Phenomenal customer service. I am very satisfied with my storage I have had here for going on 6 months. Haley and Betsy were very helpful. I give 5 stars!
I will never deal with any other storage facility as long as Haley is there. Customer service is awesome. More places that have to deal with the public need a Haley. Again best manager/Customer service.
I dont have a problem with Customer service, Jessica is awesome, but I am extremely unhappy with your facility. A few days ago I discovered that 2 units that I rent were broken into and very valuable bicycle was stolen. I have been waiting on some feedback from management on this issue and what was viewed from camera footage, and not one person has contacted me. The name is SecureCare, but the facility is not very secure. I am not happy at all with this location at all.

Stockbridge storage is a great place to store all your belongings with security in mind. I have been with them for the past 7 months and I have not had any issues with management. They have climate controlled storage to keep your belongings safe and not Molded.
This is one of the best run self-storage places I have every used. The staff is friendly and even the corporate office staff has been a joy to interact with. I dont see anyone regretting using them for there storage or uhaul needs they are great!
I have been with Self Storage for about 5 years and I have never had any issues with them. Their prices are reasonable, the employees are super nice and I can always get in and out of the storage area without any problems. (Gate being blocked by parked cars etc.) I would highly recommend them.

I reserved a unit and paid over the phone and was to go in on Saturday to sign the agreement. I got to the Stockbridge location on Saturday and waited until 10:15 and no one showed up. I called and requested to speak to a manager and the lady that answered the phone put me on hold and told me that her manager wasn’t available when she came back to the phone. I asked for that managers supervisor and the lady attempted to argue with me then she put me back on hold and hasn’t come back to the phone yet, I’m still on hold while writing this review. I’ve been on the phone for 18 minutes. I work until 6 daily so today is the only day I’m available to go into a location. So you basically charged me for a service to start on a certain day and now because you have no staff to work I’m inconvenienced. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND I WANT A REFUND.
I had a great experience with the change to the new company. I thoroughly enjoyed the property manager, I believe his name is jholar.
I would never recommend securcare self storage to any one as it is not a secure location. they took absolute storage and never notified anyone that they were the new owner, you can never get a hold of any one. Was never notified that there was an increase in our rental fee for the unit, the security gate is never closed, there cameras are not efficient, no one ever watches the front gate so any one can just come on to the property and they would not even know if they belonged there. That is why there was the break in of the storage units as absolute storage was not any better. I lost sentimental christmas items from my child hood that can not be replaced. The have had the property for 3 months now and never once did they ever send out a bill to the customer in email or usps. Not a very good run company and there is not information on the web about the company and who the ceo is states unknown in that section,

I am elated that I followed my inner voice and called Stockbridge Self Storage, after I spotted their number on a sign at the light near the DQ. I called immediately, and minutes later, I found myself in Ms. Lynn Heikells office. I observed as she served a customer ahead of me. Her manner was superior. When she got to me, I was extended the same phenomenal service. Smiling inside, I was grateful in the midst of a beautiful day. The location was near my home. The move-in special topped the charts. The mattress covers were less than competing companies. I can hardly wait to return for my U-Haul vehicle. Indeed, I will definitely recommend Ms. Heikell and her business to my family and friends!
This is very misleading! Yes, Stockbridge Self Storage was great and very accommodating!! Since SecurCare has taken over this location, my experience has been horrible! I have been using this facility since May of 2018 and have never missed a payment. However, as the switch took place, I was unable to get in touch with the new company, especially since I was not informed that this was taking place, nor was I even aware of the companys new name! I could not locate them on the internet, which is one way I previously paid my bill, and the new hours, which I was also not aware of, made it difficult to reach anyone by phone. When I finally got in touch with someone I was approaching being two months late. Even after explaining that I had made several attempts to contact someone, they insisted that I come to the location to fill out paperwork in order to keep my unit from being locked. I explained that I was very ill and unable to come out to the location, I was then told that my lock would be cut and the corporate lock would be placed on my unit. They continued to call and when I was well I attempted to return the call during their new business hours and was sent to the call center who was more respectful than anyone I spoke with at their property. She was able to get the manager to return my call. After explaining that I had never been late in almost a year and that I only missed the first payment because of the company switch, I asked if they would allow me to start back paying and pay on the past due in between payments. They refused and said my things were up for auction. I asked that they at least not put my things up for auction if I was able to begin paying. They said the most they could do was remove late fees but I still had to pay $400. When l asked to speak to someone in corporate I was told that I am not the only one with this problem and the most they will do is remove the late fees. This has been very stressful and emotionally devastating. I just went through a separation after being diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I have some very sentimental things in there from my mom who passed and my children. I and just dont have the energy or ability to fight them. I have just endured a lot of loss in my life, and this is more than I can deal with. So thank you SecuCare for causing me to truly lose EVERYTHING.
