERVICE:I dropped in unannounced one afternoon to find that I could have my brakes done, but it would take the remainder of the day to do so. Charles suggested that I schedule an appointment for later that week for faster service. He proved to be a man of his word! He ordered the parts needed for the job to be completed, and my appointment the following day went smoothly - and quickly. I didnt wait long. Make sure you schedule an appointment if you can. These guys stay busy, and after visiting, I can understand why.OFFICE:The waiting area is nice and comfortable, if a bit small. Nice and clean, with friendly personnel. If you find that you will be there for a while, there is complimentary free WiFi for use. Get some work done while you wait!REPAIRS:My car is much safer to drive, and the brake job appears top notch! Their prices are reasonable when compared to some of the other repair facilities in the area. After two Honda dealerships failed to properly repair my vehicle I was recommended to Christian Brothers Automotive. They were very thorough in analyzing the problem and kept me informed of costs and repairs needed. I called Christian Brothers when my Honda broke its serpentine belt. The arranged the wrecker that moved my car. Christian Brothers called twice, once to advise me the needed repair was done, but they recommended I replace a part that contributed to a failure. They told me the addituonal costs and time needed. I agreed. The completion of the job was delayed by a part damaged during reassembly; and Christian Brothers explained the cause of the delay. I am confident they ate honest service minded auto repair service.

Great shop. Dropped my car off at 9 and it was ready by 3 with a alternator replacement. There team was very proffesional and polite and stayed in constant communication with me throughout the day. I will be getting all my service done here from now on.

This is one of those auto shops that is not for people looking for a deal. It’s too price.

Had to pay 1283.00 to fix my windows and breaks. Told it was because they carry warranty’s on their stuff that’s why they charged 505 for a door. It took almost three weeks and when I was finally fed up w the time I decided to pick it up and lo and behold it was ready. Now a week later my windows stuck again? Come on. I called again to be on hold for 30 mins just to hang up and call back and the guy told me to bring it in on Tuesday I work I said can I bring it on Saturday he informed me it was ok. ONLY TO FIND OUT THERE CLOSED ON WEEKENDS BUT THEY KNEW THAT DIDNT THEY. Now I’m stuck with this company because I already paid for a warranty and SOMEBODY Gonna fix my windows

I dropped my car off on a Friday and they said it would be ready on Monday and someone would call. 3 days came and nobody called so I made the call myself before they closed just to see if they forgot and I was told they were still working on it and it would be ready Tuesday and someone would call me... Nobody called the next day AGAIN. I called them continuously for 2 days only to get the answering machine and I left a message asking whats going on with my car. Its Thursday before I finally got a hold of someone and they said the same thing it should be ready Friday and someone would call. Friday someone finally calls and leaves me a message saying its ready for pick up 30 mins before they close. obviously I couldnt get in touch on time since I was at work.. and of course theyre closed on weekends so I cant pick up again. Finally got my car a week after the promised date with no real information other than it will be tomorrow and someone will call you. In conclusion, if you want someone to take your car for longer than promised and get no information on as to why, then theyre great.Im usually an understanding person and I know it was during the holidays so maybe they were just busy and they did fix the issue so Im giving them 2 stars. But I was basically given no information and I had to figure out how to get to work on a daily basis because they kept saying it will be ready tomorrow.

We have at least three 15 passenger vans, one mini van, and 2 personal vehicles serviced at this location. If you want a company that you can build a great working relationship with and trust, these guys are that company. Their records are immaculate, they remember their customers, they stand by their word and honor their warranties. And they are wonderful at communicating to keep informed about twists and turns along the way. I called on a Friday and received an appointment for Wednesday. I get there Wednesday they claim to not have an appointment for me. I drove over 30 minutes and they tell me they can try to fix me in but I also cant wait with my car because of the coronavirus but there was a white guy sitting on the couch no mask, eating and he could clearly wait. I am very disappointed in Christian brothers and will not be taking my car back there

Christian Brothers Automotive repaired my heater vent doors on my 2013 Ford Edge. They do good work, and at a decent price.

After having a bad experience with a prior Christian Brothers staff person, Charles redeemed ALL Christian Brothers Automotive in my eyes! We had communication through out the time they had our Jeep. They had to do a lot of research to get to the bottom of what was wrong and got it figured out. We have been very pleased!

Great place

I called this morning to find out about getting my tires aligned. I was given two options. 1- I could bring my car to drop off and leave with a promise it would be done by the afternoon. Or 2- schedule an appointment at 3:00pm and be out by 4:00pm. I decided to drop my car off around 10:00am. Around 2:30pm I called to see if it was ready and was told it was the next in line. After not receiving a phone call before 5:00pm when I got off work, I decided to call again. I was then informed that they were about to get started on it and it would be another 30-45 minutes. I ended up not getting anything done. Just wish they would’ve been honest!

I spent $115 for a diagnostic test to be done on my 2015 Chevy impala and was given a list of this that was causing my engine light to be on along with a long list of other things that were wrong. It’s already hard trusting mechanics as a female so I left with the prognosis and gave it a day then return my vehicle for over $2000 in repairs (all wasn’t for my engine) but wanted to resolve everything only to discover they were guessing what could be wrong with my engine. My engine light is still on and they’re wanting more money to guess again what it could be. I was initially satisfied until this. Get a second opinion before spending the money on a guess.

Friendly, polite, and complete work in a timely and efficient manner

I went here to get an oil change in my car and it took about 40 minutes which was perfectly fine. The issue I had though was that they told me they had topped off the other fluids as well, which they very clearly hadnt after checking. It makes me worried about what else they may have skipped over or lied about.

Ive been a customer for quite some time (over 12 years). In this day and age it can be difficult at best to find automotive repair shops that you can trust. CBA routinely performs maintenance on all of my vehicles. I have had my share of experiences with dealerships. I recently brought my Dodge Ram 1500 in for a check engine light, which ended up being a major repair job. Even though I was down to one family vehicle to use, the guys stayed on the issue and kept my truck until it was perfect. Im pleased with the results. The problem I experienced with my truck is a known issue by the manufacturer (Dodge/Ram Trucks), and they have failed to recall the problem. This is well documented in many Internet forums and consumer advocate websites. However, Bryan and his team (Charles and Mike) worked through this issue. I want to publicly thank them for a great job. This my shop and I will continue to use them.Thanks again guys,Rodney B.

Honest and excellent work by a great Christian shop. I was traveling and had damage from a semi truck on my power steering and transmission pan. They repaired quickly and I could not believe how honest and compassionate and fair the bill was. Way cheaper than expected. AAA recommended and an A++ repair shop. Highly recommended to anyone anytime. I have written letters to every agency in Henry County and GA commending their honesty and work!!!

Great place to take your car. Customer service is awesome. I took my car on a Friday and was advised that the part to repair it wouldnt be in til Tuesday. Brian then called me on Tuesday morning to let me know that the part had not arrived but could very well be there that afternoon. I used Christian Brothers for a major repair on my truck. The whole experience was excellent. A repair estimate was prepared and the Manager went over it in detail. He explained what was needed, that it would take a day to collect the parts and one day to make the repairs. The job was completed as promised. There were no surprises (no up-sell).
