Hasnt even been a full week .... I just got my oil changed and the light on already. Dont go to this place they will mess your car up over time. Im suppose to get another oil change at 68k Im only at 66k and my car already saying an oil change is required. Also I havent had a problem with my gas tank until I got it back from them. I dont know what theyre doing wrong but whatever it is its all wrong. Now I have to put out money to correct what theyre screwing up 🤦🏽‍♀️

Love this location. Great customer service, great techs, in and out service. Best prices in town. This location gets all my service work on my truck done. They dont do just brakes. Ive had my oil changed, my wiper blades fixed, headlamps, brake lamps changed, a full tune up. Tires and brakes done as well.Go on in and see the wonderful staff of Just Brakes Stockbridge.

Came in for a few services, had a few issues along the way at a different location (Pep Boys, McDonough near Chase Bank). However, the issues were all corrected. Larry is the BEST !!! Very professional and extremely courteous. I will be returning for all my car services. :)

My first visit here was so amazing Garrett and Doug was awesome. They were honest and they also was truthful and didn’t try to take advantage of me because of being a female which a lot of car places do. I had to come back to them for tires and I just knew I didn’t want to go anywhere else because of Garrett and Doug. I definitely recommend them. Soon as you walk in you will feel appreciated and by the time you leave you will know for a fact you made the best choice with them. Please come here for any car repairs. Ask for Garrett or Doug.

The Service Manager (Garrett) is awesome. I brought my vehicle in late on a Friday afternoon, they were slammed with business. He and his team stayed over late and changed my rotors and brakes. I highly recommend this shop and I will have all of my car repairs and services done here moving forward.

Was in from out of town and an easy mark. The grinding noise I was hearing could have easily meant a new set of pads and rotors. Fortunately, the guys at Just Brake are a class act. Said it was just a bent heat shield. I thought I might have bent it on a previous repair, and guess I was right. Had me on my way in under 30 mins. with a much quieter ride. Really appreciate the honesty and quick service!

I was hesitant about going initially based upon the reviews. However, I decided to give them a chance on Saturday, March 18, 2017. I must say, Im glad I did! Antonio is the best customer service rep ever. Im not sure of the name of the guy who changed my brake pads and rotors (bald guy) but he was great as well. Even the customers were friendly! Great service from Victor!Update 5/18/19: I have been getting my car serviced at the Stockbridge location for little over a year now. The assistant manager, Douglas, is always pleasant and professional. He goes over and beyond to satisfy his customers. This guy would definitely make a great lead store manager!

This location is now owned by Pep Boys which I did not know when I first showed up. I have not had any prior work done by either company but I was pleasantly surprised at the detail and efficiency they worked on my car. They were able to pinpoint the problem and get it fixed for hundreds of dollars less then a competitor in a very reasonable time even traveling to a separate City to pick up parts for same-day service

The staff was very pleasant. They even took me in the back area to show me items on my car that needed to be repaired and explained everything to me in detail. Thats the first time Ive ever had that done. Great experience overall. They also gave me a Car Care Club membership where after I buy 5 oil changes I get the 6th free. So I am definitely going back.

I liked the store. They were very short-handed on help, so this might be the spot for someone looking for a job! They did good. There was only one guy working the entire day. They definitely need some help!😀

I came here after being sent over by the pep boys up the street for an oil change and tire rotation, they got me in quickly and got the job done. Great service and friendly staff, I’ll be coming back to this location again for sure.

My family and I have had 3 different vehicles serviced here over the years. Their customer service has always been great and the quality has only improved over time...especially in the recent year or so. As stated by previous reviewers, their car techs and staff are always willing to go into as much detail as needed to help you understand what and why specific work needs to be done to your vehicle. They are efficient at their jobs and most importantly-- reasonably priced! They do great quality work and their shop does so much more than Just Brakes. A great experience every time. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to have maintenance or repairs done on their vehicle.

First we were told a bolt was missing from our car then they gave us the runaround for hours. They claim they called different places and could not find the bolt. When we came back the next day he lied and said our lower ball joint was broken also. He quoted me 1100$ to fix that! That made no sense! So he tightened the car up to where it was drivable. I drove to my nearest auto salvage and they found the bolts for my car easily while also suggesting I get a second opinion on my car from a near by mechanic. We went to another mechanic and he told us something completely different he said there was nothing wrong with the my lower ball joint all he did was put the bolt in for really cheap. They did not care at all they wanted to do was to make money of me!

