The rep Trey was excellent providing us with full details about our plans & services where as when we initially signed up over the phone; the reps failed to mention anything and had opened several different accounts instead of one. Trey needs to be training these store reps as well as the phone reps HE WAS SUPERB. Thanks Trey!!! He is at the Stockbridge, GA store. Give him a huge promotion.
My wife and I went into this location to activate two phones that we received in the mail from AT&T. Although we will unable to activate the phones, I would definitely recommend the store from the gentlemens willingness to help my wife and I.He did everything he could; spoke to customer service reps, was transferred to several departments, waited on hold, but I guess our account was somehow not activated on AT&Ts end...not sure how that happens.I can not give them 5 stars considering the situation and my frustrated bias, but I will give them 4 stars for representing AT&Ts willingness to help me.No commission was in store for this guy, because the phones were already sold to me, and he did not sell them.GOOD OLD-FASHIONED CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If I could give less stars then I would, we waited at the store for almost 3 hours with one customer ahead of us. The one rep working waited until about 9:30 to finally inform us that she was unable to assist us tonight after patiently waiting. Will not recommend this location. Convenient is not always better.

The store is pretty spacious and clean. There is a fair amount of phones and products on display though if youre looking for older models of phone along with their accessories(cases/screen protectors/etc) its best to shop online. Though there really isnt mainly large retail stores that would carry older models so you cant fault them.We called ahead of time to schedule an appointment to talk to Terry. He was prompt, courteous, and worked with us. He was very patient and worked with my mother to show my mother her new phone and how to work it. My mother is oriental and hitting 70 this year and always just had a flip phone. So you can imagine the time and patience to show her how to work a smart phone.Mr. Terry was also very helpful in the financial aspect of things and letting us know our options and answering any and all questions and concerns we had.Overall it was a great experience for both myself and my mother.

I was just there to pick up 1 item that was ordered and already paid for. I waited for 30 minutes before I just got tired of waiting and I asked if there was someone else that could quickly grab my order. (Which was literally just sitting on a counter)There were people laughing in the back of the store and only one person in the front. Ill never have anything delivered there again.
The customer service is beyond 5stars! They are all amazing and so helpful and go out of their way to do whatever they can.
Dylan is awesome!!! I went to the store to get some clarity on a potential change I could make to my account. Dylan answered all my questions and left me very satisfied with my service. At the end of it all Dylan had saved me and my mother around $80 dollars total across all our services with AT&T. I would highly recommend this location and Dylans services.

Cody and Tanishia were outstanding! I don’t write reviews, but I felt that I needed to to compliment these two employees! I first called to see if their location could help me with the problems that I’ve had with me not being able to receive emails on my IPhone since March 2020. It is now June 2020. Over the last 4 months I have spoken to over a dozen or more ATT Service Reps., trying to resolve this problem. I was so upset that what I thought was a simple solution couldn’t be resolved by any of them that I even wrote a letter to the President of ATT, John Stanley! I received a call back from his office, (Customer Service Manager), who told me I would receive a call back from an ATT Specialist. I never did receive a call back. My last conversation with an ATT Rep., was them telling me they couldn’t help me and hung up! I also decided to take it to the Geek store. They couldn’t help me, and I spent a day without my phone! So I keep my emails on my iPhone in limbo up until I was encouraged after speaking with my daughter (who lives in Dubai), and much skepticism to take it to an ATT local store. I called the Stockbridge store and spoke with Tanishia who told me that she thought they could help me, but if they couldn’t then the last resort was to direct me to their store on Camp Creek. Because of the Pandemic only a few people at a time were allowed in the Stockbridge store when I arrived. During the time that I had to wait, I observed the two of them being patient, diligent and kind; taking their time assisting these two customers that I didn’t mind the wait. I didn’t mind because I could tell each customer had their full attention and were treated with respect! When it was my turn, Cody resolved my iPhone (and iPad) issue in 10 MINUTES!! Cody said a lot of people had this problem so he was familiar with it since Yahoo and ATT ‘merged’! I was elated, and ended up purchasing ATT-TV, and getting rid of Uverse! (I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years), and I thought to myself at the time, that this was the last straw! I had my mind made up that I was going to go with another carrier (Spectrum) had this problem not been resolved that day! Cody, even gave me his direct number to call him if I had trouble connecting my new ATT-TV receiver! So kudos to Cody and Tanishia, I can’t say enough good things about these two exceptional employees! Thank you! (....Wow, sorry, didn’t mean to be so long-winded)!!

I was at this store on 10-1-17. Lamar was the only employee in the store. He relayed that this was standard on Sunday. At one point, there were 3-5 people needing assistance. Lamar did a fantastic job of attending to each customer. He was professional, knowledgeable and very polite. A+ job!
I have yet to get in and out of the store in a timely manner. There always seems to be one person working and more than one customer in the store having to wait to receive help. I’m considering switching my home service as this is getting ridiculous.... Plus no one greets you either.... I work in customer service and that’s one of the first things you do when a customer enters your business....

My Facebook account was recently hacked. It didn’t matter to AT&T manager Lou, Cory, and the other members of this totally awesome tech team. They each just did what makes customer service outstanding: they responded on cue completely with care, compassion, and competence. Since I simply wanted to leave the store with my phone fixed, I didn’t realize until I came back for help a fourth time that no one had to provide the service they did because the problem was Facebook’s responsibility in the first place ! No shifting blame from these guys. They just did what all businesses should do: They provided great customer service. Thanks guys! You made my day. Every single time. The staff was amazing, Dylan was a great sales representative and very knowledgeable. From the Fayetteville location and McDonough location this is the best one I would recommend.
I set up my u-verse service over the phone with Zachary the manager at this branch. He gave me the incorrect date to have my services set up. I sat at my house and waited for 3 hours for them to show then i had to call cooperate and stayed on the phone for another hour asking them why I got a email that said the 5th when they told me it was the 11th. They said whoever signed me up did it incorrectly. So I got my service set up on the 11th and once again Zachary failed me, he gave me the wrong quote for the 200 channel package another hour on the phone with corporate. I even tried to call and leave a message for him to call me explaining what happened and never even got a call back. Over all Im not thrilled about the service I have received. I am a manager myself and understand the importance of making sure the client is satisfied and Zachary must not care, Ill never go or use this branch ever again.

Today was my first time in this particular AT&T store and I must say that I was very disappointed at the lack of acknowledgement and just basic customer service. I didnt even get so much as Hello maam. Someone will be with you shortly. This experience has put a bad taste in my mouth with AT&T as a whole. Do not shop in the Hudson Bridge store in Stockbridge. Drive a few exits down to the one in McDonough.

Went into this store to get my sons checked. The experience was Horrible...........The store manager needs to be retrained on customer service skills. He was very insensitive to our needs and did little to nothing to help resolve our phone issues. Get a new store manager this one sucks.
