My boyfriend and I both purchased out phones and smartwatches here. The service is GREAT every time we go in store!. The store is very clean and very roomy. The reason I deducted a star is because I had to call the store recently to find out how to get my screen repaired. I work from home using my phone, and the glass is starting to fall out where it is cracked. When I called the store the first time, the first person I talked to seemed like they were annoyed with my question, in a rush to get off the phone, and also gave me bogus information telling me to call 611. When I discovered that calling 611 would not help me in anyway, I called BACK to the store and got a different employee this time who, although he still seemed rushed to get off the phone, he at least didnt make me feel like he was annoyed with my questions, actually listened to me, and gave me actual helpful information. I was honestly surprised with my treatment on the 1st call! Never have had this issue with this store before, and really didnt appreciate it! I know you guys get busy and have customers in front of you, but you need to treat your phone- in customers exactly the same! I would think that your staff would consider us pretty valuable customers considering we have a total of 5 devices on our plan and our bill is never late, at least valuable enough to give us decent treatment on the phone...

Beware of this location if you are buying any phone. The sales rep charged me for items that I didnt ask for and told me that they were included in the price and not additional. They took advantage of me and thought they could get away with sneaking extra charges to up their commission. They charged me over $120 saying it was just taxes “Uncle Sam wants his”. He messed up when I looked at the RECEIPT 🧾 breakdown which showed I was charged $39.99 for glass protector, $39.99 for case, and $24.99 for bell in wireless charger all which I didn’t want and told was included in my upgrade. That’s messed up tricking people just to get y’all commission up 😡.

They charged her over $160 saying it was just taxes when I purchased the exact same phone from a different location (same county) for only $75 in taxes. They also refused to provide a receipt showing the actual breakdown.When the store was contacted about the fraudulent upcharge they stated that its normal, this is what we do. Thats just good sales work. This place is a fraud and has no problem stealing your money and not telling you what youre being charged for.

Saturday afternoon I visited this location and the service was awesome. My sole purpose was to purchase iPad and Pixel chargers. Upon entering the store I was greeted by Will. As I was checking out Jessica, Assistant Manager was training not only Will but Richard too. The energy this team was giving, energized me to purchase a new phone. With the knowledge and training from Jessica and the interaction with Richard and Will, made the shopping experience worth it all.I asked to speak to the manager of the store to share the great display of customer first. The manager was too busy I guess and never came out of his office. This missed opportunity to engage with the customer experience will not hinder the store to thrive on with a team such as this one.Thank you Will, Jessica and Richard. Your professionalism and willingness to serve will take you far!

Bo is the G.O.A.T.!!! This is the best experience Ive ever had with customer service and efficiency. He was so pleasant, patient and professional. I actually thought he was like the GM or something. I came here to possibly get my family on their carrier. I am a truck driver so it is very important to me that I have a fast internet (LTE) network and service. They got me on a family plan that fit my criteria and with that plan it included 4 Verizon Samsung phones that they would have to give to me in order to get my phones to activate. The reason for this is because only the sims card on those Verizon Samsung phone would work on my current unlocked iPhones to activate with Verizon. Therefore that was the route we had to take. Jessica (the manager) notified me that I have a 14 day period to try their network and carrier out to see if it works for me. She also told me I can cancel and return the Verizon Samsung phones anytime during those 14 days without any penalty. The reason why we have this 14 day period is because we get a chance to try out their carrier for 14 days before we have to commit and keep those phones for the next 18 months in order for the cost of those phones to ride out (even though we are not on a contract plan). Once I tried it out, I found that they were really slow everywhere I went and drove to (even at home). I gave it a chance and tried it out for the next 10 days. However, it was still slow and so I decided to cancel and return the 4 Verizon Samsung Phones to their store BEFORE my 14 days were up. However, when I called to come back and cancel, Jessica (the manager) told me to come the next day since they were so busy that day I called. I came back the next day and receive a huge attitude from her telling us we cannot return the phones. She told us we had to cancel and give the phones back to them first before we get on a different carrier. However, she has never notified that to us in the beginning. The one thing she kept saying and repeating was You can cancel ANYTIME during those 14 days WITHOUT ANY PENALTIES. She then gave us a customer service number to talk to them and when I called to speak to them they told me I can go to the store and return them. Therefore, I came back again she continued to give me an attitude and told me I had to pay a $80 stocking fee to return the phone which does not make any sense since I never opened their device with them and used it? They had to use the 4 Verizon Samsung phones in order to get the sims from those phones onto my OWN iPhones. I used my own devices not their Verizon Samsung devices. I want to warn future customers to be careful because they will say and do everything to persuade you to get on their carrier but then switch up their words all types of way. They are very unprofessional.

