I dont recall having any issues with this store before. Each time Ive had to go in, all the employees have been nice and welcoming and solved any problems Ive had. I was in Sat 12th to get another phone for my son, a gift for graduating from Army basic training. He wanted 2 phones, 1 for work, 1 for personal. The sales associate who helped me was named Kim also. She was super sweet and answered all my questions. I would recommend her and this location.

The customer service here is really horrible: I cant tell you how many times I have to come to this location because its convenient and there attitude in there is ridiculously nasty. I dont understand if you dont like your job quit. Chauncey the sales associate attitude is nasty. Not only did he talk over me but when he walked away I can hear him mumble and call me out my name. And the manager on the shift definitely allows this type of behavior because her attitude was no better. I really cant believe TMobile treats there customer like this. I definitely will be switching phone service

Unfortunately, the customer service was trash. I was told apple had to fix/replace my phone even though I told her I had insurance with the company on 12/28/20. I felt like more of a bother than a faithful customer of over 10 plus years. I was really upset but being patient that day and just needed to be listened to and helped properly because at the end of the day a more knowledgeable and professional employee who cared to look up my information came to find out it was a T-Mobile problem that only they could fix. The team in there is careless, dismissive and unprofessional and need to find a different thing that makes them happy because customer service clearly is not it. After spending more than 30 mins using a phone in the store to call apple to set up an appointment with them etc. 2weeks later T-Mobile had the resolution for me which could have been avoided. My time was completely wasted because they were obviously too busy to treat me like a customer. Because of this experience I would honestly love to switch carriers. However, one of T-Mobile’s experts over the phone is the only reason I’d think about reconsidering. I wish my experience was better but it sucked.

It was alright except the fact I had to call customer service to get the correct knowledge on how my insurance works when it comes to my accessories but they eventually got the job done it just took entirely too long. So the 2 stars are because I feel like the employees could be more knowledgeable without having to call their manager and take up an extended amount of my time.

The store was super busy but my wait wasnt bad at all. Great customer service service! Stanley was awesome he helped me transfer all my apps and contacts and stuff from my old phone to my new phone. While helping 2 additional customers while my phone was updating! He stayed busy the whole time getting customers in and out of the store happy! Great Job!

From the time we walked in to the time we left the service we received was AMAZING. Terrell was so patient. We came in there with a million questions and he answer each one. Trying to make a purchase of this kind is already stressful as it is, and he made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to visit this retail store in particular because they don’t make you feel like just another customer. By the time we were done with everything I felt like I knew Terrell longer than the 30-45 minutes I had been there. Great experience overall.

One of the attendants kept laughing and giggling with one guy customer who was just sitting there chatting. Once he got up to leave, the attendant walked to the back without asking me if I needed help after she had seen me waiting to be attended to. More than 10 min past and I had to ask the other attendant if she was coming back. She then called her from the back and when she came, she rolled her eyes at me and told me she was using the bathroom, no apology or nothing.I guess she only shows customer service to guy. I was very disappointed by her behavior.

This location used to have Good service. But service is poor now.Went to this T-Mobile location on 1/13/2018 to buy a phone. The sales person provided no service and was unable to answer any questions. She was very condasending and short with answers. Based on the salesperson behavior I did not spend my money on a new phone. Too bad T-Mobile lost a sale and probably a family of customers based on one bad salesperson.

I went in and asked for two international lines with the international package and was given the incorrect service. Been trying for two days now for tmobile to fix my problem while my parents are stuck out of the country with no service. I even asked the associate 3-4 times before I left if he added the correct services and he kept telling me yes but he never did. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have encountered problems at this store. I will not be returning.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would! I had to travel due to the miscommunication from T-mobile but I called ahead making sure everything was intact I spoke to Apollo and I was on hold for 20mins he never came back to the phone to assist me so I finally hung up and came directly to the store thinking they must be busy they literally had 2 people in the store so why was I on hold and treated this way! Even the lady Myleeng R.C. gave attitude like I was bothering them they were just laughing and standing around it took him all but 2 minutes to grab my phone from the back, so why give me body gestures and attitude! 😒 Also someone else came in and had a problem the man left and they were talking about him when he left in front of all the other customers very unprofessional! Im like just do your job, I came from the McDonough store off Jonesboro Rd. in which I had a wait but it was the most pleasant wait and staff that I could have ever asked for. I will never come back to this store I was even contemplating canceling out my contract because of these people at This T-mobile in Stockbridge please beware if you have to come here!! 👎🏽

I knew the wait would be long seeing that the new iPhone had just come out so once the customer service agent over the phone in her own words messed up my order for new phone service in their system requiring me to go to a local store dread set in. My family and I walked into the store where we were NOT told we needed to sign in nor where to sign in. I only noticed the sign in sheet once another customer used it at that point the sale associates were each working with customer and I was next in line. An hour later I was finally called to the counter and I immediately explained my situation and informed the sales associate that he may need to call customer service to verify that I had been offered my 3 sim cards at no charge due to the error on their part. The store associate called immediately due to the long hold times and proceeded to ask me what phones I wanted, at this point 2 other associates were listening in, I said the Galaxy 7. To this one of the lady associates whom was listening in said oh the J7 to which I replied No, the S7. I kept my eyes focused on the two listening in associates and noticed The two nosey associates looked at each other and one said to the other how does she expect to pay for them It was at this point I saw RED!!! It was not as if I can in the store wearing a paper sack for clothing or ones that were dirty and torn....heck even my husband had changed after work but it didnt matter if we had come in wearing a box we had to share at NO POINT should a sales associate at ANY store judge a potential customers ability to pay by the way they look (out loud anyway we can not control the thoughts in someones head) Also at this point the associate that began helping me was placing my order over the phone with customer service which I was highly confused by. The two nosey associates who (bless their hearts) were so very worried about my financial state or the lack there of were still discussing how I needed to pay in cash (not a Tmobile requirement) to this I snapped a bit and replied to them that number 1 I was purchasing the phones on the Tmobile Jump on Demand program and number 2 to question my credit worthiness out loud was uncalled but since they were so worried about it based on the information given to me by customer service my credit was more than fine. I was then told rudely by nosey associate that Jump on demand was no longer offered which I later verified was untrue it may not be offered in THIS store but is still a Tmobile program . if you are going to be a horses back side at least be accurate. 2 hours into my ordeal my 7 year old son was ready to go so my husband offered to walk outside with him however it was closing time and one of the nosey associates had locked the door and SURPRISE SURPRISE the only way to exit the locked door was with a key and she had disappeared. Thank goodness an emergency did arise because that was the closest and only door in view and there was still 10 to 12 people inside. Long story made longer I left once she opened the door without my phones I will be contacting the corporate offices first thing Monday

The service is VERY VERY SLOW.The reps are very friendly.....but theyre to concerned with texting on theyre own person phones an taking pictures of themselves rather than taking care of theyre customer in a timely fashion....an they also sell defective devices......I went from the mount Zion location due to poor service an getting defective devices an being coned into getting accessories that I was told that was at no charge to me....to come this SMALL store to pretty much get almost that same type service an still got another defective device.
