Where to start…I recently needed to find a storage unit on short notice. I spent the better part of a week desperately searching, leaving messages that were not returned, or online information showing units available only to find out it was incorrect. Thankfully I found Storage Xxtra. The online information of a unit being available was accurate and I was able to reserve online. I arrived at the office greeted by Lesa the manager. She was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and most of all, kind. I was shown the available unit and she completed the necessary paperwork in about 15 minutes. I returned later in the week to find a squeaky clean unit! Overall this facility is well run, secure, and clean. If you are needing a storage unit I highly recommend Storage Xxtra!

Chose my space and completed the initial agreement online last night. I had a super smooth and super easy move-in today. Ms. Lesa was very compassionate and helpful. Im glad to be supporting a local business that cares about its people and isnt just out to make a quick buck like some of these other, larger storage companies. The price I saw is the price Im paying and its locked in, which gives me peace of mind (PRICELESS). My belongings are in good hands; highly recommend!

I was greeted by Ms Lesa who assisted me with my move in. She was very kind and helpful. She helped me get a bigger unit with a better price. The storage facility was clean and secured with cameras. I called/visited 5 storage facilities and Storage Xxtra was the most affordable and had the best service. I highly recommend.

Process was seamless. Went online reserved climate controlled unit which included online special pricing. Called following morning, spoke with Lesa, setup contract which was then emailed to me for electronic signature and consent. Arrived to Storage Xxtra around 3:40pm or so to complete contracting and make payment. Lesa then took me to view unit. Upon arrival she explained how the glass door to go into the buildings which house the climate contolled units locks, key is also provided for entry. It allows you to lock door behind you as you enter building of your unit. I love this extra layer of security! She then showed me how to lock and unlock the secure cylinder of the unit which allows you to open and close it. The whole property is extremely clean, well kept and inviting. Love this too! Lesa was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend if you are looking for storage as they can meet most any need.

I needed a last minute storage solution and luckily I came by Storage Xxtra. The property and, units are clean and well kept and the unit recommend left me feeling that my property would be safe until needed.All I can say is WOW, what a wonderful experience at Storage Xxtra. My customer service experience with Storage World was great! Much better experince than Public Storage. The storage space was clean and the facility was well maintained. The customer service rep was friendly and helpful. They provided me a lock at a good cost since I forgot to bring one with me. I plan to use Storage World in the future.

Kelly was exceptional. She is friendly and helpful in every way. Her customer service definitely made an impact on me. She made sure that I understood everything about my unit. She took the time not just show me my unit and others, but the property as well. I didnt feel rushed or pressured. The property is very clean which I personally appreciate. The only thing that was a little different was the extra key for entering the door to the inside units, but I understand and in the end it makes it safer so I give it a thumbs up for safety.

I’ve visited this store a few times and it’s always well kept. I like the display models in the office. It gives future customers the convenience of seeing the unit sizes before they purchase one. Unbelievable customer service skills! I went by 5/2/2017 to get a 5 × 10 unit and everything was fine until I got home... I found out my stuff takes up a little more space than that so I called to see how difficult it would be to transfer to a bigger one. Quiana, the same lady that did my paperwork before told me it would be no problem and I wouldnt even have to pay a transfer fee, just come back and fill out some paperwork. Also you have 5 days to use the free truck rental so dont stress if someone has it when you get there!

Today 9/12/12 wasnt going great for me as far as trying to rent a storage unit. Latasha at Storage World was more than helpful in assisting me turn my day around. Forget about what happened that made my day bad, I called Storage World and Latasha answered all the questions I asked successfully. She understood my reason for calling, was very knowledgeable of her companys products and offers and even encouraged me to come on by and rent my unit. Aside from her excellent, WOW factor customer service skills, Storage World made it easy for me to decide what i needed. I liked the way the storage units are displayed right inside the store. When I moved to South Florida for a marketing contract, I was recommend in 2010 by a former neighbor this storage facility. I needed an affordable and safe place to keep my personal belongings during the year duration. In 2013, I was offered another marketing contract in Mississippi choosing Storage World felt like second nature. The location is convenient and easy to find. I have to be honest: Being a repeat customer has its benefits including, credit towards my unit during my anniversary month and credit off my bill during the month of my birthday. This storage is the best because, Quina, the manager and staff provide excellent customer service and they are always professional. I never have to be concerned about someone breaking into my unit because there is plenty of security plus, its always clean. I love Storage World and would recommend anyone that is seeking a reputable place to keep their personal valuables, please dont go anywhere, go to Store World!

Best customer service for any industry Ive seen in 15 years in GA. No exaggeration. Held a unit for over a year with sentimental and monetary valuables - never an issue. Had my young adult kids moving things in, out, and around at random - no problems. Secure, always clean, consistent, perfect service... I didnt know I could have warm feelings for a storage business. I wish those women could be cloned.

Storage World on Eagles Landings Parking has been phenomenal to work with! They have donated storage space and boxes for a Coat Drive to be used by the Henry County School System for families in need. I would recommend them highly for any of your storage needs! My experience at The Stockbridge Storage World, has been nothing short of fantastic, that came because of Qianas willingness to go beyond, in order to make sure that her customer is 100% satisfied. Her patience, her attention to detail and her willingness explore every avenue to make sure that when her customer leave her office, there is a smile on her customers face, is to be commended. On my initial visit I got a certain size unit, when I got home and took a second look at the items I had for storage, I realize that the unit would be too small; I called and ask if I could obtain a larger unit, and her answer was, no problem; she redid the paper work and had it waiting for when I brought my first load to be stored. Its been a pleasure dealing with Qiana. She should be complemented for being an exceptional employee. If I had business such as this, she would definitely be someone I would want to be in my employ.

Getting a mobile storage unit from Storage World was a lifesaver. I was able to set up everything over the phone, even arrange drop off of the unit. The storage unit was clean and ready for loading. My family had be spending multiple days trying to get car loads of things from house to house, but the storage unit made it possible to load everything one time and be done. What would have taken us weeks only took a matter of hours. And once we were done, they came by a couple of days later, picked up the unit and brought it to my house. Now we can unpack at our leisure instead of exhausting ourselves with packing, loading, and unloading all in one day, just so we can return a moving truck. If you are getting ready to move, give the folks at Storage World a call before you spend your money on a moving truck. Youll be glad you did.

As we all know, if youve ever had to move before? moving can be the most difficult and frustrating thing to ever go through.Then not having enough space or room to put your things in are more frustrating.This is why want to talk about Qiana and Storage World. Ive used their storage facilities off and on for over the past three years.And from day one they have made me feel right at home.Their prices are very competitive to the rest of the storage world.But more importantly the facility is spotless.....VERY CLEAN with 24 hour monitoring security.The facility sits in a great area of STOCKBRIDGE, George.They have different size storage bins that will accommodate from a large move to a medium-size or small move, but the part I like to emphasize on is how loving their customer services is.The first day I walked into the facility I was not 100% sure if I was going to rent.But after meeting Qiana any and all doubt of suspicion was taken away immediately.Her loving caring spirit and all of her knowledge and expertise of the storage business was able to put me at ease by her answering all of my questions.So I highly recommend anyone whos looking for a storage facility thats in the Georgia area.Please call or walk right in 😄, and ask for Qiana and I assure you will be in great hands.I guarantee you that shell make you feel right at home.Richard.