The customer service is extremely great here!! Victor Debroux Jr. is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this place for anyone. You get what you pay for and then some!! You guys are great!!

I thought the service was good and fast. They also gave me great feedback on additional preventative measures to take, gradually, to keep my care running. I felt informed and as though no one was trying to get over on me.

The staff is always so personable and friendly. They tell me what I need and how crucial it is. I am a single woman and was very skeptical about utilizing the services there; especially after reading the reviews online. I shopped around and got 2nd and 3rd opinions and Just Brakes had the better price and deal at the time.Everyone will have their own opinion but I am just so lucky to have had a good experience.

The person from the phone when I called stated there was a 99.99 free break pad special. I asked if they had availability this am as I had to go to work. they were able to get me in within the hour. when I get there they were very polite. however the price ended up being 149.99 so I said I thought there was a special. he stated that he because of the type of pad i need is ceramic so it doesnt apply. I said so its 149.99 plus tax he said yes. they got my car done quickly which was nice. then I go to cash out and its not 149.99 plus tax its another 21.60 added to that too to my total at 174 and some change. I have never paid that for front break pads only. I was in a hurry and needed it done quickly.. I will wait for my normal place next time. they are not deceptive. then I tell them how I feel about how they were deceptive and all they say is that they are sorry I feel this way. they dont care about pleasing the customer. I will never be back. I should have read the other reviews before I went. politeness and getting me in and out is not worth your lies

A Pep Boys gave me rear brakes that knocked hard whenever engaged. A second location told me that the only way to fix it was to replace shocks at a cost of $1600. I brought it here, they looked at it for 10 minutes and said nope, the problem is those new rear brakes have a slight defect. They even called the Pep Boys that did the original work and got a very confrontational employee to calm down and swap out my rear brakes for a different set. Thank you guys. You have earned yourself a new customer.

Ive been to Just Brakes on more than one occasion, and I have had no complaints about their services. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to cars, and the technicians took the titm to explain what was being done, what needed to be done, the benefits, priority level, etc. I would def refer others to this location!

Had breaks done a few weeks ago on my moms car but she started to hear a noise over the weekend. I called and spoke with them, they were super nice (Antonio was his name I believe) Told me to bring it in and I did. While there the technician Alfredo went above and beyond to figure out the problem. He replaced the pads and hardware under warranty and I was out of there in an hour. I know a lot of people may have had issues at different Just Brakes shops but these guys really did an excellent job and the technician really knows his stuff. Thanks guys and I hope someone at corporate gets to see this because you guys definately deserve props from upper management.

When I got there the staff was pleasant. They were very helpful and they got me in and out in a jiff. And they didnt shove 100 services down my throat. They are very nice when it comes to honoring coupons and groupons. They dont give you problems and the mechanics knew what they were doing.

My experience here was awesome!! I went to several auto shops and ended at Just Breaks, very confused about what was going on with my Charger, after everyone giving me a different story on the issue. Victor explained exactly what was happening in a way I understood and wasnt trying to get over on the fact that I was a female, who knew nothing about cars. Great Experience. They didnt have the foreign part of my brakes and calibers, so they rebuilt them and flushed them at no additional cost, and gave me a discount due to them not having the parts available. The service was great and everyone was extremely friendly.

Told me I had a blown head gasket, estimated $1,800. Took it to a guy I trust for a second opinion, he charged me $260 to fix a simple oil leak. Thats all that was wrong. The symptoms werent even consistent with a head gasket issue.

This is the worst mechanic I have ever dealt with. I drove my car up from Florida and decided to get a routine brake service. They upsold me on rear shocks as well which put my grand total at $700.00. I came to pick up the car and they said the car would not start now. Upon inspection I found that now the check engine light is on and it will no longer turnover. They tell me it is 2 sensors that I need to replace for it to work again. The sensors are 400 more dollars. After installing the sensors, the check engine light was still on. They gave me the keys and told me to drive the car 60 miles to reset the new sensors. I got about 6 miles down the road and the car lost all power, I could not stop the vehicle and I slammed into a curb barely missing a church building. I called them, and they sent a wrecker on their behalf to pick up the car. That right there tells you that they know they did something wrong. My tally is now at $1050 dollars and I can no longer drive my car. I went to pick it up in the morning and it still had the same problems. I got a tow truck to come get it and it is now and forever will be dead and parked at my house. Thanks for destroying my car!

Every time Ive used Just Brakes its been a very good experience. After working all night and arriving there for a oil change I was very impressed with how pleasant and efficient the staff was. They offered me advice on how to keep the maintainence of my car up and I really appreciate it.