I had no clue that this wasnt a cooperate store. I did not have an account pin set up, I did not have insurance into my phone, also I dislike being billed for two lines and nothing was transferred. As far as customer service personality was fine. The customer service was inadequate.

Walked in with 4 employees helping 4 customers and thought to myself, alright ill be next. An hour later, those 4 employees were still helping the same four customers. Will never come back to that store nor recommend any of my friends or anyone to that store. It simply does not require 1 hour just to pay a bill!!! Ended up leaving and going to another store to get the job done. It does not take more than 1 hour to handle a customer.

Earl is Amazing and losing Shavon was a terrible mistake. I actually followed her to this location due to her level of customer service. But unfortunately after 10 long years of my entire family and 6 lines with Verizon I will be going with a different provider as quickly as possible.. as a whole, I have NEVER experienced worse customer service than I have with Verizon nor have I been treated and talk to like I have by the SO-CALLED customer service representatives. I work in Customer service and strongly recommend that Verizon not forget in their growth and success that the customer no matter how small may they seem is NOT an interruption to your business BUT THE REASON FOR IT! I hope to be with another provider by close of business tomorrow! Can’t be fast enough! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE I have Given 2 reviews in my career so it has to be pretty bad for me to take time toPost ANYTHING. IF I prevent 1 person from making the mistake of going with Verizon it’s worth my time. Verizon has good coverage but the cost and pure NASTY attitude of staff when a problem arises it so not worth a penny! I actually had “DISTRICT MANAGERS” whom wouldn’t call me back after promising they would. One of those ARRIVED TYPE managers I’m sure. Meaning they have arrived and no longer have to serve and provide. DONT USE VERIZON WIRELESS, BUT HIRE EARL and SHAVON!! Great people and truly care!

Dont deal with them !!! They used to be Procomm wireless. Purchased phone for my daughter ok, but, when I tried to purchase an iPhone 6 things went downhill fast. Had to wait a week for phone to come in. When they tried to activate it came back as being activated already. They were selling this phone as new in the box. I felt uneasy and cancelled my order. Manager tried to say that this happens a lot, because people return phones to apple a lot. Thats fine and dandy, but, you cant sell this as new phone from factory when its not.

If I could give a zero stars review, I would. We originally thought this place was good, WRONG! Do not go here! They are not a corporate store so if theres an issue Verizon really doesnt want to fix the issue. We went in for the Black Friday deal and we got what we wanted... after going to another store. They ordered our phones here, mine came in a few days, great! The same day we ordered them, his order was cancelled after consulting customer service online they said the terms & conditions were not accepted by the person who placed the order (the manager of this location). The manager, Shavon said she re-ordered his phone because she received the same notification so no worries. My husbands never came... its been what? 3 weeks since Black Friday and according to Shavon, the phone is back ordered? How is it back ordered when youre getting shipments of the phone to the store? Makes no sense. We still havent received his phone from this store. But, thats okay, because we went to the store off Jonesboro Road (after speaking online to customer service multiple times) and got it straightened out. Its funny, they managed to get his phone to him 3 days after we ordered, yet 3 weeks later his phone is still back ordered at this store. One of our friends also went in to take advantage of the Black Friday deal and he was told theyd only give him 50 dollars for his phone. Which the deal was 400 or something if it was in good condition (which it was). so again, he went to another store and got the deal Verizon was giving. HA! Yea, dont go here, this place sucks! I cant see how the Verizon company can allow this place to work under their name and not care how they treat the customers. Refusing deals and not re-ordering things after they were cancelled BECAUSE OF YOUR MISTAKE? Verizon should not allow non-corporate Verizon stores to exist!

I would not do business here, if the manager lies on customers and does bad business what does that say about the whole company?