If there was the option to give no stars or even a negative amount of stars, I would. Not only did they over charge us, they lied repeatedly falsely diagnosed our car so that wed pay them MORE (twice, we declined their second offer) and then they gave our car back in worse condition then when we brought it to them, even after explaining the sentimental value and hearing the manager s fake sympathy! Spoke to corporate and of course theyre trying to come up with every reason they can to displace the blame and now wont even respond. The company as a whole has proven to be unethical, unprofessional and incompetent.

The staff was so friendly. I had used a groupon and the young lady explained how groupon works and if I wanted to upgrade my oil change. During the oil change they took me in the back to show me the filters on my car, and explained why I needed to have them changed. I was very impressed.

The last time I went to Just Brakes I was totally impressed by the new staff. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe and ready for the road.

This is a review for Oil change only. The Stockbridge location is great for oil change. My Honda Civic comes with 2 different engines that even Sons Honda has overfilled many times. I forewarned Just Brakes about this overfill. They where the only one to investigate the problem and find out the problw. They have also meet my wife at her car to start the process

I called this location and asked how much would a break kit be for my 2015 Kia Rio. The guy on the phone informed of three packages ranging from $124 after a $50 online rebate up to $189 after a $50 rebate. I’m like cool I’ll go with the cheapest package. Get there and allow them to do a “break inspection” that was free of charge only for them to try and scam me out of my coin. They tried to sell me a tire, which I didn’t need, front breaks, which I did not need, and showed me a picture of rotors that weren’t even on my car to scare me into purchasing those all because I was a single mom and they felt that they could get over. Little did they know, my father taught me a little bit about cars because if I was clueless they would have got me for over $400 dollars. I told them to put everything back on my car they Way it was and I left. Today I took my car to the dealership and all I needed were rear breaks 😳 DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!!! They are not sincere nor trustworthy. They are crooks.

I took my 1999 Ford Expediction to Just Brakes and they change my brakes they also took me back to my truck and showed me that my front driver side brake was sticking and that is the reason why my brake pads was wearing out so fast.They also showed what to get to keep my brakes from getting to much brake dust on my rims. I do thank Just Brakes for taking the time to teach me things about my brakes They gave me a discount on the service to get it fix.

I have a serious issue with the store in Stockbridge,ga. Store number 1799 .I got my brakes change on August 9 2017 first lie I was told was that my car only came with a ceramic brake pad after calling both ford and auto zone I verifed this was a lie then I was told that there was a rebate that would come back as a 50 dollar mail in.after 5 transfers and 30 mins on the phone with pep boys verified this was a lie.dont not go here this a lieing place a rip off if u will

I have been here twice so far and I was overall impressed with the service. I like the fact that they take you to the back area and show you what is exactly wrong with your vehicle. They should me what the fluids should look like and the difference. Also pointed out parts that were wearing down. Also, I like the fact that you can make an appointment ahead of time. The staff seemed pretty knowledgable. The fact that they had a groupon sweetened the deal even more.

The management and staff at this location is deceptive and dishonest. I was sold brake pads and rotors for the rear axels of my car that I didnt need, as I requested the same for the front axels where the squeaky noise originated. When reported back to management their explanation is theyll cut the price in half to replace the front brakes as requested, but the parts are currently not in. Moreover, theyd call me when the parts come, this was 6-7 weeks ago, Nov 15, 2016. Ive since had my front brakes replaced. They never called me because they never intended to do the right thing and replace my front brakes as I intended, but they sold me items I never needed. Lesson learned. I will never patronize Just Brakes....buyer beware.

I went into just breaks in Stockbridge and spent almost $800 on new breaks then the repair guy said theres something he didnt put in the computer that needed to be done and I told him dont worry about it, he wouldnt tell me what the problem was. Then when he finished we went on a test drive which is their standard procedure. On the test drive he said wheres my money and I stated that I had already paid and he said no my $120 I told him I needed to go to the atm but I was going to get in my car and just leave but he pulled into the gas station and told me to go pull out $120 I did because hes triple my size and he was driving my car. I am currently waiting to hear back from corporate. I do not recommend going there even if your tire falls off in front of the building. They will rip you off then try to harass you again for more money under the table. But if you really need to go there DO NOT LET WILLY WORK ON YOUR CAR. He will probably do the same thing to you. I recorded the whole process on my phone so he probably wont be there much longer anyways.
